Trouble activating Adobe Muse CC on Windows 8.1

Every other Adobe CC product is activated and seems to work
When starting Adobe Muse I get a message that tells me that I need to connect to the internet to activate it.
Then it tells me that it can't connect to the internet.
Then it tells me to retry, and henceforth loopus infinitus...
Is there something I can do to remedy this problem?  I used Microsoft Internet Explorer and Google Chrome.

    Hello. I can't seem to install Adobe Muse on my computer. I keep getting this error message:
    The application could not be installed because the installer file is damaged. Try
    obtaining a new installer file from the application author.
    I have tried uninstalling it and downloading it again but nothing seems to be working. Can anyone assist?

    As I checked the concern you were facing I informed you to please follow these steps:
    1) Ensure that Muse is completely uninstalled: drag Adobe Muse from the Applications folder to the trash and empty the trash. Also while un installing please delete : delete the "MBLStore" and "OOBE" folders found in ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe
    2) Download Muse from the　following link: http://labsdownload.adobe.com/pub/adobemuse/builds/muse_2-2-1_install_ mac.dmg
    3) Install again
    Muse is now instaled and working fine. Thank you kindly.

    Hello I bought Adobe Muse the old version 7 before. Now, I'm planning to buy the new one 2014 but it says in the System requirements...
    Note: 32-bit systems are no longer supported as of June 2014.
    This is very hard for me because...
    If I upgrade my OS to 64-bit that means, I would probably encounter A LOT of problems in my drivers and softwares.
    Plus, I don't have time to reinstall every program and settings I've had for the past 3 years. Finally, this is my work PC.

    Yes I've confirmed in my System Info that my processor is 64-bit ready but it doesn't matter...

    I suscribed for a month plan but I can't activate Muse.. what do I have to do please?

    I have tried everything now. Nothing works, I have a Muse Serial-Number but can't type it anywhere. 
    Apparently I haven't got a Muse subscription.
    Everything is meant with, de-installing the entire Adobe Software including Acrobat Reader.
    Erasing opm.db and other related files.
    Then downloaded all software from the Adobe Licensing Website (LWS) where there is a link with a detailed manual how to activate my muse, but it's very confusing and couldn't do it successfully.

  • Trouble Activating Adobe ID in Aldiko

    I am trying to activate my Adobe ID in Aldiko and it is telling me too many activations. I like to reformat my tablets regularly and wasn't aware there was a limit to these activations. Is there anyway I can remove past activations?

    It's curious to note that questions on the same subject seem to come in
    waves.  I just addressed this question with another poster this morning....
    Adobe Digital Editions HELP section has some statements on activations and
    limits that might be helpful to read, so you get at least a basis for
    further discussions with their people.
    Resetting the limit is done by the Adobe technical support team, and you
    should start with a phone call to them.  Unfortunately, many of the Adobe
    tech support rep's do not think that this is their responsibility.  Be firm
    if they deny responsibility - they ARE the only ones who can do the
    reset....  Once you get past the bluster, you may be asked to submit a web
    case: find out from them exactly how to do that.  Others here have found
    that their instructions were incorrect.

    I have been having trouble getting adobe muse cc trial to work, some of you may have seen my other post, however since adobe came out with the update yesterday, i thought i would uninstall the other copy and try a trial of the 2014 update.
    However i did get closer to muse opening this time, it did load on the splash screen, however i then get this error.
    I'm not asking for a lot but whatever i try and do muse just won't work, whatever version it is.
    Can anyone help with this error please.

    I got the solution on this forum on another thread.
    Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe(if you have 64 bit os, go to Program Files x86). There is a folder called "SLCache", go the properties of that folder & just uncheck the "Read Only" check box.
    Hope this may solve your problem.

    In the link you posted it states that the Nikon 810 requires ACR 8.6 or newer.
    Version of ACR are specific to versions of Photoshop. You cannot use 8.6 nor even 7.0.in CS5.
    I believe that ACR 6.7 is the latest that will work with CS5, so make sure you have this installed and get rid of ACR 7.
    Having 2 versions of ACR will cause problems.
    You have already downloaded DNG Converter 8.7.1.
    Have you double clicked the DMG file to allow you to install DNG Converter on your computer?
    Be aware that DNG converter is a stand-along application and not a plug-in.
    You need to open DNG converter at select the FOLDER that contain your .NEF files.
    Don't open the folder and try to select individual files, it doesn't work that way.
    After converting your D810 files to DNGs you can then open the DNGs in CS5
    The problem is your camera didn't exist when CS5 & its version of ACR was developed.
    i don't use Lightroom, but the list mentions Lightroom 5.6 as needed to open D819 so your 3.6 version of LR won't cut it.

    I had to contact Adobe Support twice via chat. The first representative told me to go on here. The second one gave me an RH6 installer and a serial number different from the one I had. Now able to run RH6 without the prompt to activate.

    I am having some trouble using Adobe Muse. I am creating a website for an app, and the background on the website has an image of someone holding an Iphone slightly angled. What i want to do is place a slideshow on top of the Iphone screen. However, since the Iphone is slightly angled, I am having trouble rotating the slideshow image to fit on the iphone screen in the background. Is this even possible to do on adobe muse--- rotating the slideshow image?

    With native platform , we cannot rotate slideshow or composition. You can surely use a rectangle with image fill as rotated frame else for a slideshow you can check third party sliders.

    Since posting the above, I have resolved a sensible work-around in regard to ebookstores which prefer us to have separate accounts for our separate Adobe IDs.
    However, I really would appreciate it if anyone here can confirm that a DRM controlled book does actually become associated with a particular Adobe ID account at the time of first download to Digital Editions on that PC/device.
    Two large book stores have said using my account with them to download books to our two separate Adobe IDs is OK, but I don't want to find my husband is unable to open his downloaded books.

    Although that combination isn't supported, many people have made it work.
    Why would a job require Reader 8? All older files are compatible with newer versions. Or at least they should be.
