Trouble completing the download
We have purchased online the Creative Suite 6 Design and Web Prem Win ESD (Canada) program for my computer but it is not working on my computer. When I get to step 7 (In the folder created by extraction, navigate to the "Setup" installer icon, double-click it, and follow the installation instructions.) there is no setup icon anywhere and when I try to extract the final complete file/folder it tells me that there is no space on the computer. Space is not a problem at all though, it is a new computer. Is there is a certain space/place/drive that this should be downloaded on?
You may simply run out of temporary disc space in your user local temp folder --> C:\Users\Sarah\AppData\Local\Temp. do a little housekeeping. also you may try and use tools like WinZip or WinRar for more extraction options that may prevent tihs error before the party even started...

Mainstage Was unable to complete the download world music loops
Ok, so I have bought Mainstage 2.2 from the app Store, and have almost downloaded all the additional content.
However, the only pack that will not complete it the World Music Apple Loops.
I immediately get the message, Mainstage was unable to complete the download.
There is no attempt to download this pack.
Any suggestions? I don't really want to uninstall and download 20Gb again.
CheersMore disk space than I can shake a stick at, very stable internet connection, speedtest shows ping <18ms etc. The main reason for purchasing mainstage is for the loops and instruments, at £20 that's a bargain, but only if I can get the application to download the last package.
Wireshark shows that the server is rejecting the request from MainStage as a HTTP/1.1 416 Requested Range Not Satisfiable.
Looks like either a MainStage Application issue requesting the HTTP GET command or the Server not servicing that request.

I cannot complete the downloading of Itunes on my computer. These are things that keep coming up: 'Apple Mobile Device' failed to start - verify that you have sufficient privieges to start system sources. Also, Error 7 (windows error 126) along with the message: MSVCR80.dll is missing. Any suggestions?

A download, iPhoto, Version 9.4.2, released November 2012; has been on my download page for three weeks. Despite a half dozen attempts to install it, it has never completed the download. Near the end it always says an error has occurred. What can I do? The unit onto/into which I am attempting to install this is a new MacBook Air.

I tried. It would not download. A drop down notice said an error had occurred and to return to the purchase page; which I have done on numerous occasions. (What I am to do on the purchase page I am not sure, other than to click on purchases and see that the same iPhoto download is available. By the way, this was not purchased. It just showed up with two other items free items, which did download nicely.)

When I download the digital copy of the Hunger Games, it stops at 4.0GB and first returns an error code -1309 and then the code -50. Please help me complete the download. I have tried removing the .tmp folder and downloading it again, but each time it stops the download in the same place.
I discovered the solution. The external drive I was saving it to was formatted as FAT32. In that format, the largest files can only be 4GB, which explains why it kept stopping at 4GB. I backed up all the files then reformatted it as Mac OS Extended (Journaled), this is possible since I am on an iMac.

Below is some information how to install CreatePDF Desktop Printer:
1. Log into https://createpdf.acrobat.com/signin.html with your Adobe ID and password
2. Select “Convert to PDF” tool from right pane
3. Click “Download CreatePDF Desktop Tool” link
4. Click “Download Installer” button
To install CreatePDF Desktop printer:
Click “AdobeCreatePDFDesktopPrinterSetup.exe” file
During the installation , you need to enter your Adobe ID and password
Restart Windows
If your new system is Win 7 SP1 then you may need to install a hotfix from :http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat-com/kb/createpdf-desktop-printer-window s-7.html
Printer Configure port dialog can be found at Control Panel> Devices and Printers >Adobe CreatePDF Desktop Printer then click right mouse to open "Printer Properties". Select "Ports" tab.
From "Ports" tab, select Internet port for Adobe CreatePDF Desktop printer then click "Configure Port.." button to open below dialog:
Please make sure that your Adobe ID is displayed at User Name in above dialog.

From others (on the Logic Forums), it seems that there may have been issues with Apple's servers.
Try again...
if that does not work, delete Mainstage, and then try again to download teh whole thing.

I am attempting to update to the new os x mavericks and while completing the download it prompts me to choose a disk. I have chosen the only option I am provided and am then told that the update cannot be installed on "untitled 1" what am I supposed to do?
Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad and start typing the name.
The title of the Console window should be All Messages. If it isn't, select
SYSTEM LOG QUERIES ▹ All Messages
from the log list on the left. If you don't see that list, select
View ▹ Show Log List
from the menu bar at the top of the screen.
Click the Clear Display icon in the toolbar. Then try the installation again. Select any messages that appear in the Console window. Copy them to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message by pressing command-V.
The log contains a vast amount of information, almost all of which is irrelevant to solving any particular problem. When posting a log extract, be selective. A few dozen lines are almost always more than enough.
