Trouble Downloading Apps

Whenever I try to download an app from the Appworld, I am redirected to a page asking for my Blackberry ID. When I enter my ID and password, I am then presented with Terms of Agreement. After I agree to the terms I am brought to a page giving me the option to change my password. When I save and opt to not change my password I am back at the download page right at the beginning. I keep going in circles with this process without being able to download or update any of my applications. Help!

I reset my password which fixed that, however the next step is you will get into an endless loop where it wants you to sign into PayPal.
If you don't want to use PayPal, there is no way to get to another screen where you can select another payment method. If you decline or cancel out of the PayPal login screen, it keeps taking me back to the Account Information screen, where it asks if you wan to migrate your previous BB App World purchases, which then takes you to PayPal, which if you cancel takes you back to Account Information and on an on...

If you are saying that after signing into iCloud it is telling you device is not found, it could be for any number of reasons. If the battery is dead, if the SIM has been removed, or if someone else has the phone and they have restored it, it will not be shown. Also, if you located it once and then sent a remote wipe, it disables the abililty to locate the phone with Find My iPhone.

You may not really be connected to your WiFi network.
Your router may not have given your iPhone a valid IP address. Go to Settings > Wifi > your network name and touch the "i" to the right to see the network details. If the IP address starts with 169 or is blank then your router didn't provide an IP address and you won't be able to access the Internet.
Sometimes the fix can be as simple as restarting your router (remove power for 30 seconds and restart). Next, reset network settings on your iPhone (Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings) and then attempt to connect. In other cases it might be necessary to update the router's firmware with the latest from the manufacturer's support web pages.
If you need more help please give more details on your network, i.e., your router make, model and version, the wifi security being used (WEP, WPA, WPA2), etc.

I'm having the exact same problem. Unfortunately, I can't tell you what is causing it, but I can tell you what it isn't(at least in my case). I made an in app purchase yesterday using a MasterCard I had linked to my account with no problems. This morning, my card from my new bank came in so I switched it over(American Express), and all of a sudden can't make IAP. I thought maybe there was an issue with the card, so I tried it out on a .99 app, and it worked no problem. So I got with tech support and they had me reset all of my phone settings -_-, then my network settings. No change. I tried restarting the phone obviously, closing the App and trying again, no luck. They suggested I call my bank and make sure the address I had on file for the card matched what I supplied for my Apple account, and that didn't fix it either. I tried IAP on two different apps and it was the same, could not connect to App Store error. I'm still trying to figure it out, and I'm sorry I can't be of more help, but I hope I at least save you some trouble of trying these things. If I find anything out I'll let you know.

guys, I'm a new iphone user and I'm having trouble in dowloading apps to my iphone 5, also by PC and my own telephone. i got the apps icons but it is written "waiting..." for more than 24h. I've also turned it off and conected again on internet but it keep the same msg. any tip? thank you a lot!

The card that you use should be backed by a bank account from the same country and a residential (billing) address in that country. It goes without saying that the App store should also be the same.

[SOLVED] Having trouble making QT apps use GTK theme

Hello everyone, I'm having trouble making QT apps use my GTK theme in openbox.
Some apps seem to work just fine but others don't.
^Such as above, as you can see VLC is working, as is qtconfig, but k9copy and k3b are not.
I've did the suggestions that are listed in the wiki. (http://tinyurl.com/ybhb7yr)
And even rebooted after I did them, still no go.
My .gtkrc-2.0 file simply contains:
gtk-theme-name="Clearlooks_blackblue"
gtk-icon-theme-name="Tango"
Does anyone have any ideas why it's not working with k9copy and k3b/how to fix it?

Having trouble with music apps shutting down, even after I swipe them off the screen. They go off then come back on in a few minutes. This happens in my car either ubs plugged in, or bluetooth. ANy one else have that issue?

Having trouble with mail.app always cc'ing myself

Having trouble with mail.app always reply all is cc'ing myself. Solution was to add another address under the account so that it recoginzes aliases as well as the primary account that you are sending from. Then it will recognize all the addresses and aliases associated with the account.

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
Step 1
Make sure the title of the Console window is All Messages. If it isn't, select All Messages from the SYSTEM LOG QUERIES menu on the left. If you don't see that menu, select
View ▹ Show Log List
from the menu bar.
Enter the name of the crashed application or process in the Filter text field. Select the messages from the time of the last crash, if any. Copy them to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message by pressing command-V.
When posting a log extract, be selective. In most cases, a few dozen lines are more than enough.
Please do not indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.
Important: Some private information, such as your name, may appear in the log. Anonymize before posting.
Step 2
In the Console window, look under User Diagnostic Reports (not "Diagnostic and Usage Messages") for crash reports related to the crashed process. The report name starts with the name of the process, and ends with ".crash". Select the most recent report and post the entire contents—again, the text, not a screenshot. I know the report is long. In the interest of privacy, I suggest that, before posting, you edit out the “Anonymous UUID,” a long string of letters, numbers, and dashes in the header of the report, if it’s present (it may not be.)
