Trouble downloading a photobook app

I am trying to create a photobook with a deal I bought online, but now cannot get access , the application keeps saying incompatible content , is there some kind of firewall on mac preventing me getting access to their applications ? Am new mac user thanks

will check with them if I can just transfer to them or if they have it set up to use their specific softwear

    iTunes Support wasn't of any use to me.
    I have also been having another problem - with BBC iPlayer and other video streaming not working due to insufficient bandwidth, despite my overall download speed being consistently around 50Gb.  This is also affecting AppleTV downloads
    I am using Virgin Media as my ISP, and was wondering whether you do as well.  This might be the common thread.

    New iPad Air; had trouble downloading certain apps ( iWorks, iMovie, etc.); Apple support advised to set the date one year ahead and to reset the network; advice worked; but still can not download the free Real Racing that came with purchase. Am at a loss for options. Thanks.

  • Having trouble downloading Sky Sports App

    I have a Blackberry Pearl 9105 and I am trying to download the following app (Sky Sports Live Football Score Centre) however, everytime I try to download this app it keep saying "Unavailable for this device". I have friends who have it on their Blackberry's who are unable to help me as they can't understand why it isn't working.
    Any help would be grateful.

    I have the same problem as well with the curve 9380 which is one of the latest devices. Other apps like whatsapp and screen muncher are unavailable as well.

    No issues whatsover.  And with automatic updates, I don't even have to think about updating apps.  When you open the App Store and click on updates, what do you see?  If you see a list of apps with an Open button on the right, your apps are updated.  The new OS provides a list of the apps that updated.  If you see an Update button next to the apps, they aren't updated. 
    Have you turned on Automatic Updates in Settings?
    Settings > iTunes and App Store > Turn On Automatic Downloads for Music, Apps, Book, Updates

  • Trouble downloading CC updated App. Anyone?

    Can't download a copy of extension manager because it says its updated? What if I need a new copy? Using desktop CC.

    I've forgotten the particulars, but for whatever reason I wanted to reinstall the program. I finally found I had to get out of Creative Cloud on Adobes website, to find a place to download it without it having to
    go through CC.
    The real question now is, not being able to redownload a program through CC if it says its recently upgraded, you can't, for whatever reason. So I guess you have to go back to the Adobe site, as I did, to find a place to download.
    Maybe I'm the only one seeing this, kinda thought this was the purpose of the desktop CC app. I thought it was going to help steamline things?

    Apple doesn't create installation disks for OSX 10.7 and later. You can create your own disk/USB bootable installer, but this requires downloading the installation package from the app store first.
    1) Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Try directly connecting via ethernet port, versus Wifi, if you are experiencing a weak Wifi Signal or intermediate loss of connectivity
    2) From the App Store, go to the Menu Bar, Store > Sign out.
    3) Navigate to the /Applications folder and drag the partially completed download of the installer to the trash.
    4) Open the App store, sign back in, and redownload Mavericks.

  • HT4059 After giving up the iPad2, I bought the 3rd gen.  I was happy with it until I tried to download my books.  All apps downloaded fine.  I'm still having trouble downloading the books.  Has anyone had this problem?

    This is my first time asking a question.  I'm guessing at what I need to do.  I don't see steps to follow and so...here goes!
    I have used the original iPad, the second gen, and now bought the 3rd gen.  I have had no trouble in downloading all my apps and books from one iPad to the next until I bought the iPad3.  Was this a mistake???
    I continue to have trouble viewing my books or PDFs through the iBook(shelf).  When going into the Apple Store, the tech and I were very confused.  He even messaged his boss.  We discovered that if we typed in the title, it would appear as "install."  If I clicked on "installation" I could reinstall it on my new iPad3.  Last week, before giving up my iPad2 to my district, I wanted more storage space.  The Apple tech noticed that I had 2 accounts.  Because they were for the iPads which I had returned, I deleted them which recovered a lot of memory.  Then, I bought the iPad3 and problems began!  Help!!!

    AT&T uses Yahoo for its webmail.  The only way to access mail without Yahoo is through e-mail software such as Entourage. (My MacBook's Mail software has never accepted the AT&T settings, so I gave up long ago.)
    When I first got the iPad about three weeks ago, I took a chance and selected the Yahoo account option to set up my incoming and outgoing mail servers. And the settings that the iPad chose worked beautifully. Until today.
    That might very well be part of my problem. However... why wasn't it a problem at all until about three hours ago? I'm a little afraid to change settings right now, in case it's just AT&T mucking around on their end this afternoon. I keep hoping it will just start working again.
    Full disclosure: I actually did get two messages to go through after I installed then deleted the Dropbox app. I was so happy. I thought it was fixed. But a second message -- and about ten subsequent messages -- did not go through. It's very hit or miss. But 99% of the time, the icon spins and the message doesn't go anywhere. The first time it happened, it told me the outgoing mail server wasn't available. The other times, there was nothing but spinning until I force-quit the Mail app in the dock. There's nothing in the outbox at all, perhaps because I quit before an autosave could occur.

    If you have enabled iCloud and PhotoStream, you may be able to find them there.
