Trouble downloading apps! Please help :(
I am trying to download apps to my iphone, it keeps telling me that verification is required, when I put in my password, it says "can't verify address", however when I sign in on my computer's itunes it has no problems. HELP please!
I am, unless the formatting is different? I put the exact same info as I do in my itunes on my laptop and it's not working. Hopefully I'm just missing one minor detail? Is there a trick to how there are 2 address lines? (I am using my debit card)
and yes...I'm getting very irritated. Just bought the phone today and wondering if I made a mistake!! lol
UPDATE: thank you for your advise!! It was as simple as removing the dash between my city...CRAZY! winston-salem and they wanted winston salem....ugh

I just recently bought an i phone 3gs, i do not have a credit card so i bought a $25 i tunes card so i could download apps.
my total balance on i tunes now is like $35, when i go to download an app i want to buy, i click on the "buy app" button and then a box pops up that says "payment information required" soon as i type my password it brings me to edit payment information. i put none for payment method as i have $35 in store credit. soon as i click done it just brings me back to the same screen where is asks me to click on the "buy app" button. if i click it it brings me back to "payment information required"
i can download music no problem but can't download apps can someone please tell me what i need to do?

If you don't have a credit card to link to iTunes...use a debit card...works just the same.. -

Can't Update or Download Apps PLEASE HELP!!!
I recently got a macbook pro and ever since I got it I couldn't download or update any apps. When I click download or update it downloads the app into a folder called downloads, which is inside iTunes Media in a .tmp folder, but the app does not go into my library and I can't drag it into my library because there is a .tmp folder and it it there is a file called info.plist and another file called download but when I click on it I get an error that says You can't open the application download because the Classic environment is no longer supported. I created a test account and a guest account and it worked so there is something wrong with my user profile. Can someone help me?

If you can, have the admins take a look at the ActiveSync logs. Something's definitely not right. I can't imagine what it would be on the phone, though assuming the Exchange account is set up the same on all of the devices. -

Absolutely. A proxy can prevent the software from downloading and installing.
I realize you have already purchased Lion from the App Store but a workaround in your case would be the thumb drive.

It's a built-in app, so it can't be deleted nor downloaded from the store. If you can't find it on any of your homescreens or app folders, and you can't find it via the spotlight search screen (swipe your first home screen to the right), then is it hidden by Settings > General > Restrictions > Camera being set 'off' ?
If not then have you tried a reset to see if you can find it after the iPad has restarted ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot. -

Your other music shows under the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your Mac's iTunes, and in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your phone - if they do then are you signed in with the same account or is that album hidden (hiding and unhiding) ? Is the laptop the computer that you normally sync the phone to (e.g. could you sync it), and could you copy the album from the laptop to your Mac Mini e.g. via file sharing, a flash drive etc (copying music)

Icloud storage has nothing at all to do with the storage on your iphone.
Icoud storage is on a server somwewhere, not on your iphone.

I was not complete clear.
Since you never changed the settings in the advanced section of iTunes preferecnes, you have to chech that your music is really in the location setted in the folders reported in the advanced section. If not you have 2 ways: reset the position of this folders or in the actual disk organisation or in the pointing on the preferences.
If you press the reset button you just give to itunes its default setting as for the position of the music files: probably this will be a good choice if you have never changed any default preference.
But before I would check the folders and see if the songs are really there

They will help you just make sure that you make a appointment before you go into the store. Also if the iPhone needs to be replaced and you are not within your year of hardware coverage, that is when they will ask you to pay a fee.
