i have downloaded the product but it is not on my computer? and now cause serial number has been used i am unable to download it again. i have managed to register the product in my adobe but i have no product to use. any ideas

i pressed the download button next to my order and it brought me to a page where i had to install the installer, which i did and i ran it. then i went back to the recent order page and pressed download and it brought me back to the page to download the installer. how do i get out of this loup?

I'm having trouble downloading PhotoShop Elements
I successfully downloaded the Adobe Download Assistant but then only had Photoshop CS6 to choose. Did I do something wrong?

Trouble opening photoshop elements after download.
I am having trouble opening photoshop elements. When I get done downloading it, it opens up as a text document in textedit.
Applications --> Utilities --> Disk Utility
Repair your stuff and/ or fix the archive. And also refer to the topic on teh front page about issues on OSX 10.7.

Purchased Photoshop Elements 8 some time ago, but never got help because Elements never downloaded

there are two files for win os, an 7z and an exe.
download both, place both in the same directory and click (or double click) the exe.

Trouble uploading Photoshop elements to a new computer
I am having trouble uploading Photoshop Elements 12 to a new computer. I have the disk for Photoshop Elements 2, so I uploaded it to the new computer. I transferred the Photoshop Elements 12 executable file to my new computer When I tried to execute it; it gives me the following error: "The application cannot be installed due to a certificate problem. The certificate does not match the installed application certificate, does not support application upgrades, or is invalid. Please contact the application author."
You need to install the program, transferring doesn't work.

I have tried to download Photoshop Elements 10 three times now and it has crashed every time. I checked my settings and the format on my computer is Max OS Extended. How can I successfully download Photoshop Elements 7.0?
Sorry if there is a question like this already.
I got a new laptop today. I downloaded all my software and transferred my files. However I have been unsuccessful to download Photoshop Elements 7. I have the disk and I have it installed in my old laptop. I have not had a problem with installing it before aside from it taking too long now and then.It always stops downloading when it is installing the background pictures. It specifically stops when it is installing the Grass Mat. jpeg or the Hand Made Paper01.jpeg.
I get the error message "error 1305. Error reading from file C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\7.0\Photo Creations\backgrounds\ (Grass Mat.jpeg/Hand Made Paper01.jpeg). Verify if the file exists and that you can access it."
I followed the troubleshoot Adobe offers for this error without success. When I tried to install it from my desktop,but the file Data1 or something couldn't be copied because my laptop could not read it. I tried taking out the disk and putting it in again, I tried manually downloading from 'Computer', and I have also temporarily turned off my anti-virus protection.
I have only fixed the error once the first time when I clicked on the jpeg file it requested (though no photo could be shown so I guess no access?) , but then it got stuck on another jpeg. I need help! I really would love to have this installed.Elements 7 is an ancient version but there is a download link available here

Trouble opening Photoshop Elements 11
I recently bought a Wacom pen tablet and it came with an offer to download Photoshop Elements 11 for free. As I usually work with Elements 7, I decided to download the software, but when I try to click on the desktop shortcut to run the program, the loading spinner will appear briefly and then disappear. The program does not open. I tried restarting my computer and I tried reinstalling but to no avail. I gave up and tried to return to using Elements 7, but now even that program is experiencing the same problem. It just won't open.
I tried finding a .PSD file and opening the program that way, which was slightly more useful. The usual Photoshop initializing banner showed up and it appeared to be opening, but then it stops and I get this message: "Adobe Photoshop Elemens 11 has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." with the only option to "Close program"
I already tried the solution of deleting the preferences as mentioned in this thread http://forums.adobe.com/message/5922614. It didn't work. And I run Windows 7.I have yet to solve this issue... Can anyone offer any advice?
