Trouble downloading photoshop free trial
How do I download photoshop? I was able to download the creative cloud app, but when i click to download photoshop it keeps giving me an error message:
It says "Installation Failed. Installation complete except for some optional components failed to install correctly (6)

I've signed up for a months free trial on Creative Cloud.
I clicked on download free trial for photoshop.
Although the message states it is downloading now,there has been no evidence of it happening.

Just building on to what Alhall said, you can follow the link: https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and download Creative Cloud desktop application.
Once downloaded it will give you the list of all the Adobe Creative Cloud application and from there you can download your required applications.

Having trouble downloading photoshop CS6 trial
I have a Macbook Pro and I am trying to download the Photoshop CS6 trial and the Flash CS6 trial to my computer, since the CC versions are not compatible with my system. So I went to this link, which I saw mentioned a few times in the Adobe forums:

I follow all the instructions but when I go to download the file, the download bar on the file doesn't move. It's like it's stuck at 1% and won't download any further. Am I doing something wrong? Trouble downloading the free trial of Adobe Acrobat DC! "unable to load metafile"
Currently, I have Adobe Acrobat XI Pro installed. When I select "download", the Adobe Acrobat DC file is created in my downloads folder. However, when I choose to run the file, it first has me click continue if I'm aware that it will replace my current version of Adobe (so I click continue) but then the next thing pops up saying "unable to load metafile". Can't make it past this point. And I already downloaded Acrobat Reader DC in case that has anything to do with it. Please help!

Could you please uninstall Adobe Reader DC from your machine and download its offline installer from here:
http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
Now, try installing Adobe Acrobat DC again by running the executable file and check if the problem persists.
Also, let me know if you are connected to a proxy server, then you might need to refer the KB doc link listed for this error:

I have already downloaded the free trial of Photoshop but am having trouble with Premiere. I was wondering if I am able to download both free trials. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the items but each time there is an error. All of my software is up to date.
Without proper system information and other technical details like the actual error messages nobody can tell you much. Just saying there is an error is not useful.

I have been waiting to get Photoshop all of 2014 and now I finally can. I tried downloading the free trial but then it took me to a page that said I could not download it because it was not supported. I am using a 2008 iMac that I got for christmas. Please help I really want photoshop!

That's grade A stupid. No current Adobe app will function other than on its original install location due to the many auxilairay components and of course the licensing system being required. If it asks you dfor a serial from there or even refuses to launch, you realyl mustn't wonder. if it was installed properly on a internal drive and still triggers the warning, you may have another Adobe product interfering and you may need to reset the licensing database and all that.
