Trouble downloading Photoshop, Lightroom, and Bridge

I have been trying to download Photoshop, Bridge, and Lightroom all day, but the downloads keep failing. Even when I click "Retry," the download doesn't begin and says that it failed. Any ideas on what to do?

    Please notice that the "Thank you for your order." page that appears after you complete the online purchase contains the necessary key. If you printed the page or still can view it (perhaps by tracking your order), look in the "Order Summary" table near the bottom where it says "iWork '08 Trial - Serial Number" there is a "Key" below the "Part Number". This key is of the form (at least for mine):
    xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxx
    This is what can be entered into Numbers to unlock the trial. You do not need to wait for the email.

    Could you provide a more detailed inquiry, please? What happens while in Photoshop when you choose File > Browse in Bridge? What happens when you choose Applications > Adobe Bridge CS6 > Adobe Bridge CS6.app?

  • Problems with running Photoshop CS6 and Bridge with Lightroom 4 also on the same PC

    I was running Photoshop and Bridge, then purchased Lightroom 4. Before installingt 4 I had no problems with Bridge, but since installing 4 all of the photo's that were held in bridge are now gone, but they are in Lightroom. With Lightroom, you are able to edit photos out of Lightroom and into Photoshop when necessary, save and close and it automatically changed the Lightroom picture.
    I have two PC's, one has Bridge on it (this one) and the other without, but both have both editing prgrams installed. On the other PC I can switch between Lightroom and Photoshop with no problems, but when I try to switch with this PC, the one with Bridge installed, it will open Photoshop, but the photo will not transfer. If I close Photoshop program and go back to Lightroom, it will tell me that the picture could not be transfered to Photoshop because it would not launch. If I close that message window, it will then launch Photoshop and the picture transferes over allowing me to edit and save as normal.
    My question is; does anyone know if Lightroom and Bridge should run side by side, or should I delete Bridge from this PC and see what happens. Bridge is just a holder and organizer of photos, wherease Lightroom does the same, but also has post editing capabilities. The two programs seem redundant, but if your running Photoshop, it's hard to get files out of Lightroom. It seems that you need to open Lightroom first, then you can view and chose a photo to work on, then move it back and forth between the two programs. This seems to make Bridge redundant.

    Hi, Yes, but that actually wasn't the problem. I start out in Lightroom,
    then move to Photoshop if I have something that can't be fixed in
    Lightroom. The problem was that when I tried to edit, out of Lightroom and
    into Photoshop, I was getting an error message that Lightroom couldn't
    prepare files for transfer because Photoshop wouldn't open. But, it had
    opened, the picture just wouldn't transfer. If I closed Photoshop,
    Lightroom would try again and it would open and transfer the second time. I
    ended up going to the Adobe help, chat line, and they looked into my PC and
    located the problem, it's now working fine. Thanks to everyone for your
    inputs. Most appreciated.

  • Lightroom 5.6 does not run following latest CC Photoshop 2014 and Bridge updates

    I am running Creative Cloud Photography on OSX 10.9.4. Yesterday I updated Photoshop 2014 and Bridge using the CC desktop app as prompted by CC. Since then Lightroom does not run. When I open it the blue intro screen flashes up for less than a second. To try and recover I have uninstalled Lightroom (5.6) and re-installed it several times using both the CC app and directly from the Adobe website. The result is always the same. I can find nothing about this on Adobe Support although I can find others who have had the same symptoms on a web search. Their solution was to re-install Lightroom from the web site but that hasn't worked for me.  I had Lightroom installed before I went to CC and before CC included Lightroom in the Photography package. Does anyone understand this issue and can you please advise me what to try next? Many thanks.

    Okay, Solution 1 from this link Error "Unable to start correctly - 0Xc00007b" fixed it for me. But now it's asking me for the serial number which I can't find anywhere... shouldn't that go without with the cloud?

    I downloaded Photoshop CC and Lightroom (that nice package deal)  and when I went to open up Photoshop CS5, it is no longer there.

    If you have a serial number, you simply need to enter it into the proper fields.
    Since you don't say what version of Lightroom, and what sections are "blocked off", let me guess that you have Lightroom CC, and you need to enter the serial number to turn it into Lightroom 6.     And if that's not the right assumption, then please give us the details.

    Hi,
    I have troubles download Photoshop CC to my WIndows XP. I checked my Creative Cloud and it says that Ps CC is installed and updated but it isn't saved in any of my files. I didn't have any problem downloading Lightroom but Ps CC doesn't want to work. I don't know too much abut computers so maybe I'm the problem.
    Is there any way to reset it and download it again?

    Try signing out and back in to the CC Desktop Application manager.  This will force a full system scan, and it should know for sure whether Photoshop is installed or not.
    If it says it is up to date, hit the Start button and then All programs and it should be there (possibly in an Adobe folder).
