I purchased PE11, but when I try to download it's saying I need a supported browser. I'm already using Internet Explorer 10. Any suggestions?

Very disturbing download process. First click to downlload Photoshop Elements trial was blocked because there was malware attached. This happened twice.
Second attend to download PS elements worked. But the file would never open and install.
Then tried to download Premier Elements Trial. No malware, but file would not open and install.
Adobe is better than this. What is going on?????

Maryrhire910 I am sorry that you are facing difficulty downloading and installing Photoshop Elements 12. Are you downloading the installation files from Download Photoshop Elements products | 13, 12, 11, 10? If so what specific error are you receiving?

when I try to download premier elements 11, I get a file trial3.adobe.com and its all garbage. I also got a jojobo company program to do the downloading. I tried to get around it but it stays there. If adobe is using some other company's software to do its downloading. It should tell people. i look upon this company as trying to get my personal information. How do I get around this nonsense. It's very difficult to find a way of downloading a program that I payed for.

Downloaded Premier Elements 9 It does not have SartSound in the Audio Tools Button. How can I get it

Having pruchased Premier Elements vis download, I obviously have not installations disc. After working on a project, I went into audio tools to open SmartSound Quicks. It was not included in the tools menu. I know you can add it to tools if you purchased Pre 9 retail and have the disc. Is this an error in that it is not included in the download version? If not, why was not downloaded and how can I get it? Is there a plugin available. Smart sound shows one I believe for Pre pro. Will that work for Pre 9?

As one of the respondents mentioned, you can't use AirPlay. What was not mentioned is you can use HomeSharing.
You need to activate Home Sharing on both your computer's iTunes/Prefs/Sharing and in Settings/iPod in the iPad. Using the iPod app, select your computer's library and initiate any requests (music) on the iPad.
Personally I believe Airsharing and Homesharing are some of the worst work I've seen come out of Apple. Its inconsistent between devices and is needlessly complicated by having two different capabilities essentially doing the same thing. Throw in the Remote app and you now have three capabilities essentially doing the same thing with different interfaces and inconsistent functionality.

Why am I double charged for downloading premier elements 12?

I downloaded from ADOBE last Thursday the version 12 of adobe premier elements and I am finding out this week that my card was charged twice for the same version of software....................Please help? this is not the ADOBE I know......is there some fraud going on???

Need Help Downloading Premier Elements 8 Purchased With Computer (Dell)

Hi, I originally purchased my computer from Dell, including Adobe Premier Elements 8. Due to an unrelated issue I had to wipe the hard drive and reinstall Windows 7. How can I get Premier Elements back? I am registered and have the serial number. I tried the chat support but they could not help me, as they only supported the current version. I am not sure if you have any comeback with Dell on this, surely not with Adobe, since this is a pre-install deal with Dell. Do you have anything in your Dell paperwork that guarantees you installation files in a case such as this?
If the situation were such that you had version 9.0/9.0.1 or later instead of 8.0/8.0.1, the story might have a better ending.
There is a web site that offers tryout downloads for versions 9 through 11. After you download the tryout of the
version for which you have the purchased serial number, it is just a matter of inserting your purchased serial number in it.

I have not found a tryout for 8 there. I am not sure what to make of those ads on the right column of its web site page.

Downloading Premier Elements 11 from Amazon

I bought Photoshop and Premier Elements 11 from Amazon.com and had little trouble installing Photoshop. However after several attempts to install Premier Elements 11 I am at a dead end.
Just as it is about to finish installing I get one of two messages, either
EXECUTION OF COMMAND ' C:\USERS\PUBLIC\DOCUMENTS\AMAZON GAMES & SOFTWARE\PREMIERELEMENTS11.afp.' failed (error 2:the system cannot find the file specified)
Or
C:\Program files (x86)\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 11. The installation cannot continue. Log on as as administrator or contact your system administrator
I've tried clearing all previous files and crap left over from previous attempts, using a different browser and shutting off my protection. Nothing.
HELP ME before I throw this bloody laptop through the window!!!!

Trying to download Premier Elements v8

I purchased Premier Elements version 8 several years ago. Just had to wipe my computer and start over, and while I can find Photoshop 8 (purchased at same time) download, I can't get Premier Elements 8. Please help.

Please explore that your download possibilities for version 8 still exist at My Order Adobe.
The way to do that is to contact Adobe via its Adobe Chat Orders and determine if that department
can define the way. I am unaware that Adobe cut off access to downloads for purchases of the older versions.
