Trouble downloading Premiere CS 6 subscription

I'm having trouble downloading Adobe Premiere CS6 (subscription). I downloaded the download manager, and after running it, it shows there are 13 titles available, however, none of them include Premiere (which is the only one that I bought a subscription for). Could anyone please direct me as to how to download the Premiere software that is subscription based? Thanks.

Are you running your Mac with an Administrator account so you HAVE permission?

Trouble downloading Premiere Elements b/c serial number

I can't download Premiere properly because it requires me to enter a serial number. There is a character limit on the box asking for the serial number and my number doesn't fit. Therefore, I am unable to download Premiere. I bought the student package last night that comes with photoshop and premiere elements. I went through the exact same process with Photoshop and had no problems.

Where are you getting the serial number from?
Typically the serial number is in the format...
xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx
I have not run into the situation where you need a serial number to download a product. I would think you need a serial number to install a product?
Is the request for a Product Key or serial number?
Please review and comment.

Trouble downloading Premiere Elements 11 trial

I have downloaded Adobe Download Assistant and the trial of premiere elements 11, but every time I try install it an error message 1935 pops up and it rolls back. I have updated windows, apple QuickTime, run a disk cleanup, run a defragmenter, and turned off my anti-virus but the same thing keeps happening. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Trouble downloading Premiere Pro

I have the Master Collection CS5.5. I have installed the collection but Premiere Pro will not install. It tells me that I do not have the system requirements for the installation. I am running Windows XP Home Edition (32 bit) with a 3.25 GB. Does this program only run on 64 bit or a certain OS? The computer I am running this on is a built computer so I'm not sure how to find out any other information, if I need it.

Here’s what I downloaded from my account – PremiereElements_10LS_15_win64
I do get an error message when I double click to install:
“The file archive part of Adobe Premiere Elements 10 is missing.
You need all parts in the same folder in order to extract Adobe Premiere Elements 10.
Please download all parts”.
When on the Adobe site there are many choices which is confusing.
Please direct me to the correct one….

Trouble downloading trial Premiere Elements 11

I have tried to download Premiere Elements 11 trial. I siccessfully did the Adobe Download assistant, but when I went to get the elements 11, it wasn't there. I found a folder that is named Adobe Premiere Elements, but it has two subfolders, one that has ReadMe files in it, thge other is labeled PRE 11. That file had a setup.exe file, which I tried, but it installed Photoshop 11 instead.
How do I get the Premiere Elements 11 (or ten) installed?

CC wont let me re-download premiere pro CS6! HELP!!

Hello all,
So i previously had all of the CS6 Family installed on my computer. Something went wrong with Adobe Encore and it wouldnt open so i uninstalled Premiere Pro and Encore CS6.
After un-installing i restarted my computer and opened Creative Cloud.
When looking in the find new apps section to re-download Premiere Pro CS6 i could not find it. I filtered the search and selected previous versions but the only apps it says it has in previous versions in are Bridge, Edge Animate and Gaming SDK.
I checked in the my apps section to double check it was definitely un-installed. I can see Premiere Pro CC but CS6 is not showing up anywhere!
Ive tried looking for other links on the adobe website but it just gives me the option to buy a subscription (which i have already payed for) or download the trial.
Ive looked endlessly on forums for a solution but no joy so far.
I desperately need to get to the bottom of this as i need Adobe Encore for work.
PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

Here's what you do to get Premiere CS6 + Encore:
Just click here (it's the same link as the more information link in CC.)
or
Go to your Creative Cloud application (on the menu bar) and go to Adobe Premiere CC and click more information
There is a dropdown menu that says "Adobe Premiere Pro CC" near the top.
Click it and the other option is "Adobe Premiere Pro CS6." Select that.
Now on the top right corner of the page it has a download button that says "Download Adobe Premiere Pro CS6."
It is included in your CC subscription.
However, a word of warning, you cannot use Adobe Dynamic Link to link to a Premiere CC sequence directly in Encore. A CS6 sequence still works fine, but if you have a CC project, you will need to encode your sequence into a DVD friendly format (MPEG2 file). I'm really hoping that Adobe changes this in their upcoming release, and just adds the ability to import CC sequences into Encore, then I would be fine with them not including it in the normal CC package, or updating it. But I haven't seen anything about it in the release notes.
A lot of people still want their DVDs and it's a lot easier to just dynamically link the sequence.

Trying to download premiere elements 12

I had no trouble downloading photoshop elements 12, It installed correctly, but for premiere elements 12 all I got was 2 zip files:
     PremiereElements_12_WWEFDJ_win32 and PremiereElements_12_WWEFDJ_win64
but nothing else happened.   How do I install it? I have Windows 8.

I have windows 8 64-bit.   I clicked that zip file, and then had 2 files:
PremiereElements_12_WWEFDJ_win64     7z Archive    1,229,388 KB   and
PremiereElements_12_WWEFDJ_win64      Application   1,506 KB.
Both files are in the same folder.   When I clicked the Application file, I get
this error message:

I also tried deleting the files and did the download again. . . it was from
www.adobe.com/go/getserial.   The download manager was arvato bertelsmann.

Trouble downloading updates with Application Manager

I am having trouble downloading my updates using the Applicaition Manager.
It will down load maybe 80% and then fail.
I get an error message in the log that says... " Error Code: U43M1D204"

Still having issues. Error Code: U43M1D204
No matter how many times I try, it will not finish downloading. It always fails.
What does this error code mean? How can I fix this issue?

Does downloading Premiere Pro CC get rid of any older version of PP I already have installed?

If I have Premiere Pro CS5 on my mac and download Premiere Pro CC will I still be able to use CS5 if I chose to cancel my subscription?
I ask because my office wants to get PP CC on their computers and I need to be on the same version to collaborate.

Welcome to Adobe Forums.
You can use both versions of Premiere pro on your system.
Even if you have canceled the subscription you can still use CS5 Premiere Pro.
However you might want to look at the tech specs of Premiere Pro CC first, to make sure our system meets the requirements.
