Trouble downloading the trial Ai

When I click download for the trial version of Ai, a window pops up and asks me to choose a program to open link in, Creative Cloud is automatically highlighted, with an option to choose another program underneath. I choose CC and it says downloading, however, it doesn't ever download. I've deactivated my firewall, as well as all other securities. Any ideas on what the problem could be?
Im running a PC on Windows 8

Reinstall the Creative Cloud app and take it from there. Also consider using another browser.

Is anyone having trouble downloading the trial version of Lightroom 4?

I have been trying to download the trial verson of Lightroom 4 however the download button appears not to be working on the trial download page - When I click on it nothing happens. I checked to see if I was able to download CS6 and Elements and that was fine (I didnt go through with the download) I have tried all the links of the forum that people have suggested but with no success. I have Windows 7 so I dont think thats the porbem, I have allowed pop ups and checked my security - any ideas/ advice would be great as I really want to try the programme before purchasing it.

Which Web browser are you using ?
Can you use any different web browser like Firefox, Chrome etc and then check.

OSX 10.6.8 does not meet Photoshop CC or CC 2014 system requirements. 10.7 is the minimum.

I stumbled upon the solution. In addition to downloading Creative Cloud, I needed to go back to the website and download trials for the programs I want to use--Photoshop and Lightroom. Once I did that, I was in business. Would save trouble if that was made clear on the download site.

When you say that you can't open eps files, are you getting an error message?
Photoshop CS6 has the ability to open both .eps and .ai files. However, opening by going to File > Open... will rasterize the image - meaning that it is no long a vector so you can't scale it up and down without losing quality. To open an .eps or .ai file in Photoshop and maintain its vector capabilities, try the following:
Create a new canvas in Photoshop. Then, go to File > Place...
After selecting your file from the Place dialog box, your image will be placed into your canvas. Resize accordingly, and then hit Enter on your keyboard.
The image you just placed is a Smart Object, meaning that it has retained its vector capabilities and can be resized without losing image quality. If you ever need to rasterized this image, just right click on the layer and select Rasterize Layer.

Let me make sure that we're talking about the same thing: Are you wanting to use Adobe PDF Pack (there is no free trial of that; it's an online subscription that you access via a web browser or Adobe Reader). You can purchase an Adobe PDF Pack subscription from http://www.acrobat.com.
That said, if you are downloading and installing the Acrobat XI trial, have you followed the instructions in this document: Trials | Download, install? If you have, are are still having trouble installing the trial, please see this document: Adobe Download Assistant FAQ.
Let us know if you are still unable to get the Acrobat XI trial installed.

Can I download the trial version of photoshop and use it as the full version with my serial number?

I have photoshop 6.0 on my current computer, I got in in college 4 years ago and the disc subsequently came to a tragic end after a collision with my dogs teeth T_T I still have the serial number though. My problem is I've just bought a new computer and I was told that to transfer photoshop to my new computer I had to deactivate it on my old computer and then download the trial version using the original serial number. Will this work?

Is this Photoshop Elements 6 or Photoshop 6? Either way this would not be the current version so it will be difficult to obtain the installation files as we only offer replacement media for the current version. I am trying to download the trial version of After Effects for testing. I downloaded Edge animate from the cloud several months ago with no probelem. Safari says it can not open the address. Is this a firewall issue? I am trying to convince my boss to allow me to subscribe to the creative cloud but so far this is not helping running into to techical difficulties this early in the process. Thanks for any response.
UPDATE: I uninstalled and then reinstalled the Creative Cloud download app. It seems to have downloaded and installed fine but when I go to download a trial app nothing happens, nor do I know what to do. The creative cload window opens in my mac and that's all. Any suggestions.
I have also noticed the CC icon on the top title bar of my mac remains dim, don't know if that is an issue. The only options it gives me is Help, Open as window and Close Creative Cloud. What gives?

I (thought) downloaded the trial version of Photoshop Elements, Cannot find it!!

and it even says 'You have Thirty Days left on your Trial' but I cannot seem to find the actual Photoshop Elements! I can only find the Adobe Download Assistant! It took like 8 hours to download and when I got up this morning it said Download complete, but I cannot find it on my computer anywhere!! That will take you to 10.6.3.
If required you can then use the combo updater to get to the latest version, 10.6.8 (http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1399)
