Trouble getting an appointment for one to one in France

Anyone live in France? I have a lot of trouble getting an appointment for a One to One session and it seems the site for the One to One doesn't work too well. Anyone else have this problem?

You want to sue them? Good luck, pal. You can make an appointment up to 7 days in advance. Here's what you need to do. Keep checking the reservation page for the Apple Store you want to go to, and as soon as an appointment slot is available, take it. Or go to the store as soon as it opens, and tell them you want the first available slot if someone cancels, and wait.
Suing someone for being so busy that you can't make an appointment at their business is ridiculous. You have no right to be seen before someone that A) Made an appointment or B) Has been waiting longer than you to be seen.

I am getting different Names for one Shift_ID...

Hi Gurus,
I am new to Oracle report and trying to fix one bug.When I run a report with a particular Shift_ID , I am getting different Customer_Service_Representatives Name in the report.
I checked the sources of each columns in the Layout.
I have also gone through the tables used in the report(actual datas are in Prod for which I have no access) :((
I am Stuck and its not working...

the thing is the shift ID where they are having problem is in the production Another choice pls define the problem if u can't define (but u didn't mention it)and suppose a solution for it to guarantee a valid data output.
I have to modify the package associated with the Report.if they depends on shift ID that have problem is in the production and needs to modify modify it temporary with a static test data purposes.
and if i got ur point clearly and if i were u i would ask for any hard copies or documents related to this report that would match with the production if it is necessary to have a specific shift ID and i had a limited access to DEV and TEST access.
make sure that u r having a valid data in TEST or dev user otherwise pls try to invent a use case or test data with a new shift_ids and new Customer_Service_Representatives Name and try to test .

Chris Poole has an [XUTIL_FINDFILES package|http://www.chrispoole.co.uk/apps/xutlff.htm] which can do this in pure SQL. It does require, though, that your DBA install code in the SYS schema and that you rely on the behavior of an undocumented X$ table. That may not be possible in certain environments.
I personally prefer a small Java stored procedure along the lines of [this one from Tom Kyte|http://asktom.oracle.com/pls/asktom/f?p=100:11:0::::P11_QUESTION_ID:439619916584]. It isn't a pure PL/SQL solution, but it tends to fit relatively cleanly in any environment. Most DBAs will be willing to grant the privileges this sort of approach requires where they would be hesitant to grant the access necessary for XUTIL_FINDFILES.

3 things come to mind.
(1) It might be stored in your keychain. See Keychain Access in you Utilities folder. Select the account and command-shift-c copies the password to your clipboard.
(2) If you have logged in via the web, it might be in your Safari passwords: Safari, Preferences, Passwords.
(3) Contact your mail service provider. Normally there is some mechanism for retrieving passwords.

Having trouble getting Microsoft Office for Mac 2008 to run.

I recently upgraded my iMac to ML, but since then I've had difficulty getting the app to run. It would give me an error message and an error log. Then I created a new user profile to see if it'll run there (under system prefs, then under users & groups). Well, it did run. It opened just fine under the new user profile. So it can't be a problem with the new OS. So what is it with my primary user profile? What is keeping Office from running in one user profile and not another?

I am assuming that you are attempting to download a copy of Microsoft Office directly from the Microsoft Store ... correct? If so, you cannot use the product key from the CD as this key is specifically used for the software on that CD. You would need to acquire a new product key as you would need to purchase another copy of Office for your MacBook Air.

Having trouble getting album artwork for CDs that ARE in Music Store

I've got about 300 of my own CDs (not purchased through ITMS) on my computer and iTunes 7 only downloaded about 20 covers automatically. I have gone through and made sure all of my albums and artists are spelled correctly as well as putting all of the years of the releases.
I can not get any of the album artwork to download.
Also, the iTunes mini store doesn't open. When I click show mini-store, only a bold line on the bottom of the screen comes up, but the mini store does not open all the way.

When iTunes 7 was first released the iTunes store got swamped by people updating their artwork (like yourself), this meant it would often only manage to do a few albums at a time. In this situation telling it to try again (and again) was the solution.
However by now the number of users hitting the store should be lower and this less of a problem.
Another problem that affects me and others, is that the "Get Album Artwork" command only seems to search the US iTunes store (even if your account is logged in to a different country), this means that at best you might get the wrong artwork, and sometimes no artwork at all. Of course you are apparently in Florida and therefore would want to use the US store and so not be affected by this problem.
I see you have the misfortune to be using Windows XP, and even worse a Dull Inspiron! You might want to check to see if your firewall [you are using a firewall aren't you?] is interfering with iTunes contacting the iTunes store.
Rather than using the "Get Album Artwork" command in the "Advanced" menu, try instead selecting a single album, and right clicking and then selecting "Get Album Artwork" from the pop-up menu.
It might help if you give an example of a problematic album/artist/track name. Also can you confirm the format the track is in? WAV does not support embedded artwork for example.

You can just show up for a genius bar appointment, but it's best to make an appointment in advance. If the Apple stores in Italy are anything like the one's in the US, that means they are slammed...you may have to wait several hours if you don't have an appointment.

Multiple Vendors for one Document Number in BW

Hello All,
We are getting Multiple Vendors for one document in BW. In R/3, standard table and RSA3, we are able to see correct vendor where as when it is coming into BW it is showing incorrect vendor in PSA and Data Target.
All issues are coming for Process Key 1 only.

MC+E Report not giving results for One Plant

Dear All,
I am executing MC+E standard report for four plants but I am not getting the output for one plant. This report fetches data from the table S001 while executing VA01. I checked that there are no entries for that plant in this table hence obviously I cann't get the output.
Can anyone suggest me where lies the problem. My SD consultant is able to generate invoices, but the result of VA01 are not getting reflected in S001.

Same was the problem with me, one of my seniors helped me with it. The report does not reflect data for the other one, as somebody may have made changes to the standard Info Structure.Probably a 'Z' or 'Y' update group is mainatined and proper update rules are not attached to the info structure. Ask you SD consultant to check out the update rules. It is a big risk to make changes to the info structure as it may lead to loss of Master and may stop functioning of SAP across modules. Ask a expert from SD to work onto it.

How hard is it to get a Genius Bar Appointment for a Macbook Pro

I could not update to Marvericks on my Macbook Pro as the install picked up a SMART error on hard drive meaning it is likely to fail soon.
I have been trying to get an appointment for the last two weeks in any store in London to replace my hardrive and still cannot book an appointment.
This is far below the customer care i have known and expect from apple.
Anyone got any suggestions?

You are dealing with store limitations, not Apple. Also, perhaps you don't know how to book an appointment. You should be able to do so online or by telephone. But there's nothing that can be done about the length of the service line.

Why I didn't get for all my devices?

Even though the iWork for Mac & iWork for iOS apps now share similar file formats & user interfaces, they are separate programs created for separate operating systems. Activating a new iOS device after September 1 gets you the iOS versions of iWork & iLife. Purchasing a new OS X device after October 1 entitles you to the free OS X apps. Also, if you already purchased iWork '09 apps for the Mac you can update to the new versions for free. The same goes for the previous versions of the iOS apps. You can then install the apps on all of your devices with the same OS using your same Apple ID. BUT, getting the apps for one operating system does not get you the same apps for the other OS.
