hen I tried several times to import favorites, etc. from IE to Firefox, I keep getting the same message- script busy or not responding.
Tried several times and nothing was imported and keep getting same message listed above. I have XP on my laptop.
Any suggestions or help is greatly appreciated. Thanks alot and have a great day!

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Regarding:
THERE ANY WAY I CAN PUT MULTIPLE RANDUM TRANSITIONS IN TO THE TIME LINE WITH JUST ONE CLICK ? .
There is no transition choice for random transitions across the Premiere Elements 12 workspace Timeline. But, the Elements Organizer 12/Create Menu/Slideshow and its Slideshow Editor does have that random transition choice. So, one possibilitity would be to create your slideshow in Elements Organizer 12 Slideshow Editor and then move the slideshow into Premiere Elements with the Output of Edit with Premiere Elements Editor command.
Pending more details of the slideshow you are creating, I think that you would get your best photo quality and overall results staying with Premiere Elements 12 workspace (1080p) project and the transitions randomized manually.
perhaps applying the default to all (all at the same time),
using Timeline Menu/Apply Default Transition,
and then replacing transitions randomly for the random transition look).
Please let us know if any of that worked for you.

Having trouble with reading hex from an input file - please help

Hi, I have a txt file with rows of hex, and I need to read each line and add it to an int array. So far I have:

94000000The above code crashes on the third input (my guess is becuase there are letters in and it can't parseInt letters.
I think I need to parse it into an array of chars instead, however I don't know how to get from the string (temp) to the char array.
can anyone help?

ok turns out it's just a null pointer exception on the data[count] line, becuase I've only initialised the first two slots of data. i didn't see it before becase it was just throwing an error and i never printed it out.
here's how I've defined data:
in the class
int[] data;just before the code to input the file data:
for ( int i = 0; i < length; i++ )
 data [ i ] = 0;thinking this shoudl go through all the array and initialise it. but it gives a NullPointerException on the data=0; line.
any ideas?

I have lost my most important iphoto library. I have several different photo libraries that use and the one that I have been using for this entire year disappeared when I switched back to look at photos from an old library, please help, thank you.

I have also tried searching for them in finder and going through the trash, i have had no luck yet and confused on where they might be.

With the amount of information you've provided it's impossible to offer a solution. We can't see your computer so we need to know the details of your problem and setup, i.e.:
what version of iPhoto are you using?
what system version are you running?
what do you see in the iPhoto window when iPhoto opens?
what fixes have you tried?
where is your library normally located?
did you apply any updates or upgrades just prior to the problem occurring?
are you running a "managed" or "referenced" library?
how much free space on your boot drive?
If you launch iPhoto with the Option key held down you'll get a window with all libraries that iPhoto an find. What do you see in that window?
If you select a library in the window it's location will be shown directly beneath that window.

Trouble importing favorites from IE to Mozilla

I tried to import my favorites from IE to Mozilla by follwoing the instructions and it did say that they were successfully imported, but when I go to the internet explorer folder under the "bookmarks" tab, it it empty. Please help. thanks. mike

Imported favorite bookmarks from IE and now all links are to BBC news

I downloaded and installed Firefox, imported favorites/bookmarks from IE running Windows 7, and now all the bookmarks that seemed to have been imported point to BBC news link.
Any suggestions?

Open the Firefox SafeMode and select '''Delete all bookmarks except for backups''', then Continue in SafeMode.

Then close Firefox. Open IE and use '''File > Import/Export - Export to HTML file''' and save that file to the Desktop. Close IE.
Then open Firefox and open '''Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks -> Import & Backup - Import HTML... = From HTML file ''and select that file you saved on the Desktop'' '''.
Hopefully that method will work better.

Make a smart playlist of your whole library but only checked songs - #4 on http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1801
Highlight all files in that playlist, then drag to the other drive. This isn't preserving any playlists or whatever, just copying files from one drive to another.
You might want to delete the smart playlist this once you are done because it will probably gobble up resources with that many files.

If you had installed iOS 7 it would be Activation locked, but I see you only have iOS 5. You do have a backup of you iPad files on your computer or iCloud, don't you?
If the iPad was running iOS 7, the thief/finder will not ever be able to use it.

Apple (and no one else) can not assist (with serial number or iCloud) in finding a lost or stolen iPad.
Report to police along with serial number. Change all your passwords.

Did you check your security software (firewall)?
A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process.

I had the same issue this morning downloading a pre-order of Alanis, Flavors of Entanglement . I noticed that the only thing that had changed fro me was that I had some song credits for purchasing ticketmaster tickets over the past few weeks. You're using iPhoto 6?
Try these in order - from best option on down...
1. Do you have an up-to-date back up? If so, try copy the library6.iphoto file from the back up to the iPhoto Library allowing it to overwrite the damaged file.
2. Download <a href="http://www.fatcatsoftware.com/iplm/">iPhoto Library Manager</a> and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.
3. If neither of these work then you'll need to create and populate a new library.
To create and populate a new *iPhoto 6* library:
Note this will give you a working library with the same Rolls and pictures as before, however, you will lose your albums, keywords, modified versions, books, calendars etc.
Move the iPhoto Library to the desktop
Launch iPhoto. It will ask if you wish to create a new Library. Say Yes.
Go into the iPhoto Library on your desktop and find the Originals folder. From the Originals folder drag the individual Roll Folders to the iPhoto Window and it will recreate them in the new library.
When you're sure all is well you can delete the iPhoto Library on your desktop.
In the future, in addition to your usual back up routine, you might like to make a copy of the library6.iPhoto file whenever you have made changes to the library as protection against database corruption.

They show up with safari but not firefox. I've read that publishing to mobile me solves it but I publish to my hard drive and ftp to my host (not mobile me).

Drop shadows, borders etc are a bad idea in that they increase the file size and the download time of your page.
Create your image, drop shadow etc on your iWeb page, take a screenshot, crop it and replace the original image with the, much reduced, JPEG>

Hours and Hours of renaming, adding cover photos and so on have been for nothing. Itunes cannot find the files since they're not in the library at all!

Did you use spotlight to search? (I'm assuming you have a Mac as given above despite this thread being in the Windows forum). How long have you used iTunes on this computer? Is there a backup to your library, perhaps an only copy of it on a machine you've "retired". Is the media present in the media folder? (Yes, you've answered that earlier.) If so then the media files should have absorbed all the tag changes that you made and reimporting the media into a new library might not be a complete disaster, though playlists, playcounts, ratings etc. would be irretrievably lost.

You will have to configure that with your router. Type your router's IP address in the search/domain bar and allow port forwarding.
What is requiring you to have an open NAT? That issue is usually for gaming consoles, etc.
