Trouble launching creative cloud apps. Subscription is activated but it shows trial expired screen.

I am trying to launch creative cloud apps on 10.7.3 lion imac, but it keeps asking me to license the software, which I have already done. It even shows that subscription is active, but for some reason it keeps taking me back to the trial expired screen. I have already tried uninstallling everything and reinstalling, but that has not solved the issue. Creative Cloud seem to work just fine on my 10.6.8 macbook, but would not work on 10.7.3 iMac. Please help!!! I am so frustrated. I am paying for this and can't even launch an app. I am in the second month of this subscription. First month, everything appeared to be a trial and now it has expired. Now, when I try to license the software, it activates it for me, but it never launces the app. It takes me back to the trial screen. What should I do???

I hit this same problem. The problem wasn't on my machine: No amount of tweaking locally would fix it, no amount of removing the apps, cleaning, and reinstalling fresh. The problem was on Adobe's servers, where my account had been tagged as being a trial rather than a paying subscription.
The experience was tremdously frustrating, as most of the techs were worthless and wouldn't read the notes on what came before but simply threw out a random, inapplicable bugfix to try before handing it off to the next tech who would repeat the process. And there was no channel to get past them. Each time they'd tell me they were escalating the case, which became obvious as being a lie after a few weeks. No company has that many tiers of tech support. I was locked out of Illustrator for more than a month, waiting for late replies and meaningless "fixes".
Eventually my case landed at the desk of an agent who actually cared and kept looking until she found the answer. Thank you, Sarika Behal.

Hitting the download buton just brings up Creative Cloud. When I try to open Photoshop CC it still says my trial period is over.     When you have the Creative Cloud app open click on the gear icon and from the context menu choose Preferences.
    With the Preferences dialog open click on the General tab and then choose Account. Click the Sign Out from Creative Cloud button.

    I would suggest to run the Adobe Clean tool to remove the software. Then download the updated CC app manager and reinstall the software

  • Trouble launching Creative Cloud Desktop App

    I am trying to download acrobat from the download centre and when I do it directs me to launch the CC app on my desktop, however when I go to the app I get a pop up window which I can't seem to exit out of no matter what I try and it wont let me access the main window. I have placed a screenshot below if anyone can help it would be great. I am using windows 8.

  • Creative Cloud apps loads forever and does not show a list

    Hello.
    I am trying to install Photoshop using Creative Cloud, but for some reason when I click the apps tab, it shows a spinning loading icon indicating that it is doing some work, but it never finishes and I am not able to get a list of my programs like I can see on pictures on the Adobe website.
    Do you know how I can get it to display my apps? Is there a way to get logs on what is going on? Can I re-download Creative Cloud or is there some other way to fix this? I am not able to use my purchased Photoshop because of this problem.

  • Installing my Creative Cloud apps in my new computer: they are trial versions!

    I have just purchased a new iMac. I didn't want a Time Machine copy because I wanted to install from zero.When I have opened my Creative Cloud account and got ready to download i've seen something weird:it says TRIAL. And yes, once i have downloaded the app I have been adviced that it is a 30 days trial. How can I fix this, and get my Creative Cloud again?

  • Creative cloud edu redemption code activated, but still using trail version and says free membership?

    I have activated a redemption code provided to me by my school at creative.adobe.com/educard, yet when I downloaded CC and log in it still says I am in trail version and when I log into my account it says free membership? I have tried to redeem the code once again and it says it has already been activated.
    I've taken these steps:
    Re: I have bought creative cloud but I have to use the trial version
    Renaming the SLCache and SLStore, yet no change.

    Quit Creative Cloud application .
    End Adobe related tasks like Creative Cloud , CoreSync, AAMUpdater...etc from Task Manager.
    1) Right click on Finder icon and  select "Go-To" Folder option.
      2) You will get a text box, type-in below command and then hit 'Return' key.( Do not miss ~ symbol)
    ~/library
    3)Then navigate to Application Support>Adobe>OOBE. Open OOBE folder and delete opm file.
    Once you had deleted opm.db file.
    Disable Anti-Virus and Firewall temporarily .
    Then launch Creative Cloud app and check.

  • I can't get to the Creative Cloud app

    I can't get to the creative cloud app. When I open "Creative Cloud" - the window opens and then immediately minimises. When I maximise - there is a weird small window in front of the CC window, which you can't close (it just displays the CC icon). I can't alt-tab to the window behind. Very frustrating. Any ideas? I am running this on Win8.1
