Hello, I'm useing PE 8 and am having trouble logging on with my adobe ID. I'm getting error 400 and check network connections. I know I have a internet connection. Thanks
No, adobe never supports any version of PSE after a new one comes out, and it doesn't support the current version much.
The only updates for PSE 8 are manually installed, so go to help>updates and when the updater tries to run, set it not to check again. I'm assuming you're using the windows version, so the ACR updates (all the updates there are) are here:

Now try logging again from your iPad Adobe reader app, probably now you must have clicked on the email verification link that you got after creating the account on files.acrobat.com.
For transferring your files, download the file from website and place it in your Acrobat.com account opened from web client. Now you can access it from your iPad by signing in Acrobat.com.

Hi, I need to activate my Adobe CS3 on a new computer because my old one died and I'm having difficulty. Tried the normal registration way and then logged in with my Adobe ID and can see the software and activation code already registered. How to get it on my computer registered?
If your two activation are in use you need to call Adobe. Install CS3 to to point of activation and call Adobe at that point. They have help me in cases like your My Disk crashed and I replaced it. Could not deactivate the crash activation. I done that twice over the years I've been using PS for around 20 years
To see your key you need to click on the product in your Adobe products and services page. -
Why does my Adobe programs suddenly require me to log inn with an Adobe ID?

I’m a system admin at an educational institution.
Lately we are experiencing problems with the students Adobe applications. When starting any of the Adobe CC programs, you are required to log in with an Adobe ID.
Re-installing the software helps, but after a month or so the problem reapers.
I’m using enterprise license and Creative Cloud Packager to make an install package with the listens included.

No restore prosess, snapshot or systen optimizers is in use.
We have a Image with Adobe CC pre installed.No problems with these. Just the computers where we install the Adobe CC package manualy over USB drive.

Photoshop Elements will not let me log in with my Adobe account.
I have had no issue installing, activating, and logging in with the Adobe Premiere Elements program. However, when trying to log in to Adobe on Photoshop Elements, a window pops up and says that there is no internet connect (when obviously there is) or my computer time has been set wrong (which I triple checked). I have no idea why it will not let me log in.

Reset Password
Start the computer,then press and hold down command and R keys to start into recovery partition.
When you see the Apple logo, release the keys.
Wait until OS X Utilities window shows up.
Move the mouse to the menubar at the top and click "Utilities", then select "Terminal"
from the drop down.
Terminal window will appear.
Type in resetpassword and press enter on the keyboard.
Leave the Terminal window open.
Reset Password Utility window will open with Macintosh HD selected.
Select the user account from the popup menu box under “Select user account”.
Enter a new password.
Reenter the new password for the user.
Enter a hint.
Click the "Save" button.
Click in the menubar and select Restart.
Log in.
If Keychain dialog box appears, select “Create New Keychain”. -

Sign in with Facebook is only supported on Skype for desktops, I'm afraid. You would need to create a new Skype name to use on your mobile.

How do people get on with the Adobe Content Viewer?
It is always a struggle for us. We've got a client struggling with it now -- had created an adobe id a week ago and dow nloaed the app. has followed the troubleshooting guide. but still no luck...They need to go to digitalpublishing.acrobat.com, log in with that Adobe ID and accept the terms of use.
Note: this must be done from a desktop computers. It can't be done from a mobile device. -

Activate on more than 2 computers - any way to purchase more seats with same Adobe ID?
I use 3 computers - desktop, laptop and ultra-portable laptop. I would like to extend creative cloud to activate on all 3 computers - I'm actually OK to purchase a 2nd subscription - if that is indeed how your licensing is setup - *but* it seems that there is *no way* to do this on the same Adobe ID - if I log in with my Adobe ID I only see one subscription to Creative Cloud, and if I attempt to purchase another subscription I find myself logged-in to my existing creative cloud account.
So I cannot actually get a billing / checkout page for extra Creative Cloud subscriptions with my Adobe ID - what is Adobe's recommended way to proceed here?
Should I
1) just keep activating / deactivating the licences, this is frankly, a complete pain and I'd rather not risk getting my account blocked.
2) setup multiple Adobe IDs - with same name / address / billing information ??? this is also something which is going to be a pain to manage.

For your own sanity's sake, I would personally recommend against deactivating and reactivating your computers in order to use three devices.
You are correct in that you'll have to purchase an additional subscription if you wish to use a third device. Currently however, all Creative Cloud subscriptions require a separate Adobe ID, so you will have to manage two accounts if you decide to purhcase two memberhsips.
From this Adobe ID FAQ page, I did find a section stating that you can contact customer support to consolidate mulitple Adobe ID's. However, I am not sure if you can do this and still preserve your two CC subscriptions. You may want to give customer support a ring to find out if this is possible.

I have bought Premier Elements but it will not start. Keeps asking me to: "please log-in with an admin account to access adobe premiere elements". Then it closes.
ASUS laptop, 17" Processor: i7- 4700HQ @2.4 GHz
RAM 8 GB, Win 8.1 64
My account is Admin, and have started the program "As administrator."
Have reinstalled elements.
The computer ran a trial of Adobe Premiere Pro CC perfectly. Have uninstalled it to see if it fixes the problem.

What version of Premiere Elements are you using on your Windows 8.1 64 bit computer? For now I will assume Premiere Elements 12.
If you are running the program from a User Account with Administrative Privileges, then please apply Run As Administrator
a. by right clicking the desktop icon and clicking on Run As Administrator
or
b. by right clicking the desktop icon, selecting Properties, and then putting a check mark next to Run As Administrator found at the bottom of Compatibility Tab's
"Privilege Level". You could also apply Run As Administrator to the Adobe Premiere Elements.exe file, but one or the other above should do the job.
In the final analysis, you may probably end up with Premiere Elements 12 uninstall usual Control Panel route, free ccleaner run through (regular cleaner and registry cleaner parts), and reinstall with antivirus and firewall(s) disabled. Did you use a "Clean Tool" for the removal of Adobe Premiere Pro CC.
