Trouble opening a new trial of Photoshop since I have a used computer

I have a used macbook and Photoshop trial has already been used on it. However, I'd like to try it as well. I created an Adobe account etc and I uninstalled whatever Adobe and Photoshop application that was on my desktop and then reinstalled with my own Adobe account information. It says that it successfully loaded but when I go to open Photoshop it says my trial has expired, even though I haven't used it. Help!

Once a trial is installed on a computer and the 30 days expires there's no way you can use it for another 30 days. Uninstalling / reinstalling the software wont reset the trial days counter.

I can't get the new trial of photoshop cc to download. I press download and it takes me to Adobe application manager but I dont know what to do after that.

I've downloaded it before and it ended months ago, but I recently got an email from Adobe saying I could do it again so I got on AAM and it said I had to update it and I did. Then I went to download it and thats when its brought me to AAM, but all it says is "up to date" beside photoshop cs6 and cc. So, thats why I dont know how to download it.

Since you can't delete Apple IDs and having multiple Apple IDs can cause confusion, what you may want to do is rename your existing Apple ID to the new email (desired Apple ID). That would in effect do what you want, get rid of the old and give you the new.

How do I create a new document in Photoshop CC and have it 300 dpi? I am doing digital scrapbooking and need to have my layout in Photoshop 12 x 12 so it is a scrapbook page and 300 dpi and I hope this doesn't sound stupid but I don't even know what dpi means.

(typing width and height values will change the preset to custom)

So, you are meaning that if you have a video running in one tab, then go to another, the video continues to run? yes, that is normal behavior.
Tabs are basically having like multiple windows inside one main window. It is just as if you opened a video in a window, started it playing, then opened a new window, the video would still play.
Or am I misunderstanding your question?

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Why are my photos losing quality when they go online. this has started since i have start using lightroom cc

since i have started using lightrtoom cc with photoshop 2014 my photo seems to loose colour quality when they are posted online. they look good on my mac but not online. this is an issue i've been having since stared using the new lightroom. help please

Installing the "Update" installs a totally new version. The old version of Photoshop CC is still installed. It is likely you are running the old version.

There is no other way you can do now. Actually, you don't need to create a new Apple ID account, you can change the Apple ID from old email account to other email accout easily by all the steps below.
1, Open iTunes > iTunes Store > log in old Apple ID > Click on your apple ID on the right hand side on top > choose account > Apple ID > Edit
As long as you only change your Apple ID, then all the old apps are still under your new email account as well as you can keep downloading new apps.

The previous owner should have wiped all their data off the computer before you got it.
At the very least, YOU need to wipe all their data.

You're right-clicking a link? I can't think of any setting that opens a blank tab when you right-click in a page. It's also strange that it would occur on the first click but not on the second click.

Are you expecting Firefox's context menu or the site's context menu?
One thing that comes to mind is overriding the site's own right-click handler by disabling scripts from capturing the right click. This is set under
orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Options > Content
To the right of "Enable JavaScript" is a button to access "Advanced" options. If it's checked, uncheck the box for "Disable or replace context menus".
