Trouble re-downloading products purchased in 2009

My harddrive failed and I had to install a new one. So now I'm trying to re-downloaded the Adobe products I purchased online back in 2009. I found the files through my Order History but nothing happens when I click Download. What do I need to do to claim the software I already own but can't access?

I got it. I needed to allow cookies, pop-ups and take down the fire wall. Doh.
Thanks anyway, Kglad.

I am having trouble downloading a purchased movie from I tunes It keeps telling me there is an error and to tap and try again but all fails Help

I agree. I don't rely on iCloud as a backup, that is what I have my portable hard drive for. Its 500 GB so I can hold my entire iTunes library several times over on it. I have all my movies on my hard drive, but somehow "The Mist" got deleted off of my hard drive, so I figured "Well, the option to redownload an already purchased movie is available through iCloud, I'll just do that!"
And permissions and download availability have nothing to do with it, the movie's still there, it still allows me to redownload it. The only problem is when I click download, I get that message.
And nobody else uses my computer, but I do have multiple accounts authorized on it. Even still though, I am attepmpting to download it through the account I purchased it under. :/

  • I am having difficulties downloading my purchased product

Having clicked on the link to the purchased item on Your Downloads page, nothing happens except for a message stating "Done, but with errors on page".  The errors are not shown.
Your instructions state that if the Akamai Download Manager is not yet installed, a prompt will be given to install it.  This has not happened.

jb_f I would recommend trying the steps listed in I can't download a purchased product from the Adobe.com Store.  Please feel free to respond to this thread if you have any questions about the steps listed within the document.

Did you really mean "os 11"?  There is no such OS.
There is iTunes 11, is that possibly what you are referring to?
It's best to be specific about the issues that are occurring and in what version, as some versions fix issues that exist in other version.

  • Why can't I purchase and download product?

I am a Puerto Rico resident.  I have been an Adobe customer for more than 10 years purchasing products online and downloading them.  I tried to purchase/subscribe to Photoshop CC but could not do it online.  I called the Sales dept. and was told the problem is that reside in Puerto Rico!!! Doesn't Adobe know that Puerto Rico is a U.S. jurisdiction???  Adobe's refusal to sell to and allow PR residents to purchase online and download products is unfair, discriminatory and illegal.  Can any one at Adobe help me or will I have to file a lawsuit to get this matter resolved?

I forgot to mention that I constantly receive email messages from Adobe advertising its Photoshop CC plan subscriptions.  I downloaded the trial version that is about to expire in two (2) days.  The ads fail to mention that Adobe will not allow PR residents to download products (Adobe has my credit card info on its record!!).

  • Trouble with downloading purchased music between devices

I recently purchased an album on my ipad, but am now unable to see it on either my macbook pro itunes or mac mini itunes, and in the itunes under store>purchased they only show items purchased on that individual computer. I have activated the setting to show items from cloud, but it only seems to work for TV shows or Movies, it doesn't give me access to my purchased music content, unless that music was purchased originally on that device. And since the album was purchased on the ipad, it doesn't seem to be accesible anywhere unless I go through the actual iTunes Store and go to Purchased under the Manage list.
All the devices are using a single Apple ID and both Macbook Pro and Mac Mini are using iTunes 11.0.4.
Just wondering if anyone else has had trouble accessing music content universally across devices, or have I missed a step in the process to get this universal access working?

  • Can't download a purchased album in iTunes (Some Kind of Trouble)

    Hello Community,
I'm not able to download a purchased album in the iTunes Store, on the album page there are some titles where it says that I have purchased it before, but i can't download those titles. An then there are some titles on wich only the price is mentioned. The weird thing is that on my iPhone I'm able to load the album out of the iCloud, but when I do this some titles are in the normal version of the album, and some others in the Deluxe Edition - album, wich looks really dumb, like in the picture below.
Hopefully someone of you unterstands my problem, an can help me.

  • Trouble Downloading Recently Purchased Movie Bundle

I recently purchsed a movie bundle on iTunes. Three of the four movies downloaded without any issues, but the last one simply stays in the 'initializing stage' (when the download progress bar appears as a candy cane or...caution tape). It will not move beyond this point. I've tried restarting my computer multtiple times and the download has had a chance to sit in this state for a total of a few hours by now. What can I do?

    Hi ramzeem,
It might be worth deleting it from your download queue and then trying to download it again.
To delete it from the download queue, open the queue with View > Downloads, select the item, and press the delete key.
Here is how to download it again:

  • I am trying to download previously purchased music from iTunes, it show "purchased" in iTunes Store but does not show up under previous purchase tab

There are several albums that I've previously purchased that somehow were deleted from my computer & iPad.  When I go to download available purchases on PC it say that all available punches have been downloaded.  When I check iTunes Store it show as "purchased".  When I try to check & download from iCloud via either iPad or PC these items do not show up under items purchased.
I can't even re-purchase the item, which I've tried since it shows as purchased in iTunes Store.  This is very troublesome because there is no way for me to access these previous purchases.  I have been using iTunes & various Apple products with the iTunes Store for several years & there is a lot of money invested in these previous purchases, that there is no way for me to access.  As mentioned, I'd even be willing to re-purchase some of these items (though this should be unnecessary).  But, the iTunes Store won't let me, because the items show up as purchased in store, but not on any of my devices!!!
    Help!

    Hey innerev2003,
Thanks for the question, and welcome to Apple Support Communities.
If, while searching through your past purchases, items are unavailable to download and show a "Purchased" button, they are still on your computer. It may be best to search your iTunes library by clicking Music, then use the search bar at the top right.
If you are completely sure the items are no longer in your library, try signing out of the iTunes Store, and then back in.

  • HT201253 Iphone 5s not syncing music to phone with itunes 12.0.1.26 - also cannot download full purchased albums, only some tracks

The fun of new updates on my Windows 8.1 laptop and iphone 5S 64gb.
I noticed since my last sync that some tracks had magically been removed - so I wanted to full sync. This couldn't even be instigated unless I deleted all my music off of phone, now it just hangs when syncing - for hours. No updates on how many tracks out of how many tracks have been synced.
Also my purchased albums - I can see them on itunes as whole ones that are purchased, same on iphone.
I then go to iphone to download my purchased items via itunes app, and it only shows some songs. An example is Drake, Game etc. - seems to affect full albums I've bought that are "deluxe" editions.
All the normal/single edition albums seem fine.
Absolutely fantastic, can't get my music onto phone except some purchased items - and even then it doesn't show all my purchases.
Not sure if setting up family share affected things, but it can't even handle the simple tasks let alone downloading content from other users purchasers (which it detects fine ironically). New features but can't do anything that has previously been fine.
Flabbergasted, had one work iphone4s 16gb and 64gb personal previously - no problems with same laptop.
My alienware laptop is very high spec with SSD, so the fault does not lie here - apple related software or product.

It couldn't do over 50gb in one go, had to do two half syncs to get all music on - i think this is limitation of the itunes software - pretty shocking really.

  • HT201272 I just updated to itunes 10.3 & iOS 6.1 and I cannot download a song to my library! I get the error "This computer is already associated with an Apple ID. You can download past purchases on the computer with just one apple ID every 90 days..." WH

I just updated to itunes 10.3 & iOS 6.1 and I cannot download a song to my library! I get the error "This computer is already associated with an Apple ID. You can download past purchases on the computer with just one apple ID every 90 days. This computer can be used with a different Apple ID in 75 days." WHAT??
I've never had problems before - my husband and I have used the same library for years.  My daughter also has her own Apple ID... are we going to have trouble with that, too?  Actually we have 4 Apple IDs - somewhere around 8 Apple devices... this is a huge issue for us... HELP

Just to be clear - I just bought a new song and can't download it into the library because of this error message.

  • Downloading Past Purchases

Can someone please explain what this means? I can't download my past purchases whenever I feel like it?
This computer is already associated with an Apple ID.
You can download past purchases on this computer with just one Apple ID every 90 days. This computer can be used with a different Apple ID in 88 days.

Add me to the list of surprised customers.  I just upgraded to the new iBooks and tried to download a book I had purchased and sure enough I got the above message.  I did not sign out of my device, and originally purchased the book with this Apple Id so there was no reason for the message.  It's just disappointing because it is one more thing that has come to my attention that is leaving a bitter taste in my mouth when it comes to the current direction of the company in the post Steve Jobs era.  I recall a number of times visiting the Apple store and asking them how to deal with a family of Apple consumers/fanatics.  Everything Apple created we have purchased but the problem was how do we manage the software and media we purchase for all family members to enjoy.  The recommendation was to create one central apple ID for all members and individual ones for specific use for each member.  Which fell in line with the message from the company.  This new function has just made it a bit more inconvenient for my family to function freely with the products we purchased.  It is just a question of how long will we be able to handle this little annoyance until we buy the same app for each individual device in our home.  So now instead of one downloaded purchase we now purchase five downloads.  That is the situation my sister faced.  She lived in Germany and spent a substantial amount on app purchases only to find that those purchases were not available to her when she moved to the US even though those products are available in the US and Germany.  As she was told by customer support you are not able to combine your purchases even though they are offered in both countries.  Double billing for the same product...starting to understand the statistics coming from the product release events.
As if that was not enough now it is becoming a bit problematic within the US and multiple IDs within families.  I  think I may have to revert to the old system of buying physical books, I can read the book then my sister can read it, her children can etc etc.  I am hopeful that Apple will introduce some kind of solution for families so this will not become a problem.
