Trouble sending main

Question

My ISP all of a sudden got very fussy about the sender's address, they are trying to eliminate spammers, so I don't want to get too mad at them.
But it is very difficult for me to send mail. I keep getting the error message "Sender's address rejected by the server." My ISP said that the sender's address has to be all lower case. So I went to the Mac Mail (v. 2.1.2) Preferences and made the return address be in all lower case letters. I did this in two places, the "Account Information" part and the "Composing - Send new mail from" part of the Preferences dialog. But when I am replying to a friend's email, the error message gives the sender's address with a capital letter still.
A strange thing is that if I try to send an email over and over again, finally it will work. So the problem is intermittent. I don't where the sender's address is coming from, but I can't send reliably right now.

DataSocket can be a lossy communication. I like the advice to flatten the data to a string, but another option would be to buffer the communcation. The problem might be that the data is being overwritten on the server faster than it is being read. Also, I have played with the new built in buffered datasocket in LabVIEW 7.0. It is pretty slick. If buffers the data both on the server and the client side.
