Trouble signing into iCloud

Hi there, I am a new user, still trying to get iCloud up and runing ,when I sign in it says  my id is valid but is not an iCloud account.  I have tried changing my password but it still comes back with the same answer.. I have a ipod nano,my coputer is a laptop with Windows 8.  I have paid for iTunes match and it is running but I need iCloud to run to make everything work..  please help..

    a couple others like/ch1/WEB-INF/classes/Ch1Servlet.class and /ch1/WEB-INF/web.xml. The WEB-INF folder is not public accessible, so forget about that part.
    "Resource not found" simply means that either the URL is wrong (case counts!) or that the resource is actually not there. I.e. not compiled, not deployed, not loaded, etcetera. Reading the appserver's startup logs might also help.

    I am having trouble signing into my adobe account on my tablet.  When I sign in it says failed to authorize device when I sign in and I have used my adobe account on this tablet in the past.

    I have tried that several times as well. All that I get is a white screen that says "hello" and tells me "Update Completed Your iPhone was updated successfully. There are just a few more steps to follow, and then you're done!" so i click "continue"  it asks for my iCloud password, I put it in and it goes black gives me white apple logo then takes me right back to where I started with the white "hello" screen displaying. Ive tried resetting my password multiple times and nothing is happening, I dont know what else to do.

    I create new apps pretty rarely. This might be second nature to those people who create thousands of apps. But I don't recall it being very difficult. Also, I am only setup for the Mac App Store right now.
    You just go into the Developer Certificate Utility via the link in the right hand sidebar.
    There, go into "App IDs" and just "Create App ID" to create the app with the name and bundle ID that you want. I don't see anything for editing or deleting an App ID. Just create a new one with the name and ID you want. If you really want to re-use the name for the dead ID, you would probably have to contact Apple. I think your question might fall into the "Program Benefits" category.
    Once you have an app name and bundle ID you are happy with, make your Xcode project match them. Then, in Xcode, use Product > Archive to validate and submit to the App Store.

    Thanks...I just spent an hour on the phone with Apple Support sorting out the password issues for my various devices!!!  My password was compliant with the new rules, but there were some (mysterious) setting issues that required me to delete mail from my MacBookPro and add it back, again.  All in all, it was an hour of trouble-shooting which resulted in what, I hope, is a good fix.

    Make sure you have logged out of the iTunes Store then try logging in to the App Store.
    And try deleting the cache associated with the App Store.
    Quit the App Store if it's open.
    Go to ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.appstore/Cache.db
    Move the Cache.db file from the com.apple.appstore folder to the Trash.
    Relaunch the App Store. Click Account right side of the App Store window and see if you can login.

    Apple will not ask you to click a link in an email. They may tell you to log in to your account to reset your password. Go to https://appleid.apple.com and log in if you ever want to change any information in your profile (or your password). And do not click the link I just posted; instead enter it into a browser.
    You can verify the devices assigned to your account by going to https://icloud.com/find (again, don't click it), where you can see a list of devices registered to your Apple ID.
    As a general rule, you should never click a link in an email or forum post without verifying it first. You can see where it goes without clicking it in most email programs and browsers by hovering your mouse pointer over it. On an iPhone you can check where it goes by holding your finger on the link (rather than just tapping it).

    You will have to sign in to I cloud on any of the iOS device with version 5 or above  once with your Apple Id to use your Apple Id as I cloud account. So if you have an iPhone iPad or iPod touch with iOS 5 or later.
    On your iOS device go to settings > I cloud and sign in and you should be able to use your Apple Id as an icloud Id.

    You can't setup an iCloud account using a PC. You need a Mac, or an IOS device. You can sign into iCloud on your PC once you open an account.

    It should work fine for iPhone/iPad because we can enable "Restrictions" to prevent the user from signing out of iCloud. Do we have simialr settings for the macbook?

    If it's not on the device list, it indicates that someone has gone to Find My iPhone on icloud.com and manually deleted it from the device list (as explained here: http://help.apple.com/icloud/#mmfc0eeddd), and it has not gone back online since (which would cause it to reappear on the device list; Find My iPhone has been turned of in settings on the device; the iClolud account has been deleted from the device; or the entire devices has been erased and restored.
    Unfortunately, there's no other way to track the phone other than through Find My iPhone.  You could call your carrier and see if they would blackliste it so at least the theif couldn't use it.

    Welcome to Apple Support Communities
    To change the iCloud account, first you have to log out of the old one. Open System Preferences > iCloud, and if you don't want to lose your contacts, calendars, notes..., untick all services first. Then, press "Sign Out" at the left part of the window.
    Finally, insert your new Apple ID and password, and follow the steps
