Trouble uninstalling Adobe Shadow to install Adobe Edge

Question

I am trying to download and install Adobe Edge Inspect CC on my PC laptop. I have repeatedly had the installation fail. The error summary I recieve is:
Exit Code: 7 Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. For example,  ERROR: -------------------------------------- Summary --------------------------------------  - 0 fatal error(s), 3 error(s)    ----------- Payload: Edge Inspect CC 1.3.0.0 Edge_Inspect_1_3_LREFJ.msi_1.3 -----------  ERROR: The older version of Adobe Edge Inspect CC cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group.   ERROR: Install MSI payload failed with error: 1603 - Fatal error during installation. MSI Error message: The older version of Adobe Edge Inspect CC cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group.   ERROR: Third party payload installer Edge_Inspect_1_3_LREFJ.msi failed with exit code: 1603  -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have Adobe Shadow installed. I tried to uninstall Adobe Shadow, but in would not uninstall. I received the following error message:
The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.
Click OK to try again, or enter an alternative path to a folder containing the installation package 'shadow_r4_win_082112.msi' in the box below.
I tried to move the Adobe Shadow folder to the Recycling Bin, but this did not help.
How should I proceed?
