Trouble viewing TV Show
I downloaded the full version of "the walking dead" season 3 episode 6. It says it is 43:07 minutes long and I paid $2.99, but it only plays a 30 second clip from the middle when I try to view. Have ordered TV shows before and this didn't happen. Any idea?
What if you are trying to view on a Windows 7 laptop and not an Apply device ? How do you get the video app for a W7 laptop ?

the wifi router could also be blocking
and to really test if the windows firewall is the problem then try turning it off!
if that scare you too much then disable the internet modem / cable modem or the likes while you test
always remove more and more factors when troubleshooting sooner or later it will work and you can narrow down which factor did the job and work on that -
ACS v5.1 View not showing full Admin Logs
Hi,
I am having trouble viewing all the Administration logs in ACS View. I have my Local Log Target set to a Maximum log retention period of 90 days. In ACS View I can display authentications that go back 90 days +
However when I try and display the "ACS_Configuration_Audit" in View and perform a Custom query that goes back 90 days it will only display about 35 days of Admin logs.
I know the logs are there because when I go into CLI and do a search like "show logging | i "ObjectType=Administrator Account" the Administration logs go back over a year.
Does anyone know why ACS View cannot display all the Admin logs?
The ACS is running v5.1.0.44 Patch 6 (Also experiencing this in a v5.2 ACS as well)

Thanks for the reply. I was aware there was a 100 page limit on View logs. However, when I am trying to to view the last 3 months of Admin logs I only get 3 pages which go back to Apr 11 on my 5.1 ACS and 8 pages that go back to Mar 1 on the 5.2 ACS. Is this an known issue or should I log a TAC case? (The admin logs go back a lot further in CLI)

I am having trouble viewing a pdf that has been created on a Mac. The text is in the form and if I highlight the area, the text will appear.
I am trying to view information in a pdf form that was created on a Windows based machine and then completed on a Mac.
The Advanced Document Properties show the

I am using Adobe Reader XI on Windows 7 and have the same problem on a Windows 8 machine using the current version of Adobe.
I can open the document without an error message but the form appears blank. When I left click on one of the form fields I can see the text in the field. I can only see one field at a time and the from prints blank fields. I thought the text might be a white font on a white back ground, but can not find an area for text formatting.The user filled out the form using Mac Preview which breaks the form. Trouble viewing compilations under 'artists view'
I'm using itunes 11 and having trouble viewing ALL of my compilations when I'm viewing itunes in the artists view. It will show 14 of the 61 albums I have designated as being part of a compilation. If I switch to the songs view and use the column browser and select compilations under artists, all 61 show up correctly. I can't figure out what gives. I've made sure that the compilation box is checked off, tried having no album artist listed, having the album artist listed correctly, and having it listed as various artists. Nothing seems to make a difference. Help!
Here's what I do. You may find it helpful.
In general I don't use the "compliation" check box unless the album is truly a compilation of multiple artists. For albums I enter the actual artist's name in the Artist field for each track. Then in Album Artist I put "Various Artists" (without the quotes). I do not enter anything into the Sort Artist or Sort Album Artist fields. In Artist view iTunes then shows these albums under Various Artists.
For albums that are no compiliations of artists, but might have guest artists on one or more tracks I enter the main artist in the Artist field followed by "(with other artist name here)" (without the qoutes). In Album Artist I will put the actual artist's name. I do not select the "compilation" check box in the album's Get Info > Options panel.

Trouble Viewing Adobe and Modern Mode
Bought a new computer about 2 weeks ago and I am having trouble viewing certian videos that use flash player while in modern mode (mainly on epicfail.com and battlelog.battlefield.com), although I am able to view these videos in desktop mode but I want to view it in modern mode. I am not too happy about having to switch back between both modes. I tried following a few solutions on other forums on adobe's help center but they are all for desktop mode and did not help. On top of that when I go to the download page for Adobe Flash Player on adobe.com nothing shows up....I NEED HELP

Trouble viewing publisher (6.2) admin portlet.
Product: Publisher 6.2 (Plumtree portal Server 6.1 G1)
Environment: Development
Operation System: Windows 2003 Server
Development Technology: .Net
I am having trouble viewing publisher administration portlet through portal server.
I have installed Publisher 6.2 on our development server. The diagnostics page shows everything is okay! The publisher was imported in the portal and Publisher Administration portlet was added to the home page. Of the three links in the publisher admin portlet, I can access the Workflow Administration link correctly, but while accessing the Publisher Explorer or Diagnostics I get the 404 File Not Found error.
Any suggestions why the explorer and diagnostics links are not functioning; as I understand these two links are Gatewayed while the workflow admin link isn't it.
I have uninstallaed and re-installed Publisher one more time to ensure it wasn't a installation issue.

Trouble viewing online video with Pismo
I am having trouble viewing video online. But not all video. For instance, I can view clips on YouTube without a problem, but clips that play on CNN.com or NBC.com (i.e.) stutter and do not flow smoothly.

That is a well know problem. It is caused by the processor-intensive decoding required by some video formats.
The solution is to upgrade your PowerBook to a newer old Mac with a G4 or better that includes faster and more advanced numeric processing.
If your videos appear in a player with controls, waiting for the download to complete before allowing the movie to play improves the situation. In QuickTime Player, you can "step" through ALL the frames as fast as possible (but with no sound) by using the right-arrow key. This will show you what you missed when it jumped frames to keep up. -
When I login to Horizon View, it shows me the list of desktops to connect to. If I'm entitled to only one desktop then can View auto connect me to that desktop instead of me clicking on Connect.
Yes you certainly can.
Right click any desktop in the list > Settings > in the left pane select the desktop you want to auto connect to > check "Auto connect to this desktop". -
In two page view preview shows the first page on its own
In two page view preview shows the first page on its own. I have recently downloaded an ebook which has image based tutorials and the pages are in such a way that pages 3 and 4 should be seen next to each other. Preview seems to want to have pages 1 on its own therefore making this rather difficult. Any help on resolving this issue would be appreciated.
Try selecting the first page, and then from the "Edit" menu select "insert blank page". This should put a blank page at the beginning of the document, shifting all pages down one and putting them in the order you want for your display.

Number of Page View is showing zero for Site web Analytics Reports
Hi,
We have enabled Site Web Analytics reports in our Site Collection but the Number of Page views is showing zero for all the dates. We have checked all the events to capture in Site Collection Audit settings, Reporting feature is also activated but still the
count shows 0 for all the dates.
There are other Site Collection that exists under that Web Application but they show the count for Number of Page views in Site.
Any help would be appreciated.

I am having trouble viewing iStore. It appears as if its a Flash issue, as several minutes after logging in to iStore I get a non-flash page of iStore in my iTunes window. I have re-installed everything and tried opening all ports in router, and used msconfig to bring up each service individually to see if there is an effect.Flash and iTunes have been re-installed ...any ideas?
I agree. I don't rely on iCloud as a backup, that is what I have my portable hard drive for. Its 500 GB so I can hold my entire iTunes library several times over on it. I have all my movies on my hard drive, but somehow "The Mist" got deleted off of my hard drive, so I figured "Well, the option to redownload an already purchased movie is available through iCloud, I'll just do that!"
And permissions and download availability have nothing to do with it, the movie's still there, it still allows me to redownload it. The only problem is when I click download, I get that message.
And nobody else uses my computer, but I do have multiple accounts authorized on it. Even still though, I am attepmpting to download it through the account I purchased it under. :/ -

HHi having trouble viewing a downloaded file from a site my iPad is telling me I don have a app to open file . And have downloaded loads of apps and still no joy . Have tried this on my android phone to and still nothing. Please can anyone help as slowly going crazy. Thanks tim
