Trouble with bluetooth

When trying to send an mp3 file to my phone, the loading bar stops and says "internal error". I can send pictures fine but i need some help with sending mp3 files. Any help would be appriciated, i am a mac newbie.

@dippy19
You have Microsoft OS to thank as only Bluetooth features are "contact transfer" application or ability to use "bluetooth headsets" with your Lumia 800. You can send reduced reolution images by email or need to use "Cloud" storage such as SkyDrive.

  • Trouble with Bluetooth Devices

I have a MacBook Pro 13" from late-2011.  Recently I have decided to use Bluetooth headsets instead of wired earbuds because I tend to forget they are in my ears and when I get up, they are yanked out of my ears, hurting me and potentially pulling my notebook off of something.  I had an LG Tone before getting my current Motorola S11-FLEX HD headset.  I switched because of the problems I have been having with Bluetooth but switching has not solved the issue.
My biggest problem with my Bluetooth headsets is that the audio stutters and then de-syncs with any video.  The de-sync can be as bad as a full second.  I'll see the video's actions before I hear them.  The de-sync also affects the responsiveness of controls.  After I give a command, the audio will continue to play for however long the de-sync is before the command is performed.  It's like it's making up for the lost time.  The only solution I have come across is turning off the device, then turning it back on but that only works some of the time.  Usually, I have to turn it off and then on again two or three times before the de-syncing issue disappears.  I have no idea the cause as my LG Tone works to specifications with devices that belong to other people.  I have found that moving my head in a certain direction will cause the de-sync.  Sometimes, it's leaning back; other times, it's tilting my head.  It's as if the Bluetooth field is planar and I'm jumping out of the plane.
Another issue is the distance I can be from my device.  My Bluetooth headsets boasts being able to function perfectly as far as 30 feet for one headset but moving even 5 feet will cause the previously mentioned de-syncing if the audio is playing.  If I pause the audio, I can move about 10 feet.  After I move 10 feet, when I press play, the de-sync appears.  It renders the function of being wireless to being useless.  I wanted to Bluetooth so I didn't have to pause, take off my device, do what I need to do, and before coming back, putting on the device, and resuming play, hoping that nothing has gone wrong to cause a de-syncing issue.
A third issue I have is that sometimes, while listening to some audio of some kind, another program will make a noise causing the audio to cut out.  My notebook or the web browser is not aware that audio is no longer playing.  It's as if the new program has muted the original audio.  The only cure: turning off the device and turning it on again and hoping it's working.
The last issue I can think of is that when I turn my notebook off for any reason, all Bluetooth devices are forgotten causing me to go through the hassle of repairing the devices again but many times, the repairing process fails and despite being on and not paired to anything else, my notebook is unable to pair unless I turn both the device off and my notebook's Bluetooth off before turning both back on.
Has anyone run into issues like this? If so, does anyone have any recommendations on how to correct the problem? The problem is on my notebook side as the devices work fine with other products.  The LG Tone could be used across the house when it was attached to my father's Kindle Fire and when attached to my iPhone 5, I could walk 20 feet with doors and concrete between me and the device before any issues began (both devices had trouble with my iPhone but pausing usually fixes the issue so I don't care).  Please, I need some advice and help.

I have a Pioneer DEH-P7000BT. On telephone settings, everything OK.
When I want to sync to my Audio Bluetooth, I hear the sound in slow motion :-)
I have to delete the Bluetooth device on the radio, and re-syncing on Audio Devices and everything fine.
    Same thing all the time.

  • Trouble with Bluetooth on iPhone 5S and 2012 Toyota Sienna

I can pair the phone, but you can't advance tracks on the steering wheel with BT Audio.  Toyota is checking and an Apple support person thought there might be a firmware issue with the vehicle.
    Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Matt, I'm having the same issue since the update to ios7 with my Bluetooth connection on my Honda.  It worked previously- so I'm guessing it has to be an issue on the ios/iPhone side.  I just posted a question in a separate thread here; I'll let you know if I hear anything-

  • Trouble with bluetooth keyboard/mouse and wake from sleep option

    Hi,
I have a 12" PB G4 that has in-built BT. I got a Microsoft Elite bluetooth desktop (keyboard + mouse) and the keyboard and mouse are recognized by my Powerbook but the option to "Allow bluetooth devices to wake up this computer" option is dimmed so I can't check it.. I googled and came upon Apple's howto on this and downloaded/installed the latest firmware.... no luck.. I opened up the firmware updater in Applications\Utilities and hit the Update button but get an error saying no apple bluetooth module exists... given that the keyboard and mouse do show up in the list of bluetooth devices, does this mean that there is no firmware update for this make of keyboard/mouse?
Anything else I can try to get this option to work so I can use the BT keyboard/mouse to wake up the computer?
    Thanks,
    NG

Seems I am the only one using a Bluetooth mouse. I went a bought a mouse with an RF receiver and have packed the BT mouse away.

  • Trouble with bluetooth mice

I used a logitech v270 for a while, and now just purchased a radtech bt600 due to good reviews.
Both of these mice half of the time feel very drunk and non-responsive. I am very upset that this is forced to happen, since the accuracy decreases for spurts. I have downloaded the radtech program to program the mouse's buttons. (Also, I used the bluetooth set up program to set up the mouse).
Thanks if anyone has experienced this and know of any way to avoid this... it seems like all bluetooth mice have this kind of side effects.

I used to think that too. I had a kensington wireless optical pilot mouse mini, and the pointer would jump around the screen all the time, the tracking was horrible, the connection would drop out whenever it wanted.. I just thought this was the tradeoff of using bluetooth.
but it's not true. I've since upgraded to using a wireless mighty mouse. not only is the tracking unbelievable good (better than the wired mighty mouse as it's laser tracking, not optical).. but the stability across bluetooth is flawless. it's hands-down the best mousing experience I've ever had on any computer.
it might be worth checking out, even just to prove to yourself that using a wireless mouse doesn't have to be second rate.

  • I am having trouble with my bluetooth skipping while its playing music from my Itunes music...I thought that this was an antiquated problem with the new technology?

I am having trouble with the music from my bluetooth "skipping" on my IPhone 5.  I thought that this was an antiquated problem with the new technology.  It's very frustrating to purchase all of this music and expect great sound and playability and get "skipping".  Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

Does the issue occur when listening to the media using the speaker or wired headphones?  If it does, the issue is with the media itself.
If it does not, it's likely a bad connection or interference.

  • Trouble with Toshiba bluetooth stack

Hello, I'm having a trouble with toshiba bluetooth stack. I had windows vista installed in my laptop. I decided to upgrade to Windows 7. I had a bluetooth mouse attached to my toshiba bluetooth stack in windows vista. After upgrading to windows 7 my bluetooth mouse is not working any more and it is not listed in the devices list. But, when I switch my mouse on, the bluetooth stack icon tray turns green like when the device is connected, but it doesn't work and the device is still not listed. I'm trying to redetect it, but it is not detected. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the bluetooth stack, but in the reinstalation, my devices are still listed.
Anyone can help me or tell me how to remove manually all the attached devices? Thanks in advance.

It seems that the mouse has still stored the pairing information (normally it should loose it if the battery was removed).
The mouse tries to connect to the last connection, but the other side (PC) has not the information anymore.
Could you try to pair the mouse with any other PC or notebook before you try to pair it with your notebook again ?
Furthermore increase the security for this test by enabling the following option:
Right click Bluetooth system tray icon > Options > Security > Custom Level > Mode: Link level enforced security

  • Has anyone had trouble with their bluetooth headset? (even after pairing)

Has anyone had trouble with their bluetooth headset? I have a Motorola H700 that pairs with the iphone but takes about 10 seconds after i hit send for the connection between the phone and the headset to be established. I also get allot of static when the headset is more than 3 feet away from the phone. (this headset worked perfectly @ about 40' with a Motorola Razr I had)
