Trouble with my iPhone

So recently my account was accessed by an unknown computer in China. The account was locked but when i try to re-verify, it will not send a verification email to my email address. therefore i am stuck with a useless brick of nothing until this problem is resolved. i cant contact support on apple because it requires that i can use my phone, which i cant. Any ideas how to fix this?

Go to appleid.apple.com
Log in with your current Apple ID & password.
Change your primary email address to the 'old' email.
Use the 'old' email and your current password to get past the lockout.
Once in the iOS device, go back over to applei.dapple.com and change your primary email adress back to the 'new' one.
On the iOS device, log out of the 'old' email address, then log in with the 'new' email address.

    If the issue continues, restore as new.

  • Trouble with my iPhone 4 (iOS 6.1.2) and car audio system

    I have an strange trouble with my iPhone 4 (iOS 6.1.2) and car audio system (in the Citrioen C4B7). When I connect iPhone to audio by USB dock cable, music by Apple's player is playing, but music from any other program (Pandora, VK, YandexMusic, any internet radio) — is not.
    Of course, it is playing OK through BT or AUX, but I want definetly use USB.
    Any tips/help are welcome

    You must not be accessing YouTube with Google's YouTube app or with a 3rd party YouTube app.

    i've had black iphones in the past, and the same thing always gets messed up, the network, i will not have service what-so ever, and when my mother's iphone will be right next to me and she will have full service. Also the lock screen button/power button broke on both of my black iphones as well. i was just wondering if they would consider. Does apple have an email i could contact?

    Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new).  Has any of this been tried?

    Hi! I have some troubles with my iphone 4 since a few months. Sometimes, suddenly, it pretends to discharge very fast, but when it comes to 1% I can still use it for hours. Also, when I recharge it, nothing would change at the 1%-note but the battery seems to be fully charged. The first and second time this happened, I made the mistake to turn the phone off because I thought a restart would solve the problem. But it made it worse: The Iphone wouldn't turn on again. I tried all the tricks with home + power button and also tried to connect it to itunes on my macbook, but nothing happend. When I connect the charger it shows me that the battery is empty (which isn't the case - I also tried different wires). After a few hours a little miracle occured and the **** thing turned on all by itself and pretended as if nothing happened.
    The third time this happend I didn't turn the phone off and just used it normally. I took care that the battery is always full and after a few days it was normal again.
    Now it happened again but I had no wire with me at work and the battery ran low and the phone turned off. Now I'm trying to "reanimate" it for 2 days now...nothing. The last times it took 3hours to 12 hours until it would awake but now...
    Does anyone know this problem and knows how to solve it? As I said, I already tried the "press the home button and powerbutton and both and whatever" tricks for a few times but it doesn't change anything....

    It's likely the jailbreak has permanently hosed it.

    iMessage without a picture goes well.

    Try this on the iPhone 5s go into settings turn iMessage off wait about 60 secs then turn it back on...under iMessage you will see it say waiting for activation...when it changes it will give a message that says iMessage can be sent blah blah blah...after you see that you will see an option that says send and receive ...click that...it should bring you yo a page that say you can be reached by iMessage at you should see you phone number with a check mark..it will be light grey...don't worry about signing into you Apple ID... You only need to do that if you are connecting you iPhone to another device (Mac, iPad, iPod touch) to receive the same iMessages on both...after that go back to the first message settings page again and at the bottom you will see mms messaging turn that off then back on....after that's done..tap you home key and send a test message

    im having trouble with my iphone 5s at first i was unable to open safari so i googled the problem onlie they suggested holding down the sleep/wake key and if that didnt work then go to settings and resest all settings and it's not resetting the whole way it will start and freeze up a quarter through the reset now im not even able to turn the phone on.

    Try a Restore...
    1: Connect the device to Your computer and open iTunes.
    2: If the device appears in iTunes, select and click Restore on the Summary pane.

    3: If the device doesn't appear in iTunes, try using the Steps in this article to force the device into Recovery Mode.
    Make sure you have the Latest Version of iTunes (v11) Installed on your computer

    Once you have Recovered your Device...

Yes, the volume is turned up, it is synced & paired, but almost a whisper comes out. Anyone have any ideas? I assume it's the iPad since the phone works fine.... Help!

    Thanks.  We went to Best Buy, where we bought our phones and altho we thought we were "seeding" the ear buds far enough, we were not.  There's that extra little "click" and they were in!  So, they work well enough for our old ears.  But, thanks for your input!

    I am having trouble with my iPhone 4 since latest upgrade.  It will turn off during charge and can only be turned back on by restoring it with itunes.  Is there anything I can do to fix this problem?

    sadly most likely u have to buy a new battery unless u didint update ur ios cause people on ios 4 are having problems like that

  • IMessage trouble with two iPhones and one Apple ID

    Hi,
    I'm having trouble with iMessage after updating both of my iPhones to iOS 6 and not being able to use iMessage with one of the phones.
    Some background:
    -I have two iPhones, one on AT&T in the U.S., and one on NTT DoCoMo in Japan, both with separate phone numbers, using the same Apple ID.
    -The AT&T iPhone is a 4, the NTT is an unlocked 4S.
    On my 4 (AT&T), on iMessage, I have the option to send/receive as my U.S. phone number and my Apple ID. Works just like before updating.
    On my 4S (NTT), on iMessage, before I updated, I was able to send/receive using my Japanese number and Apple ID. After updating, I have the option to send/receive using my U.S. number and Apple ID. My Japanese number is greyed out and I cannot select it. When I turn on iMessage, it says "Waiting for activation..." and does not do anything. Turning iMessage off and on, some times I get an error message staying that activation cannot be completed.
    I have rebooted the phone multiple times, turned on/off iMessage and FaceTime, turned the Set Date & Time Automatically option on/off, and reset Network settings several times. Nothing works; iMessage will not activate on my NTT 4S. Please help!

    Finally resolved this issue after months of off and on troubleshooting.
    I have no idea exactly which steps "fixed" the issue, but here's what I did. None of the basic troubleshooting steps that are on here worked for me, and this is including restoring both phones in iTunes as a "last resort" step that two Apple technical service representatives suggested.
    I found a post on here from user "tungddao" who suggested:
    "Turn on iMessage then make a phone call to : 011+445773142076
                 With Facetime & Siri: 011+447786205094"
    I called both numbers with my NTT 4S, and both numbers hung up right away. I also texted both numbers, and the FaceTime one went through, while the iMessage number did not. I then checked my SMS blocking settings with NTT. There were no blocks, but I reset the settings to "unblock all" anyway.
    I was able to activate iMessage and FaceTime with my Apple ID and my NTT phone number. Halfway there.
    I then turned on my ATT 4, and while I could send/receive using my Apple ID and NTT phone number, the ATT number was greyed out, which was the opposite of what had happened before, when I could use the ATT number, but not the NTT one. On my NTT 4S, I could select my ATT number, but it was stuck on "verifying" for days, and I knew it wouldn't go through.
    So, I signed out of my Apple ID on iMessage and FaceTime on my ATT 4, and turned both services off. I turned on data roaming, and turned off WiFi. *This step was key to activating both services, as they would not activate over WiFi for some reason.
    I turned on iMessage and FaceTime without signing in to my Apple ID just yet. They both activated successfully, and then I signed into my Apple ID on both services, and from then on, I can use both numbers and my Apple ID on both phones! Finally!
    These are my current options:
    Phone 1 (4S on NTT): Phone 1's #, Phone 2's #, Apple ID
    Phone 2 (4 on ATT, roaming here in Japan on Softbank): Phone 2's #, Phone 1's #, Apple ID
    Hope this helps someone out there, as this issue was real frustrating for me.
