Trouble With My iTunes...

My iTunes just recently stopped working and displayed an error everytime I tried to load it. I then removed it completely and then tried to reload it onto my computer. It brought up the following message...
"Error 1304. Error writing to file C:\ProgramFiles\iTunes\iTunesHelper.Resources\ja.lprof\iTun
esHelperLocalized.dll. Verify that you have access to that directory."
Then I cancel the installation and this message pops up...
"Error:-1603 Fatal error during installation."
I dont know if these are just problems occuring with my particular machine, but if any of you have any suggestions for what I should do next I would definitely appreciate it.

Your iPod can only be synced with one computer at a time. If you try to sync it with a new computer/iTunes library, it will replace the contents of the iPod with whatever is in the new library. You should probably disable the autosync functionality first by going to Edit -> Preferences, clicking the Devices tab, and enabling the prevent iPods,iPhones, and iPads from automatically syncing option.
Before doing anything else, authorize the new computer with your iTunes Account. In iTunes, choose Store -> Authorize This Computer and enter in the correct credentials. Either copy a backup file from your old computer to your new one or create a new backup of your iPod in iTunes before letting it sync.
Then right->click on your iPod Touch from under the Devices section in the left hand pane of iTunes and choose Backup. You might also want to take a look at this article to see what it all included in the backup.

Now onto synced content such as music, videos, photos, etc. For iTunes purchases you can copy them back into iTunes by choosing File -> Transfer Purchases. For all other nonpurchased iTunes content, see this older post from another forum member Zevoneer covering different software available to assist you with this task.

Once the backup has been made and all other synced content such as music, videos, and photos are back in your iTunes library, restore your iPod from that backup you made earlier. Here is more on backing up and restoring your iPod.

If you do happen to lose any purchased content, you can always redownload it from the iTunes Store again at no cost via iCloud. See this article for information.

I've made new playlists and made sure I had the correct items checked to backup/sync. Still only the incomplete copies are played via the iPhone. What's up? What can I do to get to the iPhone to sync the correct version?

- Are you saying that they are not listed in your Purchased section?
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
- Are they listed in your Puchases history when you log into your account on your computer?
- Are they still available now for purchase? If not then you are out of luck
If they are still available and listed in your Puchase History then contact iTunes

We are currently having troubles with our iTunes. Playing different songs and randomly it changes the name of the song to pink time after time. We could go through 5 songs before it will change the next one to song title time after time and artist pink

I am having trouble with updating Itunes

Hi can anyone help me out with this. The other day I tried to update my Itunes from 11.1.3 to 11.1.4. The update wasn't successful. I then tried to update via the Itunes website however that led me to a error message. That message said "Service apple mobile device. (Apple Mobile Device) Failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services."
Another thing that I tried was restarting my computer and that didn't help with the issue. I uninstalled Itunes and I am still getting the above error message when I am attemping to reinstall it.
Has anyone else had this issue? If so is there anything that was done to resolve the issue? Everything with my itunes was working fine until I tried to update it.

I think the best option would be to completely uninstall all components of iTunes in the order specified of the article below. Once this is done attempt to install iTunes again.

Trouble with upgrade ITunes 11.1.4.62

I upgrade iTunes with v11.1.4.62 and i have trouble to connect my iPod Touch to my computer.
When i turn on my computer i receive this message: (MSVCR80.dll not found)
How can i solution this problem ?
I uninstall iTunes but the message is the same and i use other program in my computer and i receive the same message (MSVCR80.dll not found)

So I'm guessing that there is no fix for this error? I see that this patch has caused complete disaster for not only me but for lots of other people as well. Tell us how to fix our issues or release a new patch!

Trouble with buying itunes at the itunesstore

I'm in trouble beacuse I'm a luxemburgish student in Montreal. And so iTunes Store won't let me buy any stuff. At the Canada store I can't buy because my credit card is issued in Luxembourg and at the Luxembourg store I can't buy because I,ve got a canadian home adress. So, what can I do????

Buy a prepaid iTunes card through the Apple Store or at a local retailer. Then you can use the iTunes card to open an account in the Canadian iTunes Store without needing a credit card. Or give a friend with an account in the Canadian iTunes Store the money to buy you a gift certificate. Again, you can use that with your Canadian address to open an account.

Iphone 3Gs won't update i get an error message that says i am not connected to the internet. i HAVE TRIED ALL THE RECOMENDED TROUBLESHOOTING. ITUNES UPDATE WAS SUCCESSFUL AND I AM NOT HAVING ANY TROUBLE WITH THE ITUNES STORE. SO IT DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE

When I go to sync my iphone 3gs itunes alerts me that an update is available. I check to download an update. I then receive an error message stating that I am not connected to the internet. I am 100% positive that I am connected and before this download I was instructed to update itunes which I did without any problems and restarted my computer. I have tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions. I have no problem syncing or using the itunes store. I just can't get the update. I also have no problems with my iphone connecting to a wireless internet connection. Please Help!!!!!!

New ipod more frustration trouble with downloading itunes setup

I have had this ipod 3 days now and before I pitch it, give it away or post on ebay, I need help. I am getting more and more frustrated.
For some reason I cannot get the itunes software to download to my laptop, the one I am using to type this message. I'm using Windows XP pro. AOL internet connection through broadband with AT & T. Everytime I go to the download site, I click on the proper one and click the down load button. Not matter if it set it to run or to save, the setup does not download to my computer. I have tried as I said both run and saving to a folder and then opening the folder and tring to click on it to set up and nothing happens. I have checked my control pannel and then gone to add or remove software and in the entire listing there is no itunes showing. When I do a computer search for itunes it only finds the itunes in the ipod folder I set up on the desk top to download it into and save. I just won't download and install. I have tried to click on the setup in the folder I created on the desk top but it just does not install. Can anyone tell me what the problem might be??? Is there a CD that I can download the set up needed to use this ipod???
I have done everything I can think of, I have done a disk cleanup to get rid of temp internet files, junk and run my spyware program. My computer has no viruses. After doing these, I still can't download the setup itunes software.
I do have have another laptop available, and I can try that one, but before I try downloading the itunes setup on my other computer, can someone tell me why I can't download the setup to this computer????

I solved the problem, it seems that Quicktime was not properly installed on my computer. Even thought it showed when I looked in the control panel under add and remove software, it was there, but it was not working. I went to the quicktime tab at www.apple.com and downloaded quicktime again. This time I got a blue Q in my lower righ hand corner of my screen, so when I click on it the quicktime screen comes up and is working. I then downloaded the itunes 7.0.2 and it downloaded and set up fine, now I am just waiting for all my music on my computer to conver to itunes.

Cannot download iTunes 7 and trouble with existing iTunes file

I downloaded iTunes onto my hard drive on my computer but also onto an external hard drive as well. Everything worked fine until I went to open iTunes on my desktop one day and an error window popped up.
"Windows - No Disk

With buttons Cancel, Try Again & Continue.
If I close the warning windows (2 always pop up) I get an iTunes Setup Assistant window.

When I press the "Okay" button on that window, iTunes opens without a problem and with all the music in my iTunes library. I've been able to use it just fine with my iPod and on the iTunes store.
However, I have attempted to download iTunes 7 and it has not let me. I have successfully downloaded the iTunes 7 Set-up file. When I go to run the file, it wants to put the iTunes in my J: drive. The J: drive isn't on my computer though because it says it has 0KB space available on the drive. When I try and change the destination of iTunes it says "The volume J: is currently unavailable. Please select another." It won't let me select another and then immediatly takes me to the last page of the installer where it says:
"The installer encountered errors before it could be completed..."

Make that six. I am now receiving the exact same error message. My message makes iTunes completely inoperable and there is no way for me to get around it. Yes, I too have external drives attached to my computer. Anyone have advice on how to deal with this exception errort? I hope Apple has fix for us soon.

Trouble with the iTunes Playlist

I have downloaded and installed iTunes.It was operationg successfuly for some time... I imported music from my computer and transfered it to my iPod. But after a while "recently added" item disappeared from my Playlist. Now I have problems with searching and transferring songs from my playlist to iPod, 'cause my Playlist is messy and when I'm addind a new folder to the library, my new songs appear together with the old ones, thus it's difficult to find new songs among hundred of old songs. How can I add "recently added" item to my Playlist?

Recently Added is just a Smart Playlist and you can recreate it. In iTunes go to File>New Smart Playlist. Match the rule "Date Added">"is in the last">"1">"Days" make the days and the interval to suit yourself, you can have days, weeks or months.
Check the box "Live Updating"
