Trouble with old old old btconnect address!

One of the staff I look after at my old company has a couple of ancient btclick.com email addresses, which historically we have had set to auto-forward to his current company email address. The trouble is, for one now he is getting..
"Your mailbox has exceeded one or more size limits set by your administrator.
Your mailbox size is 207947 KB."
..every single day.
We've dug out the password and logged into the now btconnect.com account using the new office365 interface, but this only shows a couple of test messages, rather than the whole 207mb of old emails, so therefore we have no way of deleting them (which is exactly what we want to do). Additionally, the account says that forwarding is not set up (it was set up before the office365 interface) even though it clearly still forwards.
I've even quickly set up Windows Live Mail with the username and password and a btconnect POP server but the mails wont download (the password is rejected)
Any ideas how i can get to these mails, and the forwarding info? I have tried Bangalore but no-one there has any idea what I am going on about, much less how to fix it!!

I can see that when I view info on one of these purchases the "Account Name: " has my old email address... not my iTunes or Apple account. So, if I'm authorizing my iTunes using my new email none of these older purchases will work.
I'm really curious how to fix this. I've got quite a few purchases from years back that I'd like access to, but I can't authorize using my new email/iTunes or my old email (the one used for the original purchases).
Take a look at the info and tell me if you see "Account Name:" on one of your purchases. And is that associated to your old email address? There has to be a way to fix this or 'transfer' older purchases, especially if it's all under the same real 'account'.

Hi. I set my itunes up years a go on an old work email address,now my apple ID is a different personal email address. When I got my new iphone, the apple ID is my personal email address so my itunes account is now not linked. If I change my appleID on the phone I can see my music but then all my apps etc are all on my new apple ID and not my old email address! Hopefully that makes sense?!
How do I get all my music from my old itunes account on to my new phone with a new apple ID?

You can use your domain ( old web address ) for the new site created in Muse.
If you are using Business Catalyst , then you can publish the site and the through domain settings add the domain to your site.
And if you are uploading the site to any external server then you can upload Muse file to root location where the domain is already added.

My wife has changed her email and the old email address is no longer functional. How does she change the email address that is linked to her Apple account and therefore the iTunes store and give herself a new password if necessary?

Every Apple ID account has one primary email address, and that address is your Apple ID. When you create an Apple ID, you enter the primary address to use as your Apple ID.
Your primary address is also the contact email address for your account. Check it regularly, because it receives email that you need to manage your account. For example, before you can use a new or changed Apple ID, you need to verify it as directed in a verification email that Apple sends to that address. Didn't receive the email?

Iphone not syncing music with old email address

When I try to sync my iphone OR if I click on a song within itunes to play through the computer, a sign in box pops up saying that this computer is not authouized to play this song would you like to authourze it. The problem is that the email address in the pop up box is an OLD email, that really and truly is not connected with iTunes any longer - and I don't have access to that one any more. I have gone to preferences and checked and the new email is there and so I authorized the computer with that one (for the 10th time) and it says that it was sucessful, BUT when I try to play that song OR sync the iphone again - I get the same pop up box asking for the computer to be authorized again....WITH THE OLD EMAIL ADDRESS. How can I get it authorized to play ALL my music with the new email address (which works for a lot of the music - but not all)?

Have you tried to deauthorize your computer (via the Store menu), then re-authorize it?
Can you still login to other Apple services, such as the support website, using your Apple ID?

Authorizing computer with old email address.

I was trying to put some songs from my computer onto my Itouch. There were some of them that said they weren't available until I authorized my computer. It then listed an old email address that is not my current email address. (My computer is authorized on my current email address.) Intune music bought with old internet address

How can I read some itune music bought 5 years ago in the store with some old internet address if i've lost my previous password.
Up-to date id address is ok but files registered with another id can't be access anymore in my library, and id process recovery failed because birthday date is not recognized. It's a pity, because i've paid for this music !

Content is forever tied to the Apple ID that bought it. Apple does not transfer content from one Apple ID to another. Apple does not merge Apple IDs. You will never be able to access your content bought with another Apple ID with a new ID. You need to revive the old Apple ID by changing the email address associated with it;

Purchased Song with Old Email Address

I purchased some songs under an OLD email address and have since changed to comcast emal and now the songs need authorized to play. All the songs purchased with the OLD email needs authorized. All songs purchased with NEW email address play fine. I have aurthorized the OLD email sngs and it shows that it went through, but, when I actually try to play it, it says I still need to authorize the song. I'm stumped.
Any suggestions?

They would convert the AOL Account into an Apple ID. It's still be that same account, but wouldn't be associated with AOL. You couldn't merge it with any other accounts.

V 7.0.2 - Unauthorized to play music purchased with old email address acct.

Has anyone else stumbled onto this? I have one iPod and one computer which I buy all of my music off iTunes from - But I had an old email address last year that I used to buy a lot of my music with. Since I upgraded, I cannot sync, play, or burn any purchased music that was purchased with the old email address. I tried authorizing under my new email address and password (I even get a sucessful message) but then when I go to play - it gives me the message "This computer is not authorized to play this song - would you like to authorize it?" But the message shows my old email address.
Any advise is appreciated.

I'm sorry that I have no solution to offer but I do have the same problem. Apple pointed out to me that I need to aothorize my computer using my previous account information (AOL) but that didn't work. Very annoying to have to do this when upgrading software. I will think twice before upgrading again or before buying from iTunes for that matter.

Music purchased with old email address doesn't play

Hello, I purchased music under an old email address and since updating my info, it doesn't play. I get the message that the computer name is not authroized, I enter my username and password, I get a message telling me the computer is not authorized, but still the music doesn't play and if I try to play the song again I get the authorize computer message again.
Any help wold be appreciated.

Creating new apple id with old email address

Our old G5 has crashed and burned, we just bought a new 27" Imac and are trying to register it but It's been so long that I dont remember the apple id. When I try to start from scratch and create a new id it keeps telling me the email address is already in use.
If I request the lost id sent to me via email, it wont work because the computer where the email resides can't connect to the internet. If I try to answer security questions it tells me the birthdate doesn't match their records ( I don't know how that could be)
I'm at a total standstill
Any ideas??

Using your new Mac, conect to the internet.
Log into your email using a web browser to read the Apple reset email.
