I'm having trouble with video imported from my camera memory card.The video breaks up and pixelizes when it's directly imported from the memory card. That makes the video useless. Why does this happen? It doesn't do that in any other video editing software. Thanks for the help.

I have nokia c5-00-2 with 5MP camera. I'm looking for a skype version with video call option.. As one of my friend had it when he was in Suadi Arabia and used to call me video chat from his c5. Unfortunately he need that software but could not find it??? Does any body knows where we can download it??? Waiting for you replies.............

Skype for Symbian has been discontinued and stopped working. Since the Nokia C5 works with Symbian S60 you won't be able to use Skype any longer. Please read this:

Satellite 5100/201: trouble with video card or overheat?

Hy,
I'm experiencing trouble with video on a Satellite 5100/201. It seems that when I press on the left side above the graphics card or press a key on the keyboard on that side, the screen starts to be scrambled and vertical lines appear. At the end windows XP resets giving a critical error on the device and the video passes to 640x480. Same thing occurs when running Linux Suse 9.0.
My doubt is what is the cause: the graphics card corrupted or overheating due to the fan not as efficient as originally (my laptop is almost two years old. Did someone succed in finding the cause and resolved the problem, also with the Toshiba assistance?
Any help welcome.

I don't think so that Toshiba has problems with the design. You are talking about two different models with two different hardware and for different user profiles!
The 1900 is a Desktop replacement notebook with "desktop" components like processors and the Satellite 5000 is a Multimedia notebook!
Hint: If you had not done it yet, perhaps you could install the graphic card driver once again. If this don't helps, it is the best way to recover the notebook with the Toshiba CD. (this set the notebook to software default settings and the notebook should be work)

I downloaded mountain lion and then iPhoto '11 in order to tap into iCloud capabilities with all of my devices. (My Mac was outdated in regards to operating platform to do this). After installing iPhoto 11, I had to repair and rebuild my library of photos. However, after doing this, all of my albums were jumbled and, while I can see the image thumbnail, when I click on the thumbnail, and error that looks like a black triangle and gray exclamation pops up as opposed to the larger hi def image I want to view.

Hi there, well I'm a old user of firefox and I really like the browser, so every time that I find some issue in both: desktop and android mozilla browser, I'm trying to help the community sending some feedback. This time, I want to tell you something: I usually like to play some anime videos on pages like: "www.animeid.tv" or "www.animeflv.net" and both of them have their own mobile version for smartphones and tablets, but when I'm trying to watch some video with mozilla android I get some troubles with the video players and most of the times I'm not able to play any video ( I always try with all the video alternatives offered by the sites and I got the same), I compare it with chrome android and for my surprise I'm able to watch the videos normally.
I have tried differents things like:
- Uninstalling and Installing again Mozilla on my smartphone ( It does not work)
- Cleaning the history's browser ( It does not work too)
- Checking this issue on a different device ( I got the same problem)
So, I would really appreciate if you could help me with this soon as possible.

Just tried all 3 options again (last time was on a Samsung S5) for www.animeid.tv on my HTC One M7 running Android Kitkat 5 & Firefox 36.0.1
and I see the same behaviour as you described

Is anyone else having trouble with Siri calling someone from your Contacts on the Iphone 5?

Has anyone had trouble with Siri on the Iphone 5 in dealing with your Contacts. She gives all of the correct information on scores for the NFL but not if I ask her to call somebody in my contacts. She has no trouble with which movies are playing tonight at my local theaters.
If I ask her to call someone from my Contacts, she takes a very long time and then says something like this, "Uh oh, there's a problem. Can you try again?" or something of this nature. Any help appreciated. BTW I download my information from Itunes and also had to change my sim card in order for Verizon to keep my same telephone number.

I have not had this problem. I am new to Siri (with an iPhone 5 upgrade from an i4) and Siri has made a number of calls from my contacts. She asks, which John Doe (if I have more than one), which number (if I have more than one) and off we go.
Maybe, you have some setting wrong.

Try and start/ connect a new conference, i click accept, it waits then said i didnt repond. However the person im trying to connect to says they didnt respond, ie. so we both didnt respond. we can type to each other with no problems

Your post suggests that you are at least at 10.4.7 when the logs were introduced.
What Error log number appears in the second paragraph if you open the Reveal Triangle on the arrival of the Pop up to send to Apple ?
Or in Home Folder/Library/Logs/iChatConnectionErrors is where old logs are stored.
We don't need the bits after the line Binary Images for iChat

Problem with video calling

Dear Skype community,
Last few days I have a weird problem with my Skype. I want to use the option video calling but my video is all messed up. I have included a screenshot so you can see what my problem is. In the screenshot its my webcam that messes up, but when I call a friend its their video that looks like that. I have no idea how to solve this probem and hope you can help. I have reinstalled skype already and installed the latest version but the problem stays. I also have tested my webcam with different chatting programs like Facebook video chat but there is no problem there.
I hope my problem will be fixed because I really love using Skype!

Elaine,There is a heap of discussion about video problems - you appear to know a lot about this subject. I suspect a lot of these people may be like me, still using an older version of skype (Windows PC), like many of my contacts - and everything works flawlessly and has done so for years, including video. The reason we all still use this older version is that it is so much simpler and easier to use than recent versions which have become extremely cumbersome and screen hungry.It has always been as simple as pressing the 'Start my Video' bar which appears at the bottom of the app. Recently when connecting to newer contacts, and some old contacts who have bought new devices etc - the 'Start my Video' bar no longer appears, and video no longer works in either direction and I can't find anywhere to turn it on. I am on a netbook and my webcam is working fine. I suspect these contacts would be using later (and latest) versions of Skype, because Skype has probably upgraded without them realising, as tends to happen these days. I have done some testing between 2 PCs myself (one old Skype version (3. and one new version) and confirmed that all the chat, etc and everything works fine, BUT NOT VIDEO. My question is (do you know?) have the latest version(s) of Skype purposely stopped supporting video with the older versions? I have searched and searched all the online help but can't find any specific confirmation of this fact. Would much appreciate your help.

Apple please design a APPLE BRAND HDTV with FaceTime feature and revolutionize the HDTV with a built-in camera, with FaceTime and video-calling and iTunes features. Cisco is to expensive. Thus, making a video-call from my Apple HDTV to my iPhone or someone' Apple HDTV will be remarkable.

They won't be listening as this is a user to user forum.
I'm sure they'd be conducting the appropriate market reserach about other product avenues.
Real question if they ever did produce an integrated TV would be if it would sell well enough - imagine the Apple price premium on the TV and features and it probably wouldn't look as attractive to avreage consumers.
I would not rush out to buy a new TV just to do facetime on it.
The advantage of the STB approcah is it would be far easier for people to 'upgrade' their exisiting and perfectly good TVs if an STB could handle a 'plug and play' webcam over USB.

Issue with Video Calling

I recently bought a Kindle Fire HD and I downloaded Skype. My boyfriend also has Skype for his Samsung Galaxy Note. Whenever we try to use video calling the audio works fine but we can only see a black screen, unable to see each other and cant even see ourselves on the screen. Has anyone experienced this before? And what did they do to fix it?

Trouble with video on 5G Ipod

I have re-encoded some of my own videos to MPEG4 format, and tried to add them to my ipod. I have added them to itunes just fine. They appear both in the Library and under Videos and they play just fine in itunes (and Quicktime too, for that matter). This leads me to believe that the file format is not the issue. Unfortunately, I still can't get them to transfer over to my ipod.
Under preferences, I have selected "automatically update all videos". I even tried adding all of the videos to a "recently added" playlist and then setting the preferences to "automatically update only selected playlists" (Recently Added), but still no luck.
One thing which I am curious about is that at the bottom of my itunes window where the information about space used and space remaining appears, there is a lock image next to "Free: 51 GB". The hold switch on the ipod is not on - I don't know if this lock image is even important.
I've been looking over the support docs for hours and none of them seem to address what seems to be the syncing issue that I am having. Every time I connect my ipod or try to "update" my ipod, it updates for about 20 seconds and then is finished, but with no videos transferred.

What software are you using to convert the videos to iPod format?
If you are using Quicktime Pro, or iTunes to do the conversion... then that is most likely where your problem lies.
Your source video files is probably muxed.
Neither QT Pro or iTunes has the ability to successfully encode a muxed video file with audio. You'll end up with video and no audio.

You'll need to use some other third-party software to do the conversion. There's a handful of software available. Just search the forums and you'll find many titles mentioned.
I have had good experiences using MPEG Streamclip (Mac & Windows) and iSquint (Mac).

Trouble with  Videos App-

I'm having a lot of trouble getting any digital copy to stream through the Videos app on my iPhone 6 Plus (yes, it's updated to the latest software). Some will start and then rebuffer every few minutes/seconds, some will not start at all. I've verified that the Internet speed and consistency isn't the issue, and on top of that I have no problem streaming other digital copies on this device (Flixster, Disney Movies Anywhere, Amazon, etc.). I also have no problems streaming the digital copies via Apple TV. The closest I've seen to an answer covering this was to do the standard protocol for any iPhone issue (reboot, etc) and if that didn't work, restore as new. I'm HIGHLY reluctant to restore as new, if the issue is on Apple's end and if there's any other approach that might solve this. Any ideas?

The Videos App on an iPhone doesn't stream. It downloads the complete digital copy file.
You can start playing the video while it downloads as long as the download is fast enough. If not you'll need to wait for it to download before playing.
Streaming services usually adjust the video quality to the internet speed being used. A download for a digital copy from iTunes will not and as such may not be able to keep up with the playback.
In short wait for the digital copy to finish downloading before playing.

get something called videora ipod converter, it's free and works with any video file.. go to google and look it up

Good lord, Man! That's the long way around the block.
Highlight all the songs in the album. Right-click and select GET INFO.
Click on the album art in your web browser and drag it to the little box for Album Art in the Get Info dialog.
On rare occations I find Drag and Drop doesn't want to work - right click on the image in your web browser and select COPY - the PASTE in to the box in the GET INFO dialog.
