Please quit creative cloud app. Then perform below given steps:
Remove the delete OOBE file and re-login into the Creative Cloud desktop application using the Adobe ID tied to your subscription.
Mac OS: You can locate the OPM.db file in the \User\<user name>\Library\Application Support\Adobe\OOBE folder. To access the hidden user Library folder, see Access hidden user library files | Mac OS 10.7 Lion.
Windows: You can locate the OPM.db file in the \Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE folder.  To view the hidden AppData folder, see Show hidden files, folders, filename extensions | Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7.

  • Trouble with Creative Cloud and After Effects

    Hello,
    I'm having a lot of trouble lately with the Creative Cloud desktop application. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it several times and it keeps getting stuck here:
    And nothing loads!
    I was also having a problem with After Effects. Every time I'd load it, a window would pop up saying, "After Effects can’t continue: unexpected failure during application startup"
    Any help?

  • Is anyone else having trouble with Creative Cloud Tonight? ALLLLL Applications are down. None are working.

    I have verified with at least 5 other people that all their applications are down and no one can sign in to the creative cloud on their desktop. I am experiencing the exact same thing. It started with Lightroom and then just stopped. I was able to just log into photoshop, but i can confirm lightroom is def not working any longer after the upgrade 2015 the other day. its horrible.

    I can still launch applications, but for some reason the CreativeCloud app is hung on a network request.
    I was able to force quit the Creative Cloud app, then relaunch it, and it is working.
    Lightroom and Photoshop launch, but LR is hanging for about 20 seconds in the splash screen (when it normally does not).
    So yes, there appears to be some sort of network/server issue with Creative Cloud right now.
    But I can't find any errors listed in their status pages, so it may only be a slowdown due to a network issue outside the servers.

  • Trouble with Creative Cloud install/uninstall for MacBook Pro

    Creative Cloud for Desktop installed just fine, and all the windows worked except for "Apps"... all I wanted to do was download the Dreamweaver CC trial, so this was a problem. I got the "spinning wheel" on the Apps tab for a verrryyy long time, and tried everything on this page: App doesn’t open | Progress wheel spins continually
    Those didn't help.
    I tried the first solution from this page: Error "Failed to Install" Creative Cloud Desktop application
    Adobe Creative Cloud won't uninstall... it says I need to Quit first, which I am unable to do because the CC icon doesn't show up on my Macbook Status bar any longer... Cmd+Alt+Escape shows only Chrome and Finder as active, so I can't force quit from that window... I'm at a loss here!
    In case this is helpful: I have Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign CS6 currently installed on my computer... would this effect anything?
    Please help, I need Dreamweaver for work – I'm a web designer!

    If you are getting spinning wheel, please try following steps.
    Quit Creative Cloud
    Please delete all the files under the below mentioned folder.
    Location Mac OS: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdaterInventory/1.0/
       3.  Launch Creative Cloud
    Please revert in case you are not able to install Dreamweaver from there.

  • I'm having trouble with Creative Cloud's desktop app, when I launch it it loads but it's just a blank window, can you help?

    I'm trying to attach a screenshot but apparently that's against Adobe's guidelines.
    I've uninstalled and reinstalled a few times today, even redownloaded the .exe from adobe. All with the same effect.
    Everytime CC loads with a blank window and the only thing I can interact with is the gear icon for Help, Pin Notification, and to Quit.

    I'm not sure whether on 1 subscription you can download to Windows and Mac, or whether you have to buy Creative Cloud for each of these individually??

  • I was having troubles with Firefox, so I tried to re-download it and I can't find a place to download Firefox for MAC OS X 10.4.11

    There really are no no more details. The only version of Firefox that I can find that is available for downloading is not compatible with MAX OS X 10.4.11
    This means I am really in trouble. I sent the version I was using to the trash because I was having so many troubles with it not connecting to various sites.
    Where can I find a Firefox version that I can download?

  • Adobe Creative Cloud App does not show downloaded apps and shows "download error"

    I am not a full paying member just yet, and have been using Photoshop on trial for my graphic design courses. With the app, instead of showing me that my 30 day trial is over, I get a download error and contact customer support message. I have completely deleted and redownloaded the Creative Cloud App twice already, but am not sure how to fix this problem so I am still unable to download my free trials before purchase.
    How can I fix this problem?

    I signed up for Photoshop and Lightroom for $9.99 per month today. I downloaded and installed Photoshop CC successfully. It works. However, Lightroom 5 asks for a serial number. I am completely lost as to how to fix the problem. I tried chat with Adobe for help but I waited and did not get a response. Does anyone know what I should change or what settings to check? Thanks!

    For your LR-CC to show up as available to you, you may need to log out of the CC-Desktop app and possibly reboot, then log back into the CC-Desktop app, to get CC-Desktop to rescan your local installs vs what you’re eligible for and make the LR-CC show up on your CC-Apps list in the CC-Desktop app.
    Please try to uninstall Lightroom 5 from Utilities/control panel and then install it using CC Desktop apps.

  • Trouble with sites that use java scripts for downloading.

    FF4 seems to do nothing when I hit the button to download a file.
    IT does not freeze the application it just does nothing.
    There is no response at all.
    I am running FF4 on a Laptop w/

    Thanks for your prompt reply...... 
    I often proof my work in preview then edit images in photoshop and rename from there.  The dsc images are renamed to correlate the name of the class etc.  i.e. dcs_001 is saved as the file name required 7A.jpeg etc.
    The file names are required to correlate what is what and so on..........
