Why when i try to download itunes i always have the problem that apple mobile device and then appear in the window like an announcement about that the apple mobile device have a trouble, whats going on with this, are there someone that can help me?

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.
Please note:
Some users may need to follow all the steps in whichever of the following support documents applies to their system. These include some additional manual file and folder deletions not mentioned above.

Which iTunes, on iPad, iTunes is a Store and it won't take your .mp4.
On pc, check if it supports the mp4 (there are a number of different mp4 format) you have converted.
Can you import it to computer iTunes?

When I connect my ipad, and try to update it, it starts and then I get a message that says backup cannot be saved on this computer. I have tried everything suggested to no avail. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have had problems with itunes. Sometimes I even get a message that I am not connected to the internet.
I have uninstalled and re-installed. Any help?

I figured it out. A week ago I had downloaded a screensaver from a website I trusted and that's when my problems started. I uninstalled it but that didn't help. So, I reinstalled it then used an uninstall softtware app that cleanns more than the control panel does. Then I used a computer cleaner to be sure everything was wiped clean. And it worked. I downloded iTunes for the 7th time in 2 days and finally it worked! And I lost nothing from my account.
Maybe this info will help others.

Yes, it happens to me all the time. I deleted an app because it froze the. Tried to redownloading it but it wouldn't let me ivd tried all of my cards and nothing works. I thought it was because I had a negative balance but I have a to of money all accounts. It'd be very helpful if someone could help us out.

I'm having trouble with iTunes synching and accessing the iTunes store. When synching, the process tops at the back up stage, freezes and I can't close the iTunes window, need to ctrl alt del. When trying to access the store, the progress bar stops halfway. I've googled heaps and tried most of the standard answers - unistall, reinstall, etc, now looking for some help please.
This has only started a few weeks back, after working smoothly for the 2 years of owning the iPhone 3gs.
Any suggestions will be appreciated, it's getting realy frustrating.

ITunes has stopped working. Problem with iTunes Helper Module

Check and make sure the repeat indicator isn't set to repeat the same song. It will have a little number 1 inside a circle on it if it is. Just keep hitting it until it goes white. It will cycle through repeat all, repeat 1, and repeat none.

It says itcan't find the itunes64.msi destination folder.

(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

(2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
(4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:

Hvaing trouble with Itunes recognizing my Ipad & Iphone. When it finally does the siftware will crash when syncing the devise...usually when syncing the Apps. I have removed and reloaded software ,mutiple times.

Doublechecking. Have you also tried a complete uninstall of both iTunes and all the other related software components and then a reinstall? If not, try the instructions from the following document:

i was able to connect and synced songs yesterday.
but when i tried it again today. i cant connect again.
i tried to disconnect and reconnect million times and i even dropped
my iPOD and now it has some scratch and i hate it.

Can you tell us more about your issue?
Are you using a mac or pc? Do you know if your computer has usb 2.0 ? or better?
Do you have itunes installed on the computer? Have you checked to make sure itunes is up to date? Dose your computer recongise the iPod Touch when you connec it to the computer? if so, what happens when you connect it?
I'm trying to figure out where your having trouble with syncing.
