I had trouble with a iTunes download. Two songs of an album were not complete. I contacted iTunes and they redownloaded the tunes. My iTunes now has the complete copies. The trouble is my iPhone will not accept/sync the complete copies. It will only play the original incomplete copies of these songs. I've made new playlists and made sure I had the correct items checked to backup/sync. Still only the incomplete copies are played via the iPhone. What's up? What can I do to get to the iPhone to sync the correct version?
- Are you saying that they are not listed in your Purchased section?
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
- Are they listed in your Puchases history when you log into your account on your computer?
- Are they still available now for purchase? If not then you are out of luck
If they are still available and listed in your Puchase History then contact iTunes

I am having trouble with my iTunes Gift card code. It says I have not entered the code correctly when I have…repeatedly. How can I redeem my iTunes voucher?
If the card was issued in the same country as you and your account are based and the page that you posted from doesn't help, then you will need to try contacting iTunes Support (you will probably need to give them images of the front and back of the card, and possibly its receipt) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then iTunes Cards And Codes

Syncing with reinstalled iTunes
I had to reflash my hard drive due to a trojan problem. When I reinstalled iTunes, it no longer pairs with my iPod Classic and will not sync content from my ipod to iTunes. I was only able to transfer iTunes store purchases from the ipod to iTunes. How do I get iTunes to recognize my iPod?!

Cannot download iTunes 7 and trouble with existing iTunes file
I downloaded iTunes onto my hard drive on my computer but also onto an external hard drive as well. Everything worked fine until I went to open iTunes on my desktop one day and an error window popped up.
"Windows - No Disk
Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c"
With buttons Cancel, Try Again & Continue.
If I close the warning windows (2 always pop up) I get an iTunes Setup Assistant window.
"Warning!
iTunes was not properly installed. If you want iTunes to be able to retrieve CD information from the internet, you need to reinstall iTunes."
When I press the "Okay" button on that window, iTunes opens without a problem and with all the music in my iTunes library. I've been able to use it just fine with my iPod and on the iTunes store.
However, I have attempted to download iTunes 7 and it has not let me. I have successfully downloaded the iTunes 7 Set-up file. When I go to run the file, it wants to put the iTunes in my J: drive. The J: drive isn't on my computer though because it says it has 0KB space available on the drive. When I try and change the destination of iTunes it says "The volume J: is currently unavailable. Please select another." It won't let me select another and then immediatly takes me to the last page of the installer where it says:
"The installer encountered errors before it could be completed..."

Make that six. I am now receiving the exact same error message. My message makes iTunes completely inoperable and there is no way for me to get around it. Yes, I too have external drives attached to my computer. Anyone have advice on how to deal with this exception errort? I hope Apple has fix for us soon.
Thanks in advance for any help! -
Hi I am having trouble with iTunes! Randomly when I click on a song in iTunes it changes the song title to time after time and the artist is pink.
I could click on 4 songs and they will be normal but then the 5th one will change the info to time after time.
I haven't done anything different or new, it started doing it all of a sudden, well that I have noticed anyway. Please help.Hello Schimi. The Time Capsule is a kind of product that offer you two possibility:
- To use the TC as a router or as an external HD.
The difference between WPA and WPA 2 are:
- They are two kinds of internet connection.
WPA uses dynamic key encryption , which means that the key is constantly changing and makes the invasion of a wireless network more difficult than WEP . WPA is considered one of the highest levels of wireless security for your network and is recommended if your devices support this kind of encryption . Newer routers offer WPA2 security . WPA2 is compatible with WPA , but offers higher security level . In fact, it meets the high standards of many government agencies . If the router and computer support WPA2 , this should be your choice.
If you need any help or if you find some difficult setting up it you can contact Apple Support.
I am sure that they can help you with that.
I am sory for the delay. I holpe that you solve your issue. -

I am having trouble with updating Itunes
Hi can anyone help me out with this. The other day I tried to update my Itunes from 11.1.3 to 11.1.4. The update wasn't successful. I then tried to update via the Itunes website however that led me to a error message. That message said "Service apple mobile device. (Apple Mobile Device) Failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services."
Another thing that I tried was restarting my computer and that didn't help with the issue. I uninstalled Itunes and I am still getting the above error message when I am attemping to reinstall it.
Has anyone else had this issue? If so is there anything that was done to resolve the issue? Everything with my itunes was working fine until I tried to update it.Hello, JRA24ever.
Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.
I think the best option would be to completely uninstall all components of iTunes in the order specified of the article below. Once this is done attempt to install iTunes again.

Trouble after reinstalling iTunes on PC
Hi guys. I had to reinstall iTunes on my PC and I notice that I no longer have my original playlists and such. Yet thy are still on my other devices. How do I syncs my iPod without it going to the way my PC is? I don't want to lose any songs/playlists. When I hit sync in the music tab, it warns me that it will go the way my iTunes on the PC is, rather then just putting a few new extra songs on that I've downloaded in the meantime.
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for this very occasion.
Have you failed to backup?
Not good.
You can transfer itunes purchases from an ipod: File>Devices>Transfer Purchases
In some countries you can redownload some itunes purchases:

Trouble With My iTunes...
My iTunes just recently stopped working and displayed an error everytime I tried to load it. I then removed it completely and then tried to reload it onto my computer. It brought up the following message...
"Error 1304. Error writing to file C:\ProgramFiles\iTunes\iTunesHelper.Resources\ja.lprof\iTun
esHelperLocalized.dll. Verify that you have access to that directory."
Then I cancel the installation and this message pops up...
"Error:-1603 Fatal error during installation."
I dont know if these are just problems occuring with my particular machine, but if any of you have any suggestions for what I should do next I would definitely appreciate it.Your iPod can only be synced with one computer at a time. If you try to sync it with a new computer/iTunes library, it will replace the contents of the iPod with whatever is in the new library. You should probably disable the autosync functionality first by going to Edit -> Preferences, clicking the Devices tab, and enabling the prevent iPods,iPhones, and iPads from automatically syncing option.
Before doing anything else, authorize the new computer with your iTunes Account. In iTunes, choose Store -> Authorize This Computer and enter in the correct credentials. Either copy a backup file from your old computer to your new one or create a new backup of your iPod in iTunes before letting it sync.
Then right->click on your iPod Touch from under the Devices section in the left hand pane of iTunes and choose Backup. You might also want to take a look at this article to see what it all included in the backup.
iOS: How to back up
Now onto synced content such as music, videos, photos, etc. For iTunes purchases you can copy them back into iTunes by choosing File -> Transfer Purchases. For all other nonpurchased iTunes content, see this older post from another forum member Zevoneer covering different software available to assist you with this task.
https://discussions.apple.com/thread/2452022?start=0&tstart=0
Once the backup has been made and all other synced content such as music, videos, and photos are back in your iTunes library, restore your iPod from that backup you made earlier. Here is more on backing up and restoring your iPod.

If you do happen to lose any purchased content, you can always redownload it from the iTunes Store again at no cost via iCloud. See this article for information.
