I just installed the new flash, because youtube said i needed to update.  I did so, but now when I try to access youtube it says waiting for s.ytimg.com. and firefox then says it is not responding.  I have been on google but couldnt really find anything that worked.  If there are any suggestions it would be appreciated.  Thanks

    1. System Preferences >  Flash Player > Advanced >  Delete  All
         Press the "Delete All" button
    2. Safari > Preferences > Privacy
Press the button “ Remove All Website Data”.
    *Dont forget to restart Safari

  • Troubles with YouTube app

If I try to access YouTube through the built-in app it will not show me all my subscriptions although  will get video updates for all my subscriptions under "new videos" - but it will tell me I am not subscribed to them, and hitting the "subscribe" button gets an error message of "YouTube is not available"
If I access my YouTube account through safari the YouTube page shows ALL my subscriptions without an issue although there is an annoying bar going across my desktop view that I can't seem to get rid of ...
The question is - why is there not an available APP SUPPORT/UPDATE for the BUILT IN APPS through the apple store? It would be very nice if a person could REINSTALL a built-in app if they are having issues without having to hook up to another computer - it would also be great if there was a better way to let Apple know when there is an issue with one of these apps as well ...
How the heck to I get the BUILT IN YOUTUBE APP to recognize ALL my subscriptions? (it's an app issue because the same problem occurs across ALL 4 of our iPads no matter the IOS or model)

  • Trouble with Youtube using WRT54GL

I'm not sure if this is a problem with the router, but I'm wondering if anyone can help with this situation. I'm using a WRT54GL with stock firmware and occasionally some videos on Youtube won't load. Although, they'll load at other times. My ISP is Optimum Online and I'm using a wired connection.

Try using other browser like firefox or opera. Seems more like browser issue.

  • Safari 5.1.1 has trouble with Youtube, Grooveshark

Does anyone else running Safari 5.1.1 have problems playing any Youtube video or Grooveshark tunes? Mine stays black or says there was a problem loading Flash. According to Grooveshark, I might have a flash blocker installed, but I haven't intentionally installed anything of the sort. Is there something with the latest update that might have done this?
I don't think it's my computer, because I can watch Youtube videos and play Grooveshark music on Chrome. Just not on Safari.

    Do you have ClickToFlash installed?
    Check ~/Library/Internet Plug-Ins
    Just not on Safari.
And check Safari > Preferencees - Extensions. If you have any installed, turn that off, quit then relaunch Safari. Try a video.
    Open System Preferences > Flash
    Select the Storage tab.
    Click Delete All
    Reluanch Safari.
Empty the Safari cache then try a video.

  • I'm having trouble with youtube working on my Mac Pro

Youtube doesn't play audio or video.  Any suggestionS?

Are you using the latest version of Flash Player?
Mac Pro is a desktop computer.  Your system profile shows you actually have a Macbook Pro.  Typo?  You have both?

  • Trouble with youtube

On my MacBook Pro, youtube videos just don't work - will start but then buffer - over and over.  I have the lastest version of software. Is there a fix?

Are you running some DiVX, or Perian, or other Quicktime plugins?
Have you double checked your Adobe Flash is the latest version?

  • I downloaded the upgrade for fire fox, now I am having trouble with youtube, are these two things related? Something about an embeded code.

My system won't restore so I don't know if the two are related. You tube has a code to copy past, but it just says paste to 'your web page or blog' Any ideas?

  • Having trouble with Flash Player in regards to youtube

    Hello,
Recently I started having trouble with Flash Player in regards to using it with youtube. Sometimes all I see is a blank white screen and sometimes I do see the video with no surrounding youtube webpage or suggested videos etc. Nothing has changed on my computer as far as I know except the usual updates etc. I have tried uninstalling Flash Player and reinstalling with no luck. I even tried an older version. I am running windows XP and IE and have McAfee for my anti-virus. I am not the most computer savy person in the world and could sure use some help.
    Thanks,
    Ron

    Hitomi,
Thanks for the links. I am pretty sure it is not a problem with Flash Player itself but something else that is causing this. I don't know how to do a "screen shot", but even if I did I don't know that it would do anygood to show that because the youtube video screen and surrounding webpage only show for a second and then it goes totally white.
    Pat,
    Here is what I found:
    Intel(R) 82915G/GV/910GL Express Chipset Family
    Driver Provider          Intel corporation
    Driver Date               6/8/2005
    Driver Version          6.14.10.4332
Digital Signer               Microsoft Windows Hardware Compatability Publis
    Update:
This morning after doing some further reading and research on the Internet I tried running youtube in the  "InPrivate Browsing" window and youtube worked fine. So thinking I should delete my Internet Browing History, Cache, and Cookies, based on what I read I went ahead and did that but it still doesn't want to work. I think I did the deletions correctly? As I mentioned above I am not very computer savvy but can get by on the basics. Where should I go from here based on this info?
    Thanks,
    Ron

  • Im having trouble with FF & Youtube; it wont play videoes

i'm having trouble with FF; Youtube videos dont play, just a black screen ? ; they play ok on Google Chrome; BBC news videos play ok with FF. I have upgraded Adobe Flash no look, reverted to previous, no luck. I'm running Windows 7, on a DELL Inspiron with terraflops of memory and no system bugs, clean as a whistle.
FF is my default browser. The mouse-over previews play? Sometime for fractions of second videos try to play, then revert to black screen.

  • Still having trouble with audio on Macbook Pro

I had posted a discussion board earlier on this issue. I've been having trouble with audio for certain videos on youtube and basically any website embedded with a video. The audio works for a few seconds that doesn't or it doesn't work at all. My volume is up, not on mute, and the one on the video isn't on mute either. It's funny because I just tried watching a video on Firefox (as opposed to Safari) and it works. Could it possible be something with the settings for safari?

Try restarting your Mac, resetting your router, and resetting your modem. My cable internet has gotten slow at times as well, and when I reset my router everything cleared up.
