Troubleshoot VPN, Help me, Please

I had VPN site to site between HCM and Singapo 
HCM : Fortigate 80C
Singapo : Cisco 2900
Before,no problems.
Today, I can't ping from ip private of Singapo ( 192.168.4.0/24 ) to ip private of HCM (192.168.1.0/25). ->>> 0/5 
But, If I ping from HCM - > Singapo, after that Singapo ping HCM  was succeed.
I had file config of Cisco and Fotigaer.
Can u help me :(

That is great, basically an issue with Phase 2, just a little explanation on that, you might already know about it:
Perfect Forward Secrecy (PFS) to generate and use a unique session key for each encrypted exchange.
The unique session key protects the exchange from subsequent decryption, even if the entire exchange was recorded and the attacker has obtained the preshared and/or private keys used by the endpoint devices
Select the required Diffie-Hellman key derivation algorithm from the Modulus Group list box.
Security Manager supports Diffie-Hellman group 1, group 2, group 5, and group 7 key derivation algorithms. Each group has a different size modulus:
•Group 1 (the default): 768-bit modulus.
•Group 2: 1024-bit modulus.
•Group 5: 1536-bit modulus.
•Group 7: Use when the elliptical curve field size is 163 characters

    You posted in the "Using Mac App Store" forum but your profile indicates you are using an iPad so that's what I'll try helping you with.
    On the iPad tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
    Then restart the iPad.  Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button down until the red slider appears. Slide your finger across the slider to turn off iPhone. To turn iPhone back on, press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
    If you still can't download apps, the problem may be your Wi-Fi connection >  iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections

    It sounds like you are trying to burn a playlist to a disc in iTunes, but you are getting the error, "disc burner or software not found."  I found a couple of resources that I think might help with an error like this.
    I recommend starting with the steps in this article:

    Every time i have tried to download IOS5 on my ipod touch it keeps saying there was a problem downloading the software for the ipod. the network connection has timed out. what does that even mean? Can anyone help me please?!?!?!

    When you get anything that says your network connection timed out it either means you lost internet connection or there is something blocking the connection between the computer and the servers that it is trying to connect to.
    If you have a solid internet connection and can browse to websites fine it's either an anti-virus program or a firewall on the computer OR a firewall in the router's settings that you use to connect to the internet.
    Reconfigure any security software to allow Apple's servers to pass.
    Useful information for configuring your security software:
    IMPORTANT: iTunes must be allowed to contact Apple using the following ports and servers:
              ▪          port 80
              ▪          port 443
              ▪          phobos.apple.com, deimos3.apple.com, albert.apple.com, gs.apple.com, itunes.apple.com, ax.itunes.apple.com, ax.init.itunes.apple.com, ax.phobos.apple.com.edgesuite.net
    iTunes uses well known ports and these ports may need to be opened for iTunes: 80, 443, 3689, 5297, 5298, 5353, 8000-8999, and 42000-42999.
    iTunes also contacts VeriSign servers during an iPhone restore and activation:
              ▪          evintl-ocsp.verisign.com
              ▪          evsecure-ocsp.verisign.com

    Temporarily disable or uninstall your security software
    If the current available version of your security software is incompatible with iTunes, you can disable the security software and test if it is the source of the issue. It might also be necessary to temporarily uninstall security software after making sure you can reinstall it and note any required licenses. A temporary deinstallation might be required because parts of some security software remain active in the background though they appear to be deactivated.
    To reduce any security risks that security software is designed to prevent, consider making sure all files needed to reinstall it are available and disconnect network connections before uninstalling security software. Should this not be possible, such as if a download without active security software is required, that required step should be the only process completed without security software. For assistance in checking your configuration, disabling, or uninstalling your security software, please contact the manufacturer.
    Once disabled or uninstalled, perform only the steps required to verify your issue has been resolved. Complete whatever update, restore, syncing, back up, activation, or other task you were troubleshooting. Once that task is complete, install and configure compatible security software to ensure your PC is protected.
    If it isn't a program or software on the computer contact your Internet Service Provider and/or Router Company to configure or disable the firewall in the router settings.
    To isolate the issue to this you can also try disconnecting the router and plugging your computer directly in to the modem but this does not help for troubleshooting time-out issues directly on any apple mobile devices only if you are syncing or going through iTunes on the computer.

    Resolution
    - Restart the iPhone.
    - Try another means of reaching the activation server and attempt to activate.
              - Try connecting to Wi-Fi if you're unable to activate using a cellular data connection.
              - Try connecting to iTunes if you're unable to activate using Wi-Fi.
    - Restore the iPhone.
    If you receive an alert message when you attempt to activate your iPhone, try to place the iPhone in recovery mode and perform a restore.

    Uninstalling or reinstalling the iTunes application won't affect your music (data) -- but it's always a good idea to have a backup!

    I have and iPod touch 2ndGen, I purchased it end of Decemeber last year. I have recently bought a dell laptop windows vista. And I installed iTunes but when I connect my iPod touch to my laptop I cant sync songs. It registors in MyComputer but wont register in iTunes so I can syncmy new music. I did all the troubleshooting off the support site. Im missing the Apple Mobile Device. And cant figure out how to get it back on my computer I installed the newest itunes and even try some of the older versions like iTunes 7.7 and nothing seems work. Help Me please.     Apple Mobile Device Services is installed when iTunes installs. Carefully delete (through the control panel) iTunes, QuickTime, and any other software labeled Apple that you find.
    Before you download and re-install the version for iTunes, look for driver updates from your computer manufacturer and for Vista. Once you have done that, if you are running Norton or Mcafee anti-virus and or firewall, disable those for the download from Apple for iTunes 8.1.1.
    After you have re-installed iTunes, use the steps in this article to make sure that Apple Mobile Device Service is running.
