Truned off VMC call

Hi Experts,
We have turned off IPC using SAP note "Note 702735 - Switching off IPC" and that works fine. But We can there are some call made up by SAP to VMC and try to get price related information.
Is there any way to switched off VMC call. We did try VMC turned off through parameter and which causes dump"RFC_VMC_COMMUNICATION_ERROR" as system could not found VMC RFC destination. Example "SPC_GET_PRICING_PROCEDURE_INFO'
My Requirement is to turned off VMC calls. As we are not using it and also some time it causes performance impact.
Any help will be appreciate...
Thanks & Regards,
Nikhil

Hi Nikhil,
We can achieve it by following ways, if I have understood your query properly.
1. You can control it by using Transactions SM52 & SM 53.
2. You can also switch off the pricing at item category level by using below
SPRO --> CRM --> Basic Functions -->  Pricing --> Pricing in the Business Transaction --> Activate Pricing for Item Categories --> Select the  corresponding item category --> Move to Sales Tab --> And uncheck the flag Pricing-rel.
Thanks,
Hamendra

  • Truned of VMC call

    Hi Experts,
We have switched off IPC using SAP Note :  "702735 - Switching off IPC in CRM" but still we found CRM_ORDER_READ call some pricing related FM.
So we have disable VMC parameter and now system is throwing an error as VMC RFC destination is blank on FM "SPC_GET_PRICING_PROCEDURE_INFO".
My requirement is turned off VMC as we are not using it for pricing calculation.
    Any help would be appropriate.

  • Why do i constantly get cut off on calls.  I've had this problem with my 3GS, my 4S and now my iPhone 5.  When the core functionality is Phone, i.e. the ability to talk, why can't Apple make the iPhone function as a Phone?  is there an App for that !!

Well, since you've had the same problem, with three different phones, that all use different size sim cards, it seems pretty obvious the problem is with your carrier/coverage & nothing to do with your phone or sim card.

  • All off-silte call directly goes to Auto Attendant

        Hello  everyone,
I have an issue with UC520. There is one PSTN line connected to the voice port 0/2/0, All dial out works fine,  All off-site calls goes directley to the Auto Attendant, however, interal dial-in works fine, I mean user can dial internal extension properly but not from offsite to insite.
I was wondering if any one can help me.
Here is the partal UC configuration:

  • Handing off a call from the iPhone to the Mac using Continuity?

Why can't I hand off a call from my iPhone to my mac using continuity?  Am I missing something?  Does't seem to allow me to do this, just the other way around.  Any suggestions?

When the call is already in progress it doesn't allow you to do that; just the other way around.

  • When I get a call on Viber swiping the screen cuts off the call

Everytime I get a call on Viber I need to swipe the screen and enter my PIN to answer the call.
When I swipe the screen it imediatly cuts off the call.
Does anyone else have this problem?

    Hi,
I'm an official representative from Viber. I'm here to help
    Are you using iOS7?
If so, there is a way to swipe Viber's notification (specifically, and not the general phone lock), which leads you directly to your incoming call.
Otherwise, try opening Viber after you swipe open your phone, and see if the call is taking place.
Note that in general, iPhone's behavior is so that 3rd-party applications cannot override the iphone's lock and PIN (unlike regular cellular calls).
    Does the problem persist?

  • On-net and off-net call

    Hi Folks;
I am using CME. is that possible to configure on-net calling through VoIP and off-net calling through PSTN in the case of shortage bandwidth in Callmanger Express?
    thanks
    Alex

    Hi
To do this you'd have to have a gatekeeper on your network that could perform admission control...
Then have a dial-peer pointing to the GK (session-target ras) and a lower priority dial-peer pointing to the PSTN (possibly with a translation on it to add prefixes as needed).
    Regards
    Aaron

  • My Droid Maxx deleted all my text messages by itself. I had all of them, got a phone call, and when I got off the call, all my texts where gone. Is there a way I can get them all back?

My Droid Maxx deleted all my text messages by itself. I had all of them, got a phone call, and when I got off the call, all my texts where gone. Is there a way I can get them all back? I had a lot and some where really important to me. I turned the phone off and on again thinking that would bring them back because of some glitch but it didn't help. Does anyone know of a way to bring them all back?

It's very possible to get your messages back. Verizon Messages (app) from the Play Store has options both to restore and back up your messages. They can be downloaded as a file and saved on the device or SD card. By pulling the menu out from the left side and choosing "Restore Conversations", you can (hopefully) restore your lost messages but it says for 90 days. I hope this doesn't reach you too late.

My iphone truned off when its lock
    plz help any buddy

Define "Turned Off" do you mean the screen locked and it is dark and you hit the home button and the screen turns back on and you have use the slider.
Or do you mean you use the lock phone button on the top of the phone, tap it once and the phone shuts down completely?

  • Can you turn off phone calls and texts??

I am traveling to Buenos Aires from the United States for a minimester.. I called my cellular carrier and they do not have a plan to save me money in regards to phone calls and texts. I have the app What'sApp so I can use a data plan they offered me to keep in contact while I am way, however I am still afraid of racking up charges in texts and phone calls. Is there any possible way to turn off phone calls and text and strictly use the data plan they have given me?
I have the iPhone 5. Thank you.

FYI, that won't work. AirPlane disables all radio communications.
The best way to do this is to divert all calls.
    Go to Settings
    Phone
call forwarding and switch to O
Type in your carriers default voicemail number. Because it is the default number for voicemail is an exception in their list you won't be charged for the diversion.
remember to switch this off when you get back.
Then go to messages turn off send as SMS and MMS.
That should avoid most of the charges. Its inevitable that you'll get some but hopefully if you're careful it will be minimal.
Have you thought of using a local sim while you're there, you're iMessage will still work and your home SIM and account will be inactive so you won't get any unforseen chardges?
    Good luck

  • Turn off phone calls, keep text capability on.

Does anyone know if it's possible to turn off phone calls, but keep your text messaging capability on? We are travelling internationally and texting is a lot cheaper.

Texting is a portion of the cellular service, and I am not aware of a way to remove one without the other. While you can turn off texting, if you were to turn off cellular service, then texting would be turned off as well. You can turn off cellular data and roaming, and that would turn the cellular off, but then you could still use iMessage via Wi-fi, however if any of your friends are non-iPhone users, you would not be able to get messages from them.

  • E71x shuts off during calls

E71x in perfect shape shuts fully off during calls only, never any other time. In the middle of a call, not when hitting a button or anything. I had originally installed "xplore" and deleted some native ATT games, installed skfire and google maps. Since then I did the hard reset which seemed to re-install everything, "monopoly" and the other origional native ATT games etc. With the hard reset done, the "xplore", skyfire and google maps where gone and I haven't reinstalled them. Anyone with similar problem or ideas where to look? I got it from Amazon.com  (brand new, not refurb or anything).

On the AT&T help forum the best I could get is that it is a software glitch that showed up maybe on an install of something or they say more likely when I used "xplore" to remove some of the ATT apps (it thinks you are actually trying to shut the phone down...so it does) . Remember mine is the E71x which is ATT branded with all kinds of junk software for ATT. But I did do a *#7370# reset and it brought all the original software back and Google maps was gone, but that didn't help at all. Anyway they thought it should be under a warranty since mine is only 30 days old so I'm gonna try at the ATT store today. Good luck with yours and at least I know someone else is having the same problem. In all the reading I've done it does not seem common so I hope a new phone won't do it too. It is funny how I can text and wi-fi play music and it never hiccups, but as soon as the call is connected it's now powering down every time in about 5 seconds. Google maps......hmmmm.

  • Phone cutting off during calls

Hi, I hope someone can help, for the last 2 months my phone has occasionally cut off during calls, for seamingly no reason, full signal full battery. For the last 2 weeks it has cut off on every call. Does anyone know how to fix this please its driving me crazy. x

It's most likely something you should talk to your wireless service provider about. If it's not a network problem they may be able to swap sim cards for you, and if that doesn't help, possibly exchange the device.
