Trust tablet doesn't work

Hello everyone!
Recently I bought Trust TB-5300 tablet, and faced a problem: I cannot draw anything using it! When I try to draw a line, nothing happens. Sometimes, when i tap repeatedly on tablet, it makes some dots on screen, or when I draw with a great pressuse on it - it draws. But - only straight lines, i can't draw curved line (it takes a point i stated drawind and a finishing point and connects it).
Tried to change sensitivity in Control Panel and Tablet Settings - no luck. What's interesting - i have such problem only in PS. In Corel it works fine.
What else can i do?

I have the same tablet and had the same problem.
You have to download the new driver and delete the old one.
The driver i got was not made by TRUST it was a diffrent tablet but there the same just a diffrent name.
Also close photoshop and re open it after you instal the new Driver ( or just restart )
Hope i helped and if you need more help

EDIT: Yes, I do have the latest drivers for Windows 7.

OK, so if any one has the same problem.. I fixed it by deleting an old driver I had and then installed the newest driver for Windows 7...

    Hi
Are all devices recognized properly in device manager? Have you checked this?
As far as I know you have to install or update the Dual Touch driver. This dirver is for the Digitizer and touch screen model. It enables the functionality that the Tablet PC Pen or finger can be used as a pointing device.
You can download this driver on the Toshiba website.
    Check this!!

  • Using Office 2013 group policy template to define Trusted Locations and Template Locations doesn't work

    User Configuration/Policies/Administrative Templates
    - Using Office 2013 group policy template to define Trusted Locations and Template Locations doesn't work
    Microsoft Word 2013/Word Options/Security/Trust Center/Trusted Locations
    - Allow Trusted Locations on the network:
    Enabled
    - Trusted Location #1:
    Enabled
    Path:  //server/sharedfoldername   [Edit:  Path:
    \\server\sharedfoldername]
    Date: June 10, 2013
    Description: Trusted Location
    Allow sub folders: Enabled
The policy appears to apply to the client correctly by adding the following registry key and values:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\office\15.0\word\security\trusted locations\location1
    allowsubfolders: 1
    date: June 10, 2013
    Description: Trusted Location
    Path:  //server/sharedfoldername  [Edit: Path:
    \\server\sharedfoldername]
However, when you open Word Options/Trust Centre/Trust Centre Settings…/Trusted Locations
There are no trusted locations listed under ‘Policy Locations’
I have tried setting similar settings for setting the Shared Templates folder location and just like the trusted locations policy, the registry keys are created properly in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies however word doesn’t
    seem to recognize these either.
This used to work flawlessly using the administrative templates for Word 2007 and 2010. Has anyone been able to get these policies to apply successfully, or know why office doesn’t recognize these settings from the Policies registry
    Key?

This would have been an easy solution to the issue.  Unfortunately it isn't the problem.  This question was originally posted on another Microsoft site and
was transferred here and when it was transferred the path's changed from the original post:
\\server\sharedfodlername to //server/sharedfoldername.  (I will edit the question to show up as it did in the original post) Not sure how that happened.  This
is still an issue that I haven't been able to get working correctly.
As it turns out the 'New from Template' interface Word 2013 has developed is very bulky with large thumbnails and is not very customizable nor practical for an office
that has a large number of templates.   Because I am unsatisfied with the display and performance of the 'New' template chooser I sought after a solution to change the way word creates a document from a template in another thread:
http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/office/forum/office_2013_release-word/how-can-you-change-the-display-of-templates-in/d49194b9-a6b4-4768-8502-7d7b50e9dd65 working through this issue with Jay we were able to develop
some VB script with handles a very large number of templates in a list view and it works much faster than the built-in Word interface.  The above thread is how I've worked around trying to define a shared template location and I am quite happy with it.

  • Works... Doesn't Work... Works!.... Doesn't Work.... Trust Time Machine?

    My setup:
    MacBook Pro
PowerMac G5 + External SATA Drive
Airport Extreme + External USB Drive
The PM backs up fine to the External SATA, about 90% of the time.
The MBP backs up to the External SATA (shared) about 5% of the time so I purchased the External USB for use with the Airport Extreme.
The first time I set it up and used it, it worked fine. Then it stopped working after a MBP reboot. Then randomly, this morning I noticed it was working again. But now it's not. Whenever it doesn't work it fails with "*+Time Machine Error. The backup volume could not be mounted.+*" This occurs almost 100% of the time.
The volume is in fact, already mounted. I can browse it and it is fully accessible on my desktop.
Now, if it never worked it would be one thing, but having this randomly work really has me fed up.
How could I ever trust TM knowing that the one time I really need it it has a greater than 50% chance of failing?
One more thing *I can browse my old backups using Time Machine as if nothing were wrong.*
    Thoughts?

{ so i formatted the disk, reinstalled leopard and restored all my information using my time machine back-up file.
how exactly did you do that? please be specific. did you use system restore utility on the install DVD? did you use setup assistant after the reinstall? or did you use migration assistant later? or did you do it by hand?
in general you can reset the password as follows:
    http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?path=Mac/10.5/en/11627.html
however, depending on what you did the problem might be something else.

  • Trust tablet + illustrator CS3 + pressure problem

    Hi guys,
I've get recently trust slimline tablet for mac. Using Mac OS X 10.6.2 with adobe cs3. I've installed the tablet, and it works ok with photoshop  and does recognize brush pressure and everything. But illustrator doesn't seem to see it - I still can draw and use the pen, but when I'm trying to change calligraphic (or any other) brushes settings to pressure sensitive it's impossible: the only variables working are fixed and random. the pen icon in right bottom corner is crossed. Have contacted trust - and there is no special drivers for illustrator, anyway have installed the newest drivers, have installed illustrator update. restarted everything and so on - and still no result. and photoshop still perfect. Any advice? Maybe I should turn on something different than just brushes settings? Have been trying to find any solutions on forums, but no luck there
    Thanks in advance

I got the one for mac. [Slimline design tablet for Mac, 15908, 'Fully compatible with Mac OS tablet']. If it was to be working with windows only would expect it to not work with photoshop and other things as well....

I got a Tecra M4 and after installing xp tablet and drivers the tablte still doesn't work.
Did I forget a driver? Which one is responsable for the tabletscreen?
    thx,

    I used a microsoft disk
on the first cd there is also an i386 folder but with a different content (about 2000 files). it seems to me like the second cd is an additional setup cd (about 90 files) which the setup doesn't ask for.
    @Tonny:
    i did the following:
    i copied the folder to c:\ (so it's c:\I386\)
then i've gone on Start->Run and entered setup (-> a appearing message says "Please go to the Control Panel to install and configure system components")
    and winnt.exe (-> windows cannot find "winnt.exe")
when i went to control panel-> Add or Remove Programs->Add/Remove Windows Components the windows components wizard appears but the shown components doesn't contain anything about tablet or so.
i guess i did something wrong...

  • My wacom tablet does not work correctly after updating to mavericks.

    My wacom doesn't work.

Jason, how did you switch back? My tablet does not work either. All I can do for the moment is work on my laptop which has the old system.
    Thanks,
    Teresa
I was almost certain that the new osx would be trouble as was Lion and after that Mountail Lion. So, instead of my usual hard drive clone, which I make with superduper, I made a second one just to be certain. After 10 minutes of Mavericks, I am happy back to snow leopard.
I really think that it is the most developed, glitch free operating system. If it wasn't for all these money thirsty companies stopping the support of the previous op. systems perhaps we could stop at Snow leopard. What more to ask. Even aesthetically osx 10.9 is much worse that snow leopard.
Anyway, long answer. sorry. It is a good habit to clone your HD once in a while.
p.s. my only reason for wanting to upgrade is because Lightroom stopped support but I am still doing my work with the previous versions. I guess people will allways think that if they have the newest, biggest, baddest version of a software will make them better in what they do..or in who they are, really.

  • Printing PDDoc with AFExecuteThisScript() doesn't work after an upgrade from SDK 5 to SDK8

    Hello,
I have made an upgrade of my plug-in which was developed with the Acrobat 5 SDK. I upgrade it to Acrobat 8 SDK and my print function doesn't work anymore.
Actually I print my document using a javascript trusted function instead the function provided by the C++ library for internal reason.
Here below is the code used to print my document :
    char szJavaPrint[6000];
    sprintf(szJavaPrint,
    "pp = this.getPrintParams(); \r\n"
    // fill pp with parameters
    "pp.interactive = pp.constants.interactionLevel.silent; \r\n"
    "\r\n"
    "this.trustedPrint(this, pp);"
    PDDoc pdDoc = AVDocGetPDDoc(avDoc);
    AFExecuteThisScript(pdDoc, szJavaPrint, NULL);
It was working with the Acrobat 5 SDK but the print seems to have no effect using the Acrobat 8 SDK. I know that there is a change between Acrobat 5 and 8 concerning the Character Set (currently I set the Character Set to "Not Set" in the Configuration Properties of the project) but I don't think that my problem comes from the Character Set.
All ideas to resolve this problem are welcome.
    Kind regards,
    Joe

See what happens if you remove the "setting of interactive to silent"...
There is a restriction on silent printing in Acrobat, but I would not have expected that to be passed into this method - but it could have been overlooked and be a bug.
Also, I don't recall a trustedPrint() method in Acrobat JS - check the documentation for the correct name of this function...

  • Ever since upgrading to Mavericks, Adobe Flash Player doesn't work.

I upgraded from Snow Leopard to Mavericks recently and since then, sites do not recognize that I have Adobe Flash Player installed at all. I currently have the most updated version: "Plug-in version 11.9.900.170 is installed." I noticed this when family and friends sent me e-cards. I go to the sites to view them and it tells me I need to download Adobe Flash Player.
I have uninstalled it twice and downloaded it twice. Installation is always successful and complete but when I test it to view an e-card sent to me from a reliable site, it still states that I need to install it to view the card. I HAVE IT!! lol  I don't understand why the sites are not recognizing it on my computer.
I've tested it out on both Safari and Firefox and it doesn't work on either. Safari is 7.0.1 (current).
Can anyone help me fix this? Troubleshooting on Adobe Flash Player basically tells me to uninstall and re-install. Still doesn't help. ~sigh~
Thanks in advance for any help!

If you're sure you've installed the latest version of Flash, take each of the following steps that you haven't already tried. After each step, relaunch Safari and test. For a "missing plug-in" error, start with Step 5.
    Step 1
If you're only having trouble with YouTube videos, sign in to your YouTube account and load this page. You may see a link with the text "Leave the HTML5 Trial." If so, click that link.
    Step 2
If you're getting a "blocked plug-in" error, then from the menu bar select
     ▹ System Preferences… ▹ Flash Player ▹ Advanced
and click Check Now. Quit and relaunch your browser.
    Step 3
Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:
    /Library/Internet Plug-Ins
Right-click or control-click the highlighted text and select
    Services ▹ Open
from the contextual menu.* A folder should open. Delete the following item, or anything with a similar name, if present:
    Flash Player (failing).plugin
You may be prompted for your login password.
*If you don't see the contextual menu item, copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combinationcommand-C. In the Finder, select
    Go ▹ Go to Folder...
from the menu bar, paste into the box that opens (command-V). You won't see what you pasted because a line break is included. Press return.
    Step 4
Re-download and reinstall Flash. Download it from the domain "get.adobe.com". Don't click a link from any other website, including this one, because you can't trust links. They may be an attempt to trick you into installing malware masquerading as Flash. Type the address into the browser window. Never download a Flash update from anywhere else.
    Step 5
If you get a "missing plug-in" error, select
    Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Security
from the Safari menu bar and check the box marked
    Allow (or Enable) plug-ins
    Then click the button marked
    Manage Website Settings...
if present and make sure that the website is not blocked for Flash.
    Step 6
    Select
    Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Extensions
from the Safari menu bar. If any extensions are installed, disable them.
    Step 7
In the Safari preference window, select
Privacy ▹ Remove All Website Data
    Close the window. Then select
     ▹ System Preferences… ▹ Flash Player ▹ Advanced
and click Delete All. Close the preference pane.

  • RD Web access SSO - remote desktop doesn't work

    Hi,
This is my first post in here, and I hope you gays can help me out.
I am currently experiencing some issues with RD Web SSO not working as I would like it to work.  I have found countless articles and guides describing how to get it to work, but no guide have yet helped me.
The problem is that when I log in on the web access and open a published application everything works fine I wait 5 sec and the application pups up, but when I try to open "Remote Desktop" then I get a new log in box where I must enter my log in credentials
again (after entering my credentials everything work great.)
The problems I am currently facing is produced in a demo environment configured as follows:
1x DC server (DC01) also the lic server
    2x RDS server (RDS01/02)
    1x RDS Connection broker (RDCM01)   I have created a farm named "farm01.mydomain.com"
1x RDS Web access server (RDWA01)
    1x RDS Gateway (RDSGW01)
(All the Servers are installed with Windows server 2008 (R2) SP1, and have the latest update.)
I am publishing my demo environment on the internet, i have created a domain name for my gateway and my web access and they are both accessible from the web (rdwa.mydomain.com and rdsgw.mydomaim,com). I also have secured everything with an SSL wildcard certificate
( my external and intern domain names are the same so I am using one SSl certificate) that is trusted on the web.
when I  log in on the web access server trough (IE9 or IE8 ) from another network(wan) and I open a published application (calculator), it pop ups in just a few seconds. But when I try to open my Remote desktop I get a login box where I must enter my
username and password one more time.. after that remote desktop opens and everything works great.
My laptop is a Windows 7 professional with RDP 7 and IE 9, and is not member of a domain (just a workstation), I have tested it from multiple workstations and networks(Also win 7 and RDP7) but even there I have the same problem.
Thinks that I have tried tell now:
I have created a kerberos account as mentioned on
    MSDN
I have checked my group permissions as mentioned
    here
And many more blogs and forums
I have tried multiple settings on RDCM, RDWA, RDSGW and RDS server
Right now I am out of ideas, and I hope you gays can help me out..
    thanks in advance,
    Pouyan

    Thnx for you advise,
Did you go into your RemoteApp Deployment settings and change the server name to the farm name "farm01.mydomain.com?"
    Yes
Also in the Session Broker's RemoteApp and Desktop Connection Properties window change the Connection ID to the farm name as well.
actually I couldn't find out what to put on the connection ID so I had left it just default, but after changing it to the farm name it still doesn't work
Did you sign you apps with the cert used on your RDS servers?
yes, I am using a wildcard ssl certificate to sign all the servers/apps with.
    there is
    something that
strikes me, when I log on the web access and click on a published application (that is hosted from the same RDS servers) then I get a information box. when I click on the "details" button I see on the bottom "use the following credentials to connect" and my
domain and username are published there. But when I click on the "Remote desktop" icon and do the same I can't see this information!!
Also I don't think that its an SSL problem, because after log in again it works perfect without any warning.
