Trusted Network Zone Configuration Tool is not there!

I've installed Solaris 10 x86 11/06 and Trusted Extensions, and when I open SMC and try to navigate to the "Trusted Network Zone Configuration Tool" that is supposed to be in the "Computers And Networks" section, it's just not there. Trusted Extensions are installed, I get the special Trusted dialogs during login, but this tool is missing. I've verified that all related packages were installed with Trusted Extensions. This is a stand alone machine (for development). Does anyone have suggestions as to why this tool is missing and how to get it working?

Found the problem, I feel stupid, I was opening the non-TSOL toolbox in SMC.

Email Configuration Tool - Can not connect

Hi
I can't get the 'Nokia Email Configuration Tool' to connect to my phone.
I have a N70 phone. I am using a Nokia CA-53 USB cable.
The PC Suite version is 6.70.22
The Config. tool is version 1.0
The phone is connected to PC Suite and shows as such in my system tray and in PC Suite. Other functions seem to work ok, e.g. I can synchronize contacts etc..
I fill in the details in the Config. tool but get the message 'Phone isn't connected'.
My OS is MS Windows Professional Version 2002 SP2
My operator is T-Mobile.
Additionally, I previously tried to get settings sent to my phone using the 'send settings service'. However my email provider, UK2.NET, does not appear.

but I see now the tool is not specified for the N70 phone.
However I resorted to this tool as I can not send email. I can receive email ok.
My operator is T-mobile
my email supplier is uk2.net
I use smtp authentication
email it is POP3
smtp should use port 443
I notice that there is a security port configuration option but it is present and does not offer port 443.
Please can you advise how I can specify my own settings.

We recently purchased 26 iPads for an elementary lab. THe Apple Configuration tool does not do enough to help us lock students out of the settings folder to keep them from making changes. Is help on the way, or is there a third party solution available?

If we do not find a viable solution quickly, our district is going to stop purchasing iPads. HELP!

Unfortunately there isn't a way to completely lock out Settings. Apple designed iPads to be personal devices where user is "King"…which makes it a pain for school tech admins like you and I to manage. Apple only allows certain features and restrictions for 3rd party vendors to work with. So unfortunately there isn't a way to completely lock out Settings by a 3rd party vendor.
What settings are the kids changing? Perhaps there's a workaround that could help (until Apple makes things more school/enterprise friendly).

IFS configuration tool not running

The configuration tool is not running and in the ifsconfig.bat
There is this line:
set IFS_HOME=D:\oracle\ora90/9ifs
I do not why “/” and “\”
Any idea???

Can you supply the errors you are getting, how far through does it get? I've had problems in the past with the configuration tool when installing on a P4 due to the symcjit problem.
Also are you trying to install 9.0.1 into a different home to iAS as we have had problems in the past.

Trusted Networks not recognised - password in keychain ignored

Since I returned from Italy my wireless G4 Powerbook will not automatically recognise my trusted (wep or wpa encrypted) networks. It finds open networks just fine. It will not recognise my password even though I rewrote the log-on info and deleted old keychain passwords. Every time I log on I have to choose "diagnostics" and scan "airport". Eventually I get a message that my "network configuration has changed" and it works for that one session. Even letting the Powerbook "sleep" will wipe out my connection. I tried deleting and re-authenticating each "trusted" network but - no luck.

Do you have a login password for your user account? I've noticed sometimes after upgrades my keychain password is switched to that and I have to reset it. I agree after upgrades there's usually a number of issues that need resolution and it can by time consuming identifying and fixing the problems.

Test Configuration Tool: Sender Agreement Not Found

We have new XI3.0 setup and I just want to test simple file to file scenario, but the file was picked up by sender file adapter, however, there is no message sent to Integration server.
When I use Test Configuration Tool, the sender agreement is green, however, it also mention Sender Agreement Not Found, see below:

futhermore, Interface Mapping is not found either. Actually, Interface has been created on IR. Sender Agreement also created in ID.
Anyone who has idea about these two errors ?

First of all, all the objects are activated, secondly, when create sender agreement, I just need to input the Sender Service Name / Sender Interface / Sender Interface Namespace. Then finally select commnication channel.
For any Receiver sides, they are grey out, I am not able to input anything.
So, there is no "*" in any fields.
I doubt if there is any setup wrong, especially for adapter engine, maybe some modules that are not functional for file adapter engine, since I also see other problems, I might post them as separate thread.
In Adapter monitor page, I did not see the adapter.
In RWB, if I use IE, there is Error in the page, using Firefox, it is OK.

I am trying to install Oracle 9iR2 on redhat advanced server.
We copied the files into a staging area.During
install it asked for Oracle.swd.jre file which i checked
not there.
But i ignored the error message and finished the
install.Installation went through successfully but the
configurations tools netca,dbca and agent assistants have
not started. Apache server has started sucessfully.
I have done installs earlier on Redhat 8 but i never
had problems like this.I checked the staging area and i could able to see a directory like oracle.swd.jre in
Disk1/stage/Components/oracle.swd.jre but not the file.
I will be glad if anyone can tell me the work around
for this.

Installation problem: Update Tool Bootstrap not configured

I installed Java EE 6 SDK on Windows. The Summary window states an "Incomplete" Overall Status and the Update Tool Bootstrap status is "Not Configured".
As a result the update tool does not work.
Running updatetool in the glassfish3/bin-folder from the command line does not help: "Unrecognised execption: no matching package for: pkg-toolkit-incorporation".
I am just trying to get this to work to enable me to get a hold of the EE 6 Tutorial Component. Failing to get the Update Tool to work, would there be any other way to obtain this?

I have obiee11g installed machine and want to connect that machine with essbase.
For that I have installed Essbase Client [11.1.2.1] by downloading the following files,

After that I manually added the ESSBASEPATH and ARBORPATH as Environment Variables (USER).
And also I manually added the essbasepath in bi-init.cmd file.
Finally I tried to connect essbase with BI through BI Admin Tool, I get the following Error
"*Admin tool could not load the essbase driver.Please check the configuration*."
kindly guide me to overcome this issue.

Until you perform the configuration on the AD server, the following message will appear:
Error: Could not start the SSO service. Please check the configuration.
So configure the AD server so that the error message will not appear again.

I have a wireless router with dual band signals, as well as an extender at the other end of my home... it would be nice if I could set a priority list so my phone knows to always connect to the 5GHz signal if available, rather than trying to connect to the 2.4GHz signal which is on the other side of the house...

By default, the iPhone will prioritize Wi-Fi over cellular for data and when doing Wi-Fi, will latch on to the strongest signal it can associate (latch on) to. But all that is automatic, there's no evident control for manual adjustments. Other than deleting the Wi-Fi networks you don't like.

Yes, in the camera-raw preferences you can set ACR to open as a plug-in when editing TIFs or JPGs. There are three settings -- paraphrasing: Don’t, Open all, and Open those with settings. You would want to set JPG’s setting to Open All at least temporarily.
Of course you can also use PS to crop, right?
