You have posted to the wrong forum. InetSendMail is a LabWindows function. This is the LabVIEW board, which is the graphical programming language. You need to post in the LabWindows board, which I see you've already done

The specific text of the error message is very important here — I'm not sure exactly you're encountering here.
If you're able to connect to your email server and are able send email to other email addresses and if the failures are specific to one email recipient address, then please contact the intended recipient of the failing email, and confirm their address is valid. (This is the way I'm reading your question.)
If you are unable to send any email to any other email addresses and this is specific to your email address, then try the web mail client interface (if one is available) to verify your login user and password, and check with your email ISP for assistance. If your email password works via web mail, follow this Apple troubleshooting guide, then — if everything else fails — I'd probably then entirely remove the email account from Mail.app and re-add it per your email ISP's particular setup requirements. (Some issue with the setup or maybe a corrupt setting in OS X or a problem at the mail ISP servers is a common problem, but this effects attempts to send to all email addresses via that account.)
An email account setup is specific to an email provider, unfortunately. If you're using one of the more common email ISPs, then there are usually setup guides and frequently-asked questions posted online.

Yup, you may need to use another outgoing mail server on some networks.
Try disconnecting from the Wi-Fi network and testing again, it might work while you aren't on that network.

E-mails stuck in queue when I try to send e-mail to one domain

When I try to send an e-mail to the one specific domain I'm getting an error message:
Primary target IP address resonded with: 554 policy violation. attempted failover to alternate host, but that did not succeed etc..
I have no problems with sending e-mails to most of the domains, exepct this one
What might that be?

I think this seems to be a problem at the receiving end
Things that might be wrong on your end as well which you need to check below
Do a (rDNS, telnet to your server to check the FQDN and IP Blacklists check)
Try creating a dedicated send connector for this domain alone for this address space alone and see the results . Select the option offer basic authentication only after starting TLS and see the results
Check in your fire wall if this type of connection "Private command : X-ANONYMOUSTLS" SMTP Policy Restrictions is set . You should make the modifications to the firewall to allow this traffic.
In your case i think mostly it should be the fire wall not allowing X-AnonymousTLS type connections

"connection denied due to dictionary attack" when I try to send out mail

Hi--
I got this message "connection denied due to dictionary attack" when I tried to send out mail today. It was the first time I ever saw anything like this. I thought it was a problem with the mail server from my website, but no one else had the problem. After about 12 hours, it suddenly stopped...
Was I being hacked? Was someone trying to send out email/spam through A)my home machine or B) my website? And if so, how can I protect myself from it?

Well you second post was the correct question because I was going to say you got a second hand macbook pro, didn't change anything, and expected mail to work with your ISP. The mail settings were thus those of the previous owner. So you are correct to ask what your ISP's settings should be.
Unfortunately I can't answer that. You have to get that from your ISP. They proably have a web page for it.
You need to know:
Incoming mail server (pop)
Incoming mail server login name
Incoming mail server password
POP port
Does is require SSL?
Authentication for using POP server (probably password)
Outgoing mail server (SMTP)
Outgoing mail server login name (probably same as incoming)
Outgoing mail server password (probably same sas incoming)
SMTP port
Does is require SSL?

Error appears: Cannot send message. this message cannot be sent at this time - has been appearing everytime i try to send e-mail for the past week!

For the past week I have not been able to send both simple and attached messages through my icloud e-mail.
The error reads: this message cannot be sent at this time. i have the latest version of Firefox, I have even changed my password in hopes that this would resolve the issue, but alas, it hasn't worked. HELP!

Form to send e-mail

Hello!
I wonder if someone could help me with the following.
I am developing a form , and all the data entered in that form will be sent to different people , depending on the information of the form.
The way that I have done it is with an html form (escalationform.html) that will call to a jsp page ( enviocorreo.jsp) which call a JavaBean to send the mail ( SendMailBean.java)
It seems to work fine, but I have problems when I try to send the mail to different people , depending on the option of the SELECT in the form.Since I�m new to JavaBeans, I do not know if I am comparing the values in the correct format.....since it is always sending the mail to the else opetion ( I mean If I choose Tipo1, the e-mail is always sent to Address2@.....

When comparing strings, you should use the .equalsMethod.
You should also check for null in most cases.

Weird problem-w/ aol mail,i can recieve and reply,but can not send new mail

everything is set up, i read the instructions on that site to help me set it up, im recieving mail, and i can even reply, but when i try to send new mail it rejects the smtp. outgoing mail server...any suggestions?

Does resetting include deleting and recreating the AOL SMTP server?
Deleting an SMTP server requires selecting Edit Server List from the SMTP server selection pop-up menu.
ISP is short for Internet Service Provider. Are you using AOL as your ISP for connecting to the internet?
Unless AOL is used as your ISP, your ISP may have made recent changes regarding the use of SMTP servers that are outside of their network. Most, if not all ISPs have restrictions regarding the use of SMTP servers outside of their network on Port 25. Using Port 587 usually resolves any such restrictions but some ISPs block the use of all SMTP servers outside of their network regardless. These restriction are in place as part of an overall effort to prevent or reduce spam eminating from the ISP's domain.
Since you have switched back and forth between every option available, I suggest deleting and recreating AOL's SMTP server first (if you haven't already done so) and if this didn't work, deleting and recreating this AOL account in Mail.
If neither works and AOL is not your ISP used for connecting to the internet and you are accessing an email account and SMTP server provided by your ISP, try selecting/using your ISP's SMTP server to send mail with your AOL account.
If this works, I would contact your ISP's technical support to inquire about any recent changes implemented regarding the use of SMTP servers outside of their network or put in another way, using an SMTP server that is not provided by your ISP.
The last resort is targeting the Mail.app preference file which stores all account information and general Mail.app preferences.
I try to avoid saying never in regards to computers but I doubt your hard drive replacement has anything to do with this.

Did you debug and check this function module 'SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1' ?
As you said its giving you a sy-subrc = 2, did you check at what stage it is giving you an error ?
Also, Commit work = 'X' has nothing to do with this as you are getting an error of Sy-subrc = 2.
Also, while debugging are you getting the email address fetched from database table ? If no, then the sender's email has not been maintained. You will have to maintain the sender's email in the user details in SU02 under Address tab.
I would recommend you to go for BCS to send emails wherein you specify the sender email address directly in the program rather than adding email address in every user's logon details.

Cannot send e-mail - "The sender address invalid" error message

Today I keep getting this error message "The sender address is invalid - when i try to send e-mail. I checked my settings and they are the same as always - my e-mail address hasn't changed; the outgoing and incoming server information is the same. I went through the Troubleshooting steps and still nothing. Also it's taking a really long time to connect to check for incoming e-mails. Any clues on why this is happening or what I should try next? The e-mail is via Roadrunner does that matter (althoug it didn't a couple of days ago)

This message means that your outgoing email server is not letting you connect to send email. Maybe RR changed their policy. You should be able to send using home WiFi, but when using 3G RR will not allow connections from outside their network.
One easy way around this, is to use the built-in AT&T SMTP server for outgoing email.
Or, check the RR FAQs and see if they allow an authenticated account to send email - maybe you just need to add SSL and username/pwd on the RR outgoing email server settings.
BTW - this is asked almost daily - the "Search Discussions" box to your right would have given you many hits with the same answer.

Cannot send imap mail - a workaround!!

Hi - a number of us have been having problems sending mail on imap servers because the password will not stick or save in iPhone. Here is a workaround that worked for me (found it while I was on hold with Applecare for 80 minutes).
Try to send a mail. Will not go out but will sit in your outbox. While it sits in your outbox go into your mail settings and enter your password where it says "optional". Now wait at that screen until mail tries to send your email again. And wait. And wait. You'll know when it has been sent out because you should hear the sent mail sound. Voila, the password now appears to be saved for good. I tried this twice and it worked both times.
Seems ridiculous to have to got through all of this, but... perils of early adoption. Hope it works for you all.

What brand/model USB drive? Is it bus or AC powered?

First Quit Mail, then I'd backup these two Mail folders, by right clicking on them in the Finder, then choose Archive/Compress.
Users/YourUserName/Library/Mail
Users/YourUserName/Library/Mail Downloads
(Could be a different folder here if you chose such in Mail Prefs)
Right click on that Mail folder, choose archive, you'll get everything in the folder, and the folder itself in a file called Mail.zip, move it to a safe place, same for the Mail Downloads folder... only the plist is separate.
/Users/YourUserName/Library/Preferences/com.apple.mail.plist

When you try to send e-mail from iphone to you get an error message?
What is the message?
Do you have a connection to the internet (edge, 3g, wi-fi)?
