Trying restore my phone after the update and it's asking for a backup file password that I don't know. Please help!
After installing the latest update from apple my iPhone 4 will not complete the restore process with out a backup password. I don't recall ever setting up a backup password and there is no help button if you can't find the password. Apparently I'll loose all my data and have to set the phone up as a new phone. This is very frustrating.

No. We don't know the passwords to the accounts on your Mac. If you are not the administrator then ask whoever is for the password.

I downloaded the ios 7.0.2 update and it's asking for a passcode. I have tried my 2 passcodes, 0000, 1234, and it's locked up. I have never used a different passcode. HELP!!!
Not sure if this applies to your region, but in Australia the SIM password is often written on the "credit card" sized plastic card that the SIM was provided to you with the phone by the telco. Do you still have this? It could be in the iPhone box?

I've downloaded iTunes 12.0.1.26 3 times after the update and it still doesn't work! Every time i start it up it comes up not responding, why is this happening? how can it be fixed? I currently cannot use iTunes!!!!!!

The App Store version sometimes gives problems. As you can't install 10.8.4 from the App Store, download and install the Combo edition > http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1659?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US This edition will work and will update OS X to the most recent version, in that case, 10.8.4

There was add one and i lost it after the update and i don't remember it's name

It's possible that the extension or userscript simply doesn't work correctly in Firefox 22 due to a change in Firefox. If you look at the add-on pages, often the reviews will mention whether the add-on is broken in a new release. -
Recently I logout from App Store and immediately I logged into the App Store .After that I clicked the FaceTime and it is asking for signin.so I entered the credentials and clicked on signin .at that moment I got one pop up like rupees 5/- deducted from your carrier account
from that moment onwards its keep on deducting the amount from mobile money account.its nothing but when I am enable the feature like FaceTime and imessage you are keep on deducting the amount from the carrier account
actually I can use the FaceTime and iMessage through internet right
then how can you deduct the amount from carrier even if the Internet is on in my mobile
can you please resolve this issue asap

I have bought an iMAC second hand but when updates to purchased (not by me) Apps I cannot download the updates as it is asking for the original owners password. How can I amend this or could I delete the Apps and download new ones in place under my email

Could you please let me know if you are using subscription or bought Acrobat as a one-time purchase.
If its a subscription, then all you need is to sign in at adobe.com using your Adobe credentials and download the software.

If the phone was previously owned and is locked to that owner's Apple ID the ONLY way you can activate it is to get that person to release Activation Lock. This is an antitheft feature of the phone; stolen phones are useless.
If you purchased the phone new you created the Apple ID, and will have to remember it. If it is only the password you have forgotten go to https://iforgot.apple.com
