Trying to burn an album and PE won't do it

It keeps going in a search mode looking for lost or misplaced files. What can I do to get around this problem?

You will either need to reconnect the missing files or delete them from the album.

Trying to burn an album to DVD in PSE10

Right clicked on an album for "Export to DVD" and a little preview window opened & downloaded 360 images for 10-12 minutes, it closed, then I put a DVD in the tray & the program automatically started to burn to it for about 10 seconds. I checked the DVD and it only had nine images.
Tried the whole process again and got 7 images on this DVD. Why won't all 360 images in the album burn to the DVD [when they apparently all download to the "Preview" window?]

Just wondering…with PSE7 when I would open a burned DVD the images come
right up. With PSE10 I get 6 files, most of which are full of data; and
when I open the Root folder/file, then the index file and then I have to
open three more files to get to the images. Why is PSE10 so much more
complicated to get to the pictures?

If you didn't establish a rescue email address, you will need to call applecare support. Ask for account security to reset your security questions. After the advisor is able to verify your identity, they can reset your security questions.

You do not merge libraries.
iDevices sync to one and only one computer.
If you want a single library, you manually move the content from one library to another... all content will still be associated with the Apple ID it was acquired with.

iDVD can only use your startup hard disk for the "scratch space" it needs for calculations during the encoding process. 25 GB is a good average requirement, but a large project (3 or 4 hours of content) might require more.
To free up space, you will have to move items to an external hard drive and/or delete items you no longer want.
Please note that iDVD can't use and external hard drive for this "scratch space".

Turn it off by holding home+ power button untill the screen goes black ( as soon as it goes black, release the buttons).. This might take some practice , so dont worry if on the first try your phone reboots and goes to itunes screen again.
Now, with your phone powered off, enter DFU mode:
Method 1)
Attach the phone to the pc
Turn the phone off
Hold power and home together for *exactly* 10 seconds
Release power but keep holding home until the pc beeps as a USB device is recognized.
Whilist in dfu mode, itunes will recognize the device and it will ask you if you wish to restore it. Simply click restore, and the restoring proces will begin.
This will hopefully fix your iphone.

My main hard drive only has a few hundred Mb left on it so i bought a 1 Tb external hard drive and want to know how to make iDVD use the space on the external hard drive instead trying to use the main hard drive. Yes - This is important.
Free Space - Must be on the Start-Up (Mac OS) hard disk and can not be used on any other.
My safe level is a minimum of 25Gb free space - to let iDVD and Mac OS run OK.
This is due to that Mac OS X is in reality UNIX and there by needs lot's of temporary space for temp. files and so does the application iDVD. And this can not be addressed elsewhere.
So to free up space - one thing is to move iMovie Events to an external hard disk BUT THIS MUST BE DONE Right Else all can be lost ! !
• Never move or adjust any folders Named - iMovie Events or iMovie Projects - on Desktop/Finder - links will breake and can be hard to impossibly to heal. ALL movings must be done within iMovie Application (it goes for iMovie'08 to 11)
• External Hard Disk - MUST BE - Mac OS Extended (hfs) formatted - UNIX/DOS/FAT32/Mac OS Exchange will NOT WORK FOR VIDEO - nearly everything else BUT NOT VIDEO.

Trying to burn a CD and it now won't eject

Hi, I've seen others on the forum have had problems ejecting CDs. I was trying to burn a CD from iTunes and about half way through the burn it stalled out (stuck on burning one song). I tried to just stop and eject it, but no dice. The CD doesn't show up on iTunes or on a new Finder window or the desktop. I've tried all the suggestions others have made on here (holding down trackpad button on restart, holding down commandfunction+of and typing in "eject CD", etc) but none have worked. Everytime I restart it I can hear the CD in the drive, but again, the computer isn't recognizing that it's in there. Am I stuck with it in there or can I get it out? the one thing I haven't tried is resetting the PMU, which made me too nervous to do since I didn't want to jack up my computer. Any other suggestions out there?

Keith nailed the title explanation, iTunes sends some information to a database which checks "fingerprints" of your song against what it has on record. Once you can mount your disc, you can send the information about your specific album to gracenote through iTunes (it's likely under the Advanced menu, but look around for the option to submit info).
as for your CDs not working, its possible you got a bad run of discs, it does happen ocasionally. if you can get another batch (and especially brand) of CD to try you may find that that one works.

Trying to install Photoshop CS4 and it won't accept my CS4 licenses.

I had the HD crash on my pc and I'm trying to reinstall Photoshop CS4. I log into my Adobe account and retrieve the licenses key and when I input that into the Photoshop CS4 installer I downloaded right from Adobe it says the key is wrong. I have checked the licenses several times and it won't install where do I go from here?

I got it there was something weird with the installer I copied to my thumb drive I re-copied the download and it works fine now.

• program You used
• material You feed it with - Video Codecs
So You need to tell so much more.
Else
If there is no iDVD on Your Mac (and it's not on newer Macs as Apple discarded it) then You need a program that can do this.
Your Mac can burn CDs and DVDs - BUT DVD as Data-DVDs not as Video-DVDs - they need a program to be encoded and STRUCTURED as such.
• iDVD is part of the boxed version of iLife'11 and can only be bought outside Apple as on Amazon and e-bay
• DVD Studio pro - Part of FinalCut Studio Pro bundle - this to has expired and can only be bought second handed. (High price and tough learning Curve - but best ever done.)
• Roxio Toast™ - Not as elegant as iDVD - but has many other positive additions (I like it as 10-Pro incl BD-component) (now version 11)
• Burn - only free alternative I know of on internet. Very simple - Just for doing a plain Video-DVD

• FinalCut Pro-X which also can burn to DVD but without any nice themes.

Could you post your diagnostics for us please?
In iTunes, go "Help > Run Diagnostics". Uncheck the boxes other than DVD/CD tests, as per the following screenshot:
... and click "Next".
When you get through to the final screen:
... click the "Copy to Clipboard" button and paste the diagnostics into a reply here.
