Trying to change email on BB ID

I was trying to change the email on my BB ID as I noticed it was incorrect.  I was trying to do this so I could change my password because I forgot my password.  Now I can't do anything.  I can't connect to the internet or anything so I think I really messed something up can someone please help me?

    My email acct that is also my apple ID is no longer a valid acct.  I have tried to change my email in the "Manage email/apple ID" but it will not accept my current gmail.com address.  Any suggestions?  I hope if someone has any suggestions that I'll be able to access them, since the email with Apple is no longer valid.  As an example, I no longer receive email receipts from iTunes because the email associated with my ID is no longer working.  Please help with this dilemma.

  • 'Blank user name' error when trying to change email password

    My password on our mail server changed, when I tried to change the password on my Storm 9500 I get 'Blank user name' error when trying to change, but I have typed in a user name!!!!
    BLOODY frustrating because now I am not receiving any mails at all, so my business out of the office has come to a standstill!!!!

  • Trying to change email address

    I have had an Officejet 6500A Plus for over a year.  Set up the assigned email address, never used it.
    HP sent me an email reminding me about the service, tried it, like it, hated the email address, came to the site to find out how to change it, 3 hours later I have still not be able to change it.
    When I log on to HP connected it says 
    It looks like you haven't added any devices to your HP Connected account. 
    So I click on the add a device button, and it says: 
    Do you know which Printer you want to add? Yes, I have a claim code.
    So, from the forum I know that that code is the first part of the email address, so I put that into the box and click, and this is the message that I get: The printer is already claimed. In order to claim this printer, its previous ownership must be deleted. (there is no instructions anywhere how to delete previous owner)
    Does anyone have any idea how to proceed from here?  I thought that this would be a simple thing to do, but I honestly I have spent hours trying to do this.  I would prefer not to reset the printer to factory settings, but if there is not other choice then.... There must be something that I am missing or a majic trick.  Someone else tried to help me out at 3:00 a.m., thank-you for your help, but I still do not have this solved.

    I would advise removing web services from the Officejet 6500a Plus, then add it back.  This will print off a new Claim Code and allow you to add this printer to the HPConnected account.  This will require you to set up a new customized email as the old info will be locked for a period of 6 months.  This will be the simplest means of getting this printer setup with the HPC service in your situation.
    To remove Web Services:
    Press the right arrow while on the Home Screen of the 6500a Plus
    Select the Setup menu
    Select the Web Services menu
    Select to Disable web services
    After this has been performed I would advise power cycling the printer.  Once the unit is back up, then I would try re-enabling Web Services to get a new Claim Code.
    Let me know how this goes,

  • Trying to change email but it wont let me because ...

    i want to try and change the primary email address being an other email as i dont use that one much but when i want to save it is asks for password and i know my password but it wont work.
    is it the password used to log in?
    because i tried several times even changed password afterwards and it still didnt work.
    please help me!

    The only way to clean out the remaining balance is to contact iTunes Customer Service:  http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/
    Once the balance is zeroed out, you will be able to switch country.

  • Incorrect password when trying to change email add...

    I have an account that I login with my facebook details and I am trying to update my primary email address in my skype profile.  When I try to save it I am prompted for a password and it won't accept my password that I know without a doubt is correct.  Is there some sort of problem because how I am logged in or how do I go about rectifying this situation.  Its puzzling how I can login just fine yet when I try to change my settings my password all of a sudden doesn't work.

    Same problem here, only I initially signed up with my Microsoft Account, so it has my @Outlook.com email address listed. When I try to change my email address, or add my mobile phone it asks for a password, which I assume is the password to my Microsoft Account - but it says it is invalid. I even found another area in the Skype settings where I could change my password, but when I go there it just refers me to the Microsoft Account management - further suggesting that it wants that password, which I know I am entering correctly. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  • Trying to change email address of printer but don't have a change button anywhere

    I have just bought and installed an officejet 8600 and have set up on eprintcenter. It allocated me an email address for the printer which I would like to change to something I can remember. Have looked online and have seen that I need to click on the change button next to either my name, email address or printer but wherever I look there is no change button. Please can you help.

    Hello nads.
    To change the e-mail address of the printer, you'll need to disable web services on the printer's control panel. Then enable web services again and follow the process.

    I'm trying to change email address on my Apple ID since the email registered for the account has been hacked and I can't access it anymore. The email I want to change to is connected to another Apple ID I created about 4 years ago, though I successfully changed the email on that account as well. So the email I would like to use for my main Apple ID shouldn't be "locked" anymore.
    Though, when trying to change the email on my Apple ID I get an error message (in Swedish, so this is a direct translate from google): "This e-mail address is your email address for notification. It can not be used as the Apple ID or primary email. Choose a different address."
    I'm not really sure what this means or how I can fix this. The email address is connected to my Ipad and Iphone for the email app, can that have anything to do with it?
    If it makes any difference, I updated both my Ipad3 and Iphone4 to ios 7 today. I'm trying to change from my Macbook air though.
    Please advise, would really appreciate a reply ASAP.

    It means exactly what it says... The email Address is in Use. You cannot re-use it.

    What id shows in Settings > iTunes & App Store ? If it's the old one then tap on it and log out of it and then log in with the updated version

    I am trying to change the email address associated with my existing account to free up my university email address for use in obtaining Creative Cloud.  Every time I go to the account settings of my existing account (which currently uses my university email, as I set it up years ago and had no idea it'd eventually cause problems), I enter a different email to use for that account but I continuously receive an error message saying "account changes cannot be saved."  It makes me think that it's because the email isn't verified (funny, it actually is verified since it has been the alternate email on the old account for years), but when I click the "send verification email" nothing happens (that is, no email is sent to that other email address).
    Anyway, my university is now requiring that faculty create new accounts using our university email addresses in order to register/use Creative Cloud.  Am I able to delete my old account, or can anyone help me actually change the email address associated with my old account without getting a "changes can't be saved" error?

  • HT1311 I have two Apple IDs, one with all my purchases and info on it. The one with everything on it is under a bad email address. When I tried to change it to my current email, it tells me I already have an account. How do I fix this?

    I had an old iPod under an old Apple ID  which was stolen. I replaced it with an iPhone and apparently created a new Id under my current email address. When i went to sync the phone to my comuter (several months later), I accidentally restored the phone to my old iPod settings and lost everything.  I then continued to make purchases on the phone but didn't realize that it had reverted back to my old Apple ID. This is under an old email that I no longer have access to. When I tried to change the Apple ID/email address in the account settings, it won't let me because it says that there is already an Apple ID under this address. However, all my information (settings, contacts, photos, aps) are under an incorrect email. How can I change the account I have been using to reflect my valid current email address if there is already an existing account (which I never really used) under this address? Please, I don't want to lose all my info again.

    Change the email on the old account to another new, current email address.
    An email address can only be linked to one Apple ID.
    It is possible to have content from multiple Apple ID's on a single iDevice.

    You will have to delete your rescue email address first, then go back and change your primary.

    Navigate to My Apple ID using your web browser.
    Click "Manage your account"
    When prompted, sign in using your Apple ID and password.
    Click Password & Security
    You'll be asked to answer 2 of your 3 security questions before you can make any modifications. If you are unable to remember your answers, you can choose to send an email to your rescue email to reset your security questions.
    Note: The option to send an email to reset your security questions and answers will not be available if a rescue email address is not provided. You will need to contact iTunes Store support in order to do so.
