Trying to change the songs from Ipod to my PC

i have a problem trying to put song from my ipod to my PC and well is a little complicated because, it says that i actually have to restore it, and if i restore it all my music will be lost. But i don't want it to be lost. I want to buy a new ipod to change the music from my old ipod to this new ipod. Could you please answer as soon as possible. Thank You.

I downloaded several cds to my external hard drive in .mp3 format. Later, I copied them to iTunes. The songs only play when the external hard drive is plugged in. I tried to load the songs from iTunes to my iPhone and the songs don't play.

When adding music to iTunes, you can set it to either make a local copy of the file, or simply point to the original location of the file (for example, on an external hard drive). If it is set to do the latter, it will not be able to play or transfer those files when the external hard drive is not plugged in. You may find the following article helpful:

Hello, i'm trying to change the country of my apple account to get in to the istore online from my country and the system doesn't allow me to. It says that i have to buy something for $0.43 that i have on my account but i've never buy or anything b4.help!
I don0t know how but when i entered the first time to Apple ID, i've already had an account... and i've never created one!
Just was created with my same hotmail account and i am using it since then..... (4 or 3 years ago).
This account is from US.
But each time that i try to change to a peruvian account to enter itunes.... and maybe get a purchaise... it says that i am not allowed!!!
And i want to cancel the money i have in the "ghost account" that i've never purchaise... and set a new one with $0.00 !!! to start to used it....!!!!

I am trying to transfer songs from my iPod touch to my computer and can not figure out how to do it. I also want to transfer the songs I have back in to iTunes. My hard drive went out on my computer and I lost all of my songs, except for on my iPod. I have an iPhone as well and did an update and it wiped out all of my songs. Someone please help me.

The music sync is one way - computer to ipod. The only exception is itunes purchases. Without syncing: File>Transfer Purchases
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your comptuer for just such an occasion. use your backup copy to put everything back.

I guess your changes did not get saved into the config.xml yet, because you have already a similar entry in config.xml file for it.
There is xml created under pending dir, everytime we try to create a DS
but it never completes and never gets saved (You will see in top left corner of weblogic console saying changes are pending something like that)
1) So, copy the DS xmls for each new DS created temporarily under jdbc dir to a temp directory
2) Now, click on the undo changes in the top left corner of your weblogic console
3) Place the DS xml file in its correct location from temporary dirctory (you did this copy in step-1 )
4) Now, Manually enter or change the DS xml filename entry in config.xml.
5) Bounce the weblogic managed servers and admin server, It will work

Trying to put songs from ipod into pc's itunes library

hi all,
im trying to put the songs from my ipod onto my computer at work...a pc is this even possible? the computer has itunes on it, i log into my itunes account, and it recognizes my ipod (shows up under the device thing). i can see all my songs including ones ive purchased from itunes, but they are all a light gray color and i cannot select and play or anything. not even the ones bought from itunes!...all while logged in and "authorizing" the computer. can someone help? the farthest i get is itunes warning me that all songs on my ipod will be replaced with whats in the computers itunes library which is nothing.

My Ipod isnt downloading the songs from itunes?

I have my ipod touch 4th gen. plugged into my laptop. I am trying to get the songs from itunes (on my laptop) to my ipod. I am clicking the song and dragging it to my ipod but thats not working. I also tried syncing my whole library of 197 songs but only 22 are going onto my ipod after the complete sync. PLEASE HELP MEE!?! My block party is in an hour and i am in charge of the music and only have 22 songs....

Move songs FROM ipod

I would like to transfer songs from my ipod to my new PC computer. By mistake, I don't have the songs stored anywhere else than on ipod...
I know I can't transfer the songs from ipod via itunes, and I can't move the mp3 files from the ipod as a HD, since I didn't put them there that way.
Can anyone recommend any third party application I can download to be able to take the files from ipod to my computer?

I have a iPod nano 5th generation and there's a song I'm trying to play, but each time I click it from artist it just shows the songs name again. And when I try to click the song from the song list it just skips. How can I fix this?

Pretty much I have a song on my iPod 5th gen nano that doesn't wanna play, its just one song every other song works. I click it and it show the thing when a song is about to play but then it instantly goes back to where you click on the song. And when I click on it in the songs list it skips immediately to the next song on the list. I have tried restoring my iPod but the song still won't work I've also tried removing the song from the library and the putting it back on iTunes but still no luck. What do you guys suggest I do?

What you have on your computer is your iTunes library, not your "account." The "account" you have for iTunes is your Apple ID, which you use when purchasing or downloading from the iTunes Store. If these songs came from music CDs that you imported into iTunes, those songs are not related to your Apple ID.

How are they not "recognized"? Are the songs still listed in your iTunes music library, but grayed out? They no longer appear in your iTunes library at all?
If you search your computer (not in iTunes) for the song files, using one of the song names, can you find the song files?
