Trying to clean China/Taiwan/Korea/Thailand Address Data

I am using data services 3.2.
We have following engines
1. Australia
2. Canada
3. EMEA
4. Japan
5. Global Address Cleanse
6. US
We get lots of input addreses in Chinese,Taiwanese,Thai,Korean native language (multibye language).
My question is , can I use Global Address Cleanse engine to clean the multibyte language (Chinese,Taiwanese,Thai,Korean) address.
If yes :what should I set as Options-> Country Id Option -> Script Code

But the reply I have got for Nokia corporate headoffice in Finland is different. They say E7 is manufactured only in Finland. On battery I am not sure but I am waiting for their second reply through fax.
In one month I have seen Nokia E7 from different countries and upon looking at them carefully I can see cheap bodies and cheap material used which obviously Nokia can't use (I think).
