Trying to download 9i for MacOSX not working
I fill out the appropriate page and accept the licence agreement. I get to the page where the 9i download for MacOSX is, but then I'm instantly redirected back to the agreement page. There is no chance to even click on the link to download the database. What's going on with this?

Can you let us know what OS and browser you are using. Can you try an alternate browser and let us know if you experience the same behavior? With win2k and ie6 or ns4.79 it seems to work fine.

Link to download libdvdcss for Handbrake not working?
Hi Everyone,
I'm trying to download the libdvdcss package so I can run the 64 bit version of Handbrake and transfer my DVDs to my iPad, however the link to download it (from Mac themselves, along with many other webpages) is not working. Download link for itunes not working on apple website
I tried to download iTunes from apple webpage. Once I click the DOWNLOAD NOW I get the message of "thank you for downloading iTunes here is this video please learn more" but actually nothing happens. I tried on a different browser but It was the same result. Not possible to sync my iDevices without this software. Suggestions please.

I am trying to download itunes to my computer, and everything seemed to be loading ok, but then when I get to the terms&conditions and I try to hit agree, nothing happens, it's as if I can not even click it, does anyone have any idea on what i can do? Thanks

just doublechecking something. is the download hanging at the initial phase of proceedings? or is this happening after the installation has actually pretty much completed?
if it's at the later stage of proceedings, are you getting a sort of "brief flash of a license screen? or is something else a little different happening?

Purchased season pass in SD. trying to download but SD button not working
purchased season pass to tv show in SD when i try to download clicking on SD button won't work
I found a way around it...
1. Go to iTunes Store
2. Click your Apple id (top left)
3. Click Account
4. Scroll all the way to the bottom click "Purchased" (it's under Features)
5. Navigate to whatever you downloaded:
if you downloaded a TV Show. Click TV Show at the top. Choose the show in the left. Then click the season and you can download it from there.
I know it shouldn't be this hard. But this is the solution I've found till apple can fix the glitch. -

Tried to update to IOS8 last night, backed up Ipad and downloaded IOS8.
It failed to update properly and ONLY gives me the option to restore the Ipad, it won't turn on I have to plug it into Itunes.
When I plug it in and go to restore it immediately prompts the following:
Then:
I click "Restore and Update"
I click next
I agree.
The download starts (weirdly its very slow) during the download I keep getting the first message. A few clicks and the box disappears and eventually the software is downloads (see below).
But it won't allow me to update / restore etc It cycles around these messages.
HELP - I have no idea what to do.

MTI have much the same problem although my Ipad 2 says its in recovery mode. I have tried to restore and update repeatedly but nothing is happening.

I think that the card reader may in fact be defective, but it just doesn't make sense if I have already used it fine before. I've tried everything on this Apple support page, thank you though.

Well the error message is in Swedish but says: The installation program database is damaged. Please contact the Adobe support (which is a hard thing to do!!). I use Windows 7 Home Premium with service pack 1.

I have no sound for games in my iPad. I have tried the reset but it does not work. The speakers work as I have sound for music and videos.
Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.) http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430
Check your settings. The iPads have a small switch on the right edge. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430 It can be used as a rotation lock to keep the screen from automatically reorienting itself as you move around, but you need to have the tablet’s settings configured properly. That same switch, right above the volume buttons, can also be set to function instead as a mute button to silence certain types of audio.
If the switch is set to work as a mute button, you can change its purpose to “screen-rotation lock” by tapping the Settings icon on the home screen. On the Settings screen, tap General on the left side, and on the right side of the screen flick down to “Use Side Switch to.” Tap to select Lock Rotation or Mute to set the button’s function. Even if you set the side switch for your preferred use, you can still mute the Mini or lock the screen. Just double-click the Home button, and when the panel of apps appears along the bottom edge of the screen, flick the row from left to right with your finger. Tap the icon on the far left side of the row to either lock the iPad’s screen or mute the iPad’s alerts, notifications and sound effects. Music, podcasts and video are not muted unless you turn the volume all the way down.

To solve some sound problems, just follow these simple steps
1. Go to Settings
2. Tap on General
3. Tap on Reset
4. Tap on Reset All Settings
What this effectively does is to reset some of your Settings to factory default. It’s not a complete removal of settings. It removes all of your preferences for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Do No Disturb, Notifications, General, Sounds, Brightness & Wallpaper and Privacy. It doesn’t affect your data. All of your email accounts will remain intact, as well as any SMS text or iMessages.

Since downloading Yosemite Flash Player not working. Have downloaded Flash Player for Mac, but still not working. Is there a fix for this? Thanks.
1. System Preferences > Flash Player > Advanced > Delete All
Press the "Delete All" button.
Install Adobe Flash Player.

Download it first.
The next step is important.
Click Safari in the menubar and select “Quit Safari”.
If it doesn’t quit, Force Quit it.
Press command + option + esc keys together at the same time. Wait.
When Force Quit window appears, select the application if not already.
Press Force Quit button at the bottom of the window. Wait.
Application will quit.
Follow the prompts and install it.
Restart computer. Relaunch Safari.

Safari > Preferences > Security
Internet Plug-ins > "Allow plug-ins"

What to do now when my iPad won't turn on after I turn it off. It shows only the apple logo. I am sure it has above 70% charge as when I sync my iPad it shows necessary detail in iTunes. I have tried, HOME & POWER button, but did not work.
First try a Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
