Trying to download an app but keep getting asked to accept new terms even though I just accepted them and won't stop

Rather than a "bug" - it appears to be some bizarre issue with the Apple servers that has been going on for a few days now. Users have had a few different issues with the App Store and a couple of them seem to have been fixed, but now this issue has cropped in the last couple of days.
No matter what we call this - it is not a necessary procedure, it's just fluke thing that needs to be addressed by Apple. This is not normal protocol for downloading apps from the App Store.

I'm using a MacBook Pro and I was able to download all of them before easily but this message has only happened when I did a factory reset. After that I'm getting this problem? What happened?All you can do is notify the site administrator of the problem.

Windows 8.1 trying to download Adobe Reader but keep getting error 1406. Help!
I am trying to download adobe reader and the only one I am able to install is the adobe reader touch app... please help!
Is there anything else beside the number 1406?

I don't have anything else open except the download , but it says "the following applications are using files that need updated by this set-up. then it show's adobe reader 8.1 in the box! I checked task manager, there is nothing running. It won't let me preceed. it keeps saying close that application. Where is it running to close it?
Restart your computer, then try the install again.
If that does not resolve your problem, tell us your operating system. -
I have uninstall it and then reinstall it, but it could not work. I have done everything as described in:http://forums.adobe.com/thread/928315 but still unsuccessful.
My system is window 7 with 32-bit.

Note : Adobe Flash Player 11.9.900.117 is the latest version.
Download and run Flash Player uninstaller
Note : Make sure you have closed all the browsers window while running uninstaller.
Now you may download Latest version of Adobe Flash Player from here : Adobe Flash Player

How do I switch from the us store to the canadian store to enable updates on apps - please and thx
Follow this procedure:
1. Go to Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID.
2. Tap your Apple ID.
3. Tap View Apple ID.
4. Enter your password.
5. Go to Country/Region in the popup window to change to the desired store.

I am trying to update my apps but keep getting a popup that says "Your Account is not valid for use in the US store. you must switch to the Canadian Store before purchasing." I can not find where to do this! Please help! Thank you!

We do have a place in the UK which we could use as an address, but for various reasons it gets a bit complex even though we still have a UK bank account. We moved to France when there were no iDevices and apps around, just bought the occasional music, so it wasn't a problem. Funny thing is I can't even download the free UK bank app because it's not available in the French store .
I'll live with the problem for now as we plan to move back to the UK in a year or so - we miss the weather . -

Try this - Disable your firewall and anitvirus software temporarily. Then download and install the iOS update.

I have created my apple Id.Now when i m downloading any app it is asking my credit card details.I have made multiple payments while trying to download the app.But the app is not getting downloaded,it is showing the message cannot connect to the i tune store.What should i do to download the applications.
Ok, first of all don't keep purchasing the application, and if you've purchased it multiple times, contact iTunes billing department immediately. They SHOULD only send one actual confirmation in and the rest of the "pending" charges will drop off (how long that takes is up to your credit card company, not iTunes), but you should be sure.
Second, sometimes when they are uploading a lot of new stuff at certain times it can cause the store to screw up, or any number of other reasons could be a factor why you can't connect to the iTunes store, be it on their end or on your end even. Wait a little bit and try again via "Check for available downloads" or via your "Purchased" option on the iTunes store main page.
IF the app you purchased isn't there and you are sure your credit card was charged, then you will need to contact iTunes to find out why you can't download the app. -
In trying to download itunes 11, I keep getting the message, verfiy that you have access to parental advisory. When I click yes it continually re tries but doesn`t load. Any ideas ???

Previous versions of iTunes on Win XP machine ran fine. I have uninstalled, rebooted, and tried a new install but still get the same error. I can access the directory via Windows Explorer so not sure why the error says it can't access the directory.

Maybe you are doing nothing wrong and the problem is with the disk.
Use SuperDuper or CarbonCopy Cloner
to clone your system to an external drive.
Then boot from your DVD go to Disk Utility and choose your entire drive > top icon in DIsk Utility.
Go to Erase tab. Choose format: Mac OS Extended (Journaled). Click on erase. Now, install Lion and when you get to setup assistant choose to migrate from your external drive.
This is slightly different than baltwo described and slighly longer but if there is any corruption on your disk a more through way to go, IMO.
What baltwo is saying is to clone your volume over to an external hard drive with CCC reformat and clone it back. This will defragment the files and make them all contiguous but will not address any directory problems.
Your choice. You can do it one way, then the other if it doesn't work out for you. -
Want to get a free app but keep getting this response ' we could not complete your itune store request an unknown error occured (-9808)'?
I've done a search on here and haven't found any solutions posted for it for windows computers. You could try posting in the iTunes For Windows forum and see if you get any suggestions in there (are you able to download other items from the store e.g. a free app ?) - I use a Mac, the only things that I could think of to suggest trying is see if you get the same error on a different iTunes library :
creating and/or opening a different iTunes library : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1589
or using a different user account on your computer in case it's a problem with that user account.
But you may want to try the iTunes For Windows forum first, apart from anything else you are likely to get better help for the above
