Trying to downLoad CS4 trial to sort problems but cant even get THAT working! Help please?

I STILL cannot get DW 8 to work correctly, and after exhausting every other avenue, I though I would try to down load the CS4 trial! I have followed all the instruction but I cant even get that to down load correctly!!
Here is the problem...
I have waited for both the exe and 7z files to fully down load but when I double click the exe file (as per instructions) I get this message
I then fiddled with it a bit more.. not quite sure what I did, have have down loaded it again! I got a message that windows didnt know which programe had created it ... etc... not knowing what to do I navigated to DW 8... and NOW i get this message...
ANY help very much needed and welcomed!

Well, "Access denied". You either have a permissions problem, your temporary directories are full or the drive is in an unhealthy state otherwise. Log in as administrator, run CCleaner, defragment the drive, check the directory privileges for your other user...

I tried to download a trial version of Pro, but the installer indicated that "it detected a more fully featured version of the product" - presumably my standard version? - and stopped installation. It is not clear to me what my options are for either upgrading to Pro, or selectively purchasing the "compare documents" plugin (if possible). I am using what is presumably an Enterprise version of acrobat (i.e. my employer owns it, not me) - so not sure what limitations that results in. I think this is a simple question, but would be grateful for advice.

- You can't install Acrobat Pro alongside Acrobat Standard. You will need to remove Standard to be able to install Pro.
- You (probably) can't upgrade your license if it's a part of an enterprise license. The entire license will need to be upgraded.
- It's not possible to install just the "Compare Documents" function as a sort of add-on to Acrobat Standard.

Trying to download the Trial of Acrobat DC but when I get to the page that says "when your download is complete, you will be able to start using Acrobat" nothing happens. The download never starts.

if you have a problem starting the download, you didn't follow all 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.
the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).
failure to obtain that cookie results in an error page being displayed after clicking a link on prodesigntools.com or initiates the download of an incorrect (eg, current) version.

Try closing iTunes and reset your iPad. After the iPad starts up, try the download again.
To close an app, drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the iTunes app then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

That's because you can't change your iCloud email address.
You can change the AppleID address associated with your iCloud account at http://appleid.apple.com/
Or you can setup a new email alias to your existing iCloud address: http://help.apple.com/icloud/#/mm6b1a490a
But you cannot change the primary email address for an existing iCloud account. If you want a completely new iCloud email address you need to create a new iCloud account using a different AppleID.

Trying to download a trial of Photoshop Elements but can't download Air

My husband has suggested getting a better photo editing software and I saw Photoshop Elements and thought about buying it. I see that you are able to download a trial version but I don't have AIR. When I go to download it it just keeps opening up windows to agree with the download. YEAH It is very frustrating.

and install your trial using the desktop app.

In trying to download a trial version of Elements 13 I am getting the message "Download to Applications folder may fail due to restrictive access privileges. Please select another folder." I have selected other folders but I am receiving the same message.

It seems like a permission issue on your machine.
Please try to repair permissions using Disk Utility and then try to download the software.
Repair disk permissions by running Disk Utility | Mac OS X
Also try to download Photoshop Elements through the link below. Please go through 'Very Important Instructions' section.
