I just bought a new computer, I am trying to download CS5 extended onto my new computer. I bought it before the online subscription phase.

Install then enter your serial number.

I subscribe to iTunes Match. I am trying to download my library onto a new computer from the cloud.
I'm now getting a message saying there are no songs stored in my cloud. How can I recover my music and get it downloaded on to my new Windows laptop?
I logged into my account, then I synced all my songs onto the library using my iPod. All my songs are on there except the ones from CD's.

You had better check with your IT dept. before installing. It could get you fired. If there is any sort of network security on your work computer you probably won't be able to install anything as you don't have admin rights.

We are all itunes users just like you.
If you are transferring from Mac to Mac, then copy the entire itunes folder.
You can also type :" move itunes library" into the google search bar for directions.
Since you do not mention exactly what you have tried and what happened, it is difficult to offer much more. -

I downloaded itunes onto my new computer, i connected my iphone during the updating process itunes failed and i lost all my purchased music from my iphone and can no longer retrieve them. I would like to know how i can reinstate the lost music please.
When you are done with this issue, consider the computer back at the office may still
have access to your iTunes account, and it should be de-auhorized. You can do that
remotely, but be sure you carefully do not mess up your other computer iTunes libraries.

Make sure you are downloading the same product you already have. If you continue to have problems contact Adobe support thru chat (when they open).
