Trying to download Edge Reflow but it doesn't work

Hi,
I'm not a CC subscriber, but I want to try Edge Reflow and clicked on the big blue Download button (https://creative.adobe.com/products/reflow?promoid=KFKMR). It popped open a dialog and immediately just crashed (then the standard Apple crash dialog opens asking me if I want to send in a crash report). It's been doing this since 3pm this afternoon when I first tried. It's 10:30pm PST now. Any help would be appreciated.
I'm using a retina MacBookPro, 10.9.2. Tried downloading from both Chrome (Version 34.0.1847.116) and FireFox (28.0).

Nickname338866 did you recently upgrade your MacBook Pro or transfer files from another computer?  Based off your screen shot it appears you are using an older version of the Adobe Application Manager utilized for Mac OS 10.6.8 computers.
I would recommend you complete the following steps to reinstall Edge Reflow:
Run all available Adobe uninstallers located in the Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers folder
Using Safari or FireFox please go to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
Download and install the Creative Cloud Desktop application
Reinstall Edge Reflow through the Creative Cloud Desktop application by following the steps listed in Install and update apps - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html.
Finally in regard to error you received in Chrome please see Error referring to aam protocol when you click download button | CC - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-download-button-gives-aam.html.  I would recommend you work on resolving the error in Chrome separately as you can utilize a different web browser to install Edge Reflow and the Creative Cloud Desktop application.

    How did you rebuild?
    Try these in order - from best option on down...
    1. Do you have an up-to-date back up? If so, try copy the library6.iphoto file from the back up to the iPhoto Library allowing it to overwrite the damaged file.
    2. Download <a href="http://www.fatcatsoftware.com/iplm/"><b><u>iPhoto Library Manager</b></u></a> and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
    Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.
    3. If neither of these work then you'll need to create and populate a new library.
    To create and populate a new *iPhoto 6* library:
    Note this will give you a working library with the same Rolls and pictures as before, however, you will lose your albums, keywords, modified versions, books, calendars etc.
    Move the iPhoto Library to the desktop
    Launch iPhoto. It will ask if you wish to create a new Library. Say Yes.
    Go into the iPhoto Library on your desktop and find the Originals folder. From the Originals folder drag the individual Roll Folders to the iPhoto Window and it will recreate them in the new library.
    When you're sure all is well you can delete the iPhoto Library on your desktop.
    In the future, in addition to your usual back up routine, you might like to make a copy of the library6.iPhoto file whenever you have made changes to the library as protection against database corruption.

    ID on the Mac can produce reports that may (or may not) prove helpful in diagnosing the problem. I suspect this is something not directly related to InDesign, and maybe not to any of the Adobe apps directly since you seem to be having a problem in more than one. That often inidcates a problem at the system level.
    Nevertheless, it won't hurt to try to gather the reports. You'll find driections for how to generate them, and to post them on Pastebin.com (then put a link to them here) so we can see what's going on at Adobe Forums: InDesign CS5.5 Not Responding
    Do you happen to run a font manager? If so, which one, and waht version?

    1.If internet is fine then this might be becase of Creative cloud files, please try the steps metioned in http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/unknown-server-error-launchin g-cc.html and see if it works.
    2.Please navigate to ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db and trash it. Try to launch CC desktop and sign in with your Adobe Id (http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/access-hidden-user-library-f iles.html) .
    {Note for step 2: The file is in the user Library, not the Applications folder. To see the hidden user Library (not the system Library) in the Finder click on the Gomenu item and then hold down the Alt / Option key. You will see Library appear between Home and Computer. Click onLibrary and then navigate toApplication Support > Adobe > OOBE.
    Alternatively open the Terminal and paste in the following and then press the Enter / Return key:
    rm ~/Library/Application\ Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db, This will also delete the file}

    *If Firefox will start in Safe Mode, select the option you are presented with to disable your add-ons and plug-ins and restart Firefox normally. You likely have a plug-in, add-on, or a combination of two or more that is causing the problem.   • Tried installing new Flash Player but it doesn't work.

    I went to view a video online and it said i needed an new version of Flash player so i clicked on the link and i downloaded the newest version.  I unistalled all of my old Adobe versions first.  It said installation complete but now EVERYTHING that used Flash before (Pandora, You Tube, Hulu, etc) doesn't work.  I keep trying to uninstall and re-install but nothing changes.  My adobe reader works, but not Adobe Flash. HELP!!

    Hi, You didn't say what operating system or browser(s) you are using. If you are using IE, go to your manage add ons
    and look for Shockwave Flash Object..and see if Flash10e.ocx is listed with it and it is Enabled. If you use FF, find the plug-in SWF and it is 10.0.45.2 and enabled.
    You can also check your Flash files to see if all of the old FP was removed and the new was installed.

    and select manage account, verify that your payment details are appropriate.
    But that may not correct what the problem actually is and since the only option they present to you is to contact them, that is quite possibly the only option that will work.

    Brilliant! That worked like a charm.
    I created a new User Account on one of my Macs and logged into it. I connected my iPhone to its iTunes and checked my iPhone's Sync Contacts option in iTunes. Since that account's address book was basically empty (two dummy contacts, one for Apple and one for this new user), I ended up with only those two Contacts on the phone. Then, going back to my real User account (which does not have syncing turned on in iTunes) the phone synced nicely with the MobileMe account and populated the phone with all the MobileMe contacts and groups.
