Trying to download falling snow effect for iMovie...

I wonder if someone can help me?
I'm trying to create a falling snow effect on a short movie I am creating. I have found a couple of websites that have an option to download this effect, but everytime I do it, it downloads this:

...I've not copied the whole thing because it is SO long!
This is one of the websites I've tried downloading from: http://www.imovieplugins.com/fxhome.html
I've searched the internet trying to find another download, or at least some help, but can't seem to find much that is of any use.
Really hope someone can help!

It's definitely advised to have a backup, but that is not normally a reason why a download does not work.
So, can you try to post the exact message you got please. And, please post the exact steps you took to get where this happened.
Please do not use all caps - it is very difficult to read and considered shouting on the internet.
