Trying to download i tune 11.5, keeps giving error messages. How will i download it?

Trying to download I tunes 11.5. Keeps giving error messages. How will I solve it?

How are you trying to download it, and what's the error message that you are getting ?
You should be able to download it on your computer from : http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
If that's not working then have you tried clearing the browser's cache/history, rebooting your computer, and/or tried a different browser ?

  • Trying to uninstall itunes, keeps giving error message.

I'm trying to uninstall itunes and I get an error message saying "The feature you are trying to use is on a network that is unavailable." I want to completely get rid of iTunes. Will someone help me please?

    (1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):
    http://majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=4459
    (2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (If you're on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 system and you get a Code 800A0046 error message when doubleclicking the msicuu2.exe file, try instead right-clicking on the msicuu2.exe file and selecting "Run as administrator".)
    (3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
    (4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
    (5) Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time?

    Hi sdh138,
It can take a few hours for your order to process fully, and I do see that your subscription is still "pending" in our order management system. If you're still unable to access the service in a few hours, please let us know.

  • When trying to enter 3 security answers I keep getting error message about my year of birth

When trying to buy some music I'm presented with a Security Info screen to select 3 questions and answers. When I finish and press enter, I get an error message "Your year of birth must be between 1880 and 2010" when none of the questions or answers relate to my age or birth. I can't get past this to complete the purchase. Any suggestions?

All you need to do is restore the iphone in itunes as new
and then set up as new
    after this is done
then you can restore from itunes back up with out any error!!

  • ITunes update keeps giving error message about internet connection

I just downloaded the most recent update to itunes and now I cannot acces the itunes store and get the error message that to check my internet connection.  I am connected to the internet. I already uninstalled and reinstalled the program.  Any ideas of what I can do?

    Hi teetertody,
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it sounds like iTunes does not access the store. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.

  • I'm trying to install i-tunes but i get an error message that reads, an error occurred during the installation of assembly microsoft VC80.CRT type = win32 version = 8.0.50727

Can someone help me install itunes? i keep getting an error message

These ones are typically caused by underlying problems on the PC that also often cause Windows Updates to fail to install. If we can fix the Windows Update trouble, we can usually get the iTunes trouble cleaned up en passant.
Go into your Windows update and try to check for new updates. If updates install, stock up on the ones you're behind on, restarting the PC if requested to do so. After the restart, try installing iTunes again. Does it go through this time for you?
If windows updates fail to install, go into your Update History and doubleclick the failures. What alphanumeric codes appear for you? (For example, 8007000B.)

  • Just tried to install I-tunes an got the following error message

"There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. Aprogram run as part of the set-up did not finish as expected. Contact your support personel or the vendor...

Anyone out there who can help. Have applied the latest MS patches to my Windows XP Service Pack 3 but that made no difference...

Audacity > Preferences > Directories.  You will probably need to use an external drive as it sounds like you Mac's drive is getting too full???

  • Help - I am trying to dowload adobe air, but I keep getting error message #0

    Hi,
I am the administrator, I am the only account on the computer. What is happening?

For an issue like that you should either call the Apple help line or (and this is the option I use most often, and with good success) go to apples support page. There you can search for answered questions and if you dont find an answer then you can write a question and hope it gets answered. There are many people on that page that are quite good at trouble shooting and suggesting fixes. To find the support page go to apple.com and in the upper right side of the tool bar of Apples page theres the word support, the rest is easy. Good luck.

  • Tried to upgrade to iOS 5 and keep getting error message 1611.

I plug in my iPad and try to upgrade to the new iOS 5 and it restored the iPad and now I'm getting error message 1611 and it won't even let me use my iPad right now, it's stuck at the start screen with the sync cord and iTunes logo... HELP...

I had a similar problem -- but found a simple fixe here.
All I had to do was move my USB cable from a port on the side of my computer monitor to a port on the computer itself.
    Easy!
Funny thing is, the original setup worked fine when I upgraded my iPhone 4 earlier in the afternoon, and I've synched my iPad 2 using it hundreds of times.  But it wouldn't do the upgrade for the iPad.
Hopefully it will work for you too, and others that may read this thread.

  • I'm trying to open a PDF file but keep getting error message "Access denied."  Help.

Every time I try to open a PDF attached to an email I get the error message "Access denied."  How do I fix this?

Actually my son directed me to a help site run by a guy named Brian Stevenson.  Here is what I did --
    1.  Launch Adobe Acrobat Reader XI
    2. Go to Edit>Preferences
    3.  Click on Security (Enhanced)
    4. Uncheck "Enable Protected Mode at startup"
    5. Click Yes when dialog box open to remind closing of application
    6. Click OK to save
    7. Exit Adobe Reader
    Worked like a charm!!

  • ICal keeps giving error message and then crashing

When I open iCal it says "The server did not recognize your user name or password  for account “US Holidays.”  Make sure you enter them correctly." and also  "The server did not recognize your user name or password for account “[email protected]” Make sure you enter them correctly"
When I click ok it crashes the whole thing. How can I fix this sync problem??  I can't even get to the preferences to check the password.

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
    iTunes
    Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
    Bonjour
    Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.
    Please note:
Some users may need to follow all the steps in whichever of the following support documents applies to their system. These include some additional manual file and folder deletions not mentioned above.
