Trying to download Illustrator CC, it tells me to sign in, then immediately signs me out???

I just purchased the monthly Ilustrator CC subscription. I already installed it, then when I go to open it in my download files, it tells me to sign in. When I sign in, it immediately signs me out every time. Don't know what the problem is or how to fix it. I've closed and reopened and signed in about 30 times between last night and today.

Have you downloaded the Application Manager?
You may try to restart the Creative Cloud application by quitting and relaunching it.

Reports are that this is a problem with the iTunes Store that they're working on. Some people have had success after signing out of their account and back in. If that doesn't work for you, wait a few hours or perhaps until tomorrow and by then they may have the problem sorted out.

Ask and ye shall receive. This should be doable in Windows 7 and Windows 8 on another PC. I recommend using a USB Flash drive like in this tutorial, but I'm sure you could use something else.
If you want, you could also use Hiren's BootCD to make a bootable CD with many options and programs on it (I keep one, just for certain situations) that will allow you to do the same things.

I am having the same problem. When I save a document in word, particularly with track changes and comments, it freezes and crashes. I fould this forum as I was reading help posted in a previous forum and the "helping" comments were saying this must be a problem on the user end - but that can't be right as so many people are posting this problem. Its clearly an incompatibility between the software from two competing companies. Figure it out Apple!

Trying to download illustrator trial

I'm trying to download the trial version of Illustrator. When I click on the link it says it's downloading, but there's no status bar to show if anything is happening....I initially clicked on the link an hour or so ago....how can I tell if anything is actually happening?

Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud.
For Windows:
Open the Windows Control Panel > Programs And Features.
For MAC:
Open Finder and go to /Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers.
After Uninstall navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: C Drive\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
Delete OOBE folder.
Download Creative Cloud Reinstall and Sign in .

I am trying to download Illustrator but it brings up an 'external protocal'

I am trying to download a free trial of Illustrator. WHen I click on download, it says that is downloading, but nothing happens. If I click on 'retry', a popup box appears. Something about adding a google extention, 'external protocol'. I click launch now and it seems to go through the process, but then it still doesn't download. I've never seen this before. Any suggestions?? Thanks

There are a couple things that I would recommend trying. Try closing all open applications and power cycle the device. Next, go through the section labeled Troubleshoot issues on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch in the second article below. If the issue persists, try completely signing out of the iTunes Store on the iOS device and sign back in. Be sure to test downloading an application after each step.

i have been trying to download itunes 10 and it keeps getting to 99% and then just stops with about 8 seconds left and does nothing?

i have tried everything, disabled firewalls and anti virus, deleted temp files, got so fed up with trying thought it was my laptop which was currently a windows vista so have bought a new laptop but still unable to download itunes , when downloading have tried selecting both run and save but both start to download then stop before it completes with no warning or reason for failing,

note, I had CS6 installed on my mac already, but uninstalled Illustrator due to starting problems (and problem with plugins, that I was unable to solve), and now Im unable to get it back...

mac installation files from adobe are .dmg files. make sure you have the correct files and that your browser did not removed the .dmg part of the file name.

Trying to Download Illustrator Template

I am unable to download the following template:

Using Chrome, the download button doesn't work.
Using IE 10, the download button works, but takes me to a login screen. When I enter my adobe ID and password, the page just sits there with a spinning circular spoked icon going round and round, indefinitely.
As a result, I am unable to download this template, or any templates. This is so frustrating!
Can someone do me a favor and download the above template and e-mail it to me at [email protected]?
