Trying to download InDesign CS6 and I am unable to. I keep getting error messages...
I've gotten "Adobe Application Manager failed to install" and "Adobe Application Manager is corrupted and must be reinstalled. Please contact customer service." This is the first time I've ever tried to download InDesign on this particular computer. No other programs are open on my computer, and no other users are logged in to our Creative Cloud account. Not sure what to do, help would be appreciated. Thanks!
If you are having problems with the AAM, you can download the trial version of the software directly thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.
Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site or else the download will not work properly.

Im trying to download InDesign CS6 and Illustrator CS6
I'm trying to download InDesign and Illustrator CS6 and it comes up with an error message and it says to try again or contact support. I have tried again and it still comes up with the same message. Next to the end of the sentence is "(416)" on the InDesign oner and "(-55)" on the Illustrator. I am on a school internet, does that have anything to do with it. Please help.

Tried several times to unload all old files. Keep getting tthe same message "unable to uninstall iTunes update files:. What can I do?

(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

(2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (If you're on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 system and you get a Code 800A0046 error message when doubleclicking the msicuu2.exe file, try instead right-clicking on the msicuu2.exe file and selecting "Run as administrator".)
(3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
(4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any Apple Software Update entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
(5) Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install using an iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe) downloaded from the Apple Website:

I had this problem as well, and after doing some research via google (because I found NOTHING helpful in adobe forums), I found the problem....my Nook was full. I had no idea this was even possible! But, I borrow a lot of library books, and didn't realize that after they expire, they are still taking up space on my Nook. Here's how to check: plug your Nook into your computer, go to file manager (right-click the start button in Windows), find the Nook drive and right click, choose properties. This should show you a pie chart of used/free space on your Nook. If this is the case, you need to remove some files from your Nook. For me, I had to find the Digital Editions file and delete all the thumbnails and actual files for the library books. If it's booked you've purchased, perhaps you need to archive some books. Hope this helps!

as per the screen shot it looks like we dont have enough permissions on your Preference folder . I would suggest the following steps and let us know if these worked or not for you .
Go to //Library/Preferences/
~/library/Preferences
/library/application support/Adobe
~/Library/application support/Adobe
and give full permissions to Preferences folder and the Adobe folder.

first, rename OOBE Folder to OOBE.old.
to find OOBE:
64 bit win OS: Program Files x86\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
32 bit win OS: Program Files \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
mac os: HD>library>application support>adobe>caps
mac os: USER>library>application support>adobe>OOB
if that fails or isn't the exact error you see, uninstall, clean (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html) and reinstall.
if you're using a dvd to install:
copy the disc contents to a desktop directory and install from that directory.
if you're using a mac:
1. Try to Create a new user account in Mac with Administrator Priviledges.
2. Login to the New user, Navigate to Mac HD> Application> Utilities> Adobe Installer folder, Locate products like Adobe Reader, Adobe Flash, Adobe Air and un-install them
3. Navigate to User Library> Application Support> Adobe and move Adobe to Trash.
4. Navigate to Mac HD> Library> Application Support> Adobe and move Adobe to Trash.
5. Start the installation again.

I am trying to re-install Creative Suite 5.5 Design Standard on my Widows 7 Professional computer after I had to replace the hard drive. I keep getting error message and I get "Exit Code 15: Media DB Sync failed". I have run C Cleaner with same results. Have Disabled UAC and Startup items and Services with no success. im trying to download itunes 10.5 but keep getting error message that says: There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A problem run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Yes, I had found a similar solution also. I'm running XP Pro, SP3. I went Control Panels/ Add-Remove programmes/apple software update/ change/ repair. Then run the 10.5 exe.
While the programme updated from version 8 of iTunes, my new iTunes is now a mess. Not all of my music was in the same folder previously but it all showed up on iTunes. Now many albums have been left out, some have only a few tracks and some have two copies of some tracks as well as having other tracks missing. I haven't begun to work on that. -
