Apple's servers are being hammered by everyone and his dog trying to get the update the minute it was released. I'd suggest you wait a few hours, or perhaps until tomorrow, and then try again.

After it restores it will walk through a setup.
It will ask you if you want to setup as a new device, from an iCloud backup or from an iTunes backup. Choose iCloud backup and then it will ask you to sign in to your iCloud account. It will restore and reboot. The you will be good.

Ummm..that's iCloud space, not storage on your phone. What you bought has nothing to do with how much storage is on your phone.
You must free up space on your phone by deleting apps, photos, music, movies, etc.... -
So i bought my bf the ipad mini. Im out of the country and he wants to download Skype to talk to me. Well when he tried to download it, it is saying that he has to pay for it. He also tried to download the youtube app and it is telling him the same thing. His wifi is on and he is able to get on the internet so what is the problem???? Why are they trying to charge him for the free app???? Can someone plz help me....
Those are fee apps, should not be actually charged. Are you sure is not being asked to verify he's the actual account holder by adding billing info to the account? Even though your're not getting billled, the account holder identity still has to be verified.

I have tried multiple times to download Seoquake for Mozilla and I never get to the page to finish the download. I followed the instructions as stipulated.

Try this.
Double tap the icon of the Waiting app, and it shouild resume the download.
If that doesn't work:
• Log out of your iTunes store account. Go to Settings > Store > Sign Out Then press the Home button.
• Then press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously and don't release them when it brings up the Turn Off screen; keep holding them until the Apple logo appears.
• After restart, the Waiting should be gone.

I am trying to download the latest iOS 5 for my ipad and husbands iphone 4 but firstly it is coming up saying 17 hours then I am getting network timeouts!! I have turned off my firewall etc but still does the same. I have the latest iphone 4s and I am wanting to use cloud etc but can not due to this, can anyone help
